After selling of car to Cars 24 even after 1.5 years, RC is not transferred .
Car 24 saying RC is transferred in out records, I checked physically in Chittorgarh RTO, but still car is on my name .
please help.

I got my car inspected and the offer was made. But I did not received any token amount. Now I have changed my mind and do not want to sell the car. The cars24 executive is asking for 1000 INR to cancel the deal, where as, I din not received any document mentioning the cancelation charges, neither I was informed that there will be any cancellation charges.

There is no customer care number available where I can escalate...

I've sold my Hyundai Creta car UP92 BP9951 to Cars24 in October 2022. New owner purchased it thru Cars24 channel partner and using the car for more than a year but till today i.e. 22nd Feb 2024 the ownership has not been transferred to the new owner.
Both o[censored]s continually following up with Cars24 still the matter pending.
It's creating mental harassment and a torture kind of experience for me as well the new owner....

I tried to sell my car on CARS24, their person came for inspection. With PAN or AADHAR details from me and any authorisation, they generated my credit report. They never came back on cars valuation. After many attempts to contact them, it finally got thru and they have all sort of excuses.

Their procedures must audited, there are serious concerns about privacy and ability to source additional consumer data and unauthorised access.

I want to sell my car Swift Desire 2015 LDI and visited at CAR 24 center on 20 OCt.2023. The price quoted was not agreed upon hence I have taken my car back. Since then, continuous calls received from CAR 24 tele callers and offered different rates. Finally, on dated 21 Jan 2024, I received a call and agreed to sell at Rs.2, 77, 000/- . Hi, i sold my car in July’23 and till now RC has not transferred to the end user and i received so many challans for my car which is used by another user. I have the NOC documents from Noida RTO and if the transfer will not done by the immidiate basis then forcefully i have to lodge a police complain against CARS24 in Uttar pradesh. Cause its a mental harrassment to the customer.

I had sold my car last year January month 2023. in June 2023 month we did the partypeshi as well. but since then RC is still not transferred to the new car buyer. Car is still in our name.

I have been calling customer care in last 6-7 month and recently Jan 18th 2024 and custom care is having same answer and i quote "Your RC transfer is under process and will be transferred very soon". I am hearing this...

I am Rakesh Kumar, I am a registered dealer with car24 (dcode: 71695). Few days ago I purchased a car from car24 using their dealer's mobile app. as like previous way i paid all amount for car but when i checked car then i am shocked. Car24 has negotiated an amount of 2, 01, 400 rupees for my car after doing a thorough inspection and after holding it for 2 weeks they have asked for re inspection of my car. And after re inspecting the same knowingly they have reduced my car value to 56000. By doing this I couldn't able able to sell my car in market as I had to cancel all my deals as they have given me a token amount. After that some of their vendors approached me with a lesser price for the same. This is a big scam they are doing with their customer and I would recommend people not to sell their car through car24 channel.

I sold my car MH03AM4132 to cars 24 mulund mumbai in Oct 2022 with valid RC and Insurance. Till today inspite of 100 calls or more and about 43 mails nothing has been done. No one is aware here of the documents to be given when a car is purchased from a seller. The whereabouts of the car is unknown to Cars 24 here. I have spoken to atleast 8 senior executives and no one responds after attending to calls and promises. I am going on abroad for vacation in about 2 weeks for 6 months

I was purchased ertiga model 2022 from cars 24 zirakpur office in November 2023. But still they haven't provide second key of my car and not registered RC in my name. Plz do the needful.

Cars 24 employees called me and took my car by saying that I can get my car back once I will pay 3 emi. Later on no one picked my call. You guys cheated me, cars 24 did a fraud and sold my car to earn profit. My car was sold out by cars 24 without my consent. I want my car back then I will pay any amount....

I Have recently sold my car with Cars 24, Im Car has a loan of balance 86000 with Tata Captial which is claimed to be settled by Cars 24 but Tata Captial is refusing the same, my phone number is [protected], The local staffs are helpless here....

would like to talk about the challan pending issue of the appointment id-[protected], for which I had raised a ticket on 6th oct 2023, Ticket Id-1150785, and now it has already been more than 2 months 18 days and I've been calling on the customer support of CARS24 daily regarding this issue and the response is disappointing as they keep making excuses like the challan will get cleared in a day or two please wait maybe by evening or tomorrow and all such things and till now its been 2 months, the issue has not been resolved. Most importantly the car has been sold and the customer who has brought this car is complaining as the car cannot be registered on his name until the challan is cleared.
Please talk to the team and solve the matter as soon as possible as it is already too late.
Looking forward to the solution of the issue as soon as possible.

We have sold our Maruti 800 Car bearing registration no. UP 78 BS 8004, registered in my husband's name (Dr. KULDIP KUMAR KHANNA ), to M/s. CARS24 on 19th March 2023. The physical delivery of the vehicle was given to their representative on 19.03.2023.
Despite repeated requests by us, they are not getting the vehicle ownership transferred from my husband's name to purchaser's name.

I purchased the maruti swift vxi 2019 model from cars 24 mulund hub mumbai on 10th Dec.2023 after paying down payment of 170000 + RC Transfer Charges of 11500 but return the car on very next day on 11th Dec 2023 due to some personal reason now i after asking for refund they have refunded me only 73000 & told me that 98000 rupees will be refunded in 2-3 days & they will hold 10000/- till 2nd key which was delivered to me got return to them which i agreed upon. Now even after 6 days they are not refunding my 98000 & jus making false promises of returning it in 1-2 days.i am in dire need if my hard earn money.please resolve my complaint.

Cars 24 finalized the car deal of selling my Baleno @ Rs.3.91 L, i had a loan running on my car outstanding was 4.38Lakhs. I deposited the negative balance of my car loan on 12thdec . One of my contacts has received a message from cars24 saying that I have defaulted on a payment. But I have all records and proof that I have paid all dues on time every month. And since auto debit option enabled, the amount is debited on the said date as agreed in cars24 contract. And sending messages with warnings about legal implications to my contacts is not the right customer approach regarding a customer who pays the dues on time.
