Hi I have sold my car AP20AN3969 to Cars24 recently, my original RC was not there as it was undelivered, for that they said we will hold 10, 000 and will be released once RC copy is received, later I went to rto office and collected original undelivered RC and handed over to this car dealer, now they are not even responding for release of 10k, Please help me in getting back 10k which they hold. It's long time they not even bothered to respond Jun 28, 2024 Updated by shivaaprassad Cars24 doing a big fraud on hold back money, initially they say after receiving original rc will release the hold back amount, when producing original rc, they say you need to attend for party peshi and visit rto office, however when buying car they sign in all documents including transfer paper, in the name of party peshi they are holding customers money and informing will be released after party peshi, but when I agreed to visit rto office they say your time is lapsed we will not refund your hold back amount 10k. Can some one help on this. Attaching response of cars24 for reference.
