[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — Already took 10000 now asking for another 213000

Cars 24, your company is thug. Its 5 th day you have played with my time, money and emotions. All your staff including your finance tea has been absolutely rediculous. You were recommended on false background that you ease the life of your CUSTOMERs. Since day 1 you asked for all documents, down payment of 10000 and everything is submitted but what i have got is wait and delay of 5 days with no delivery of car. Now, today another story of you are asking for down payment of 213000. Are your bunch of jokers? I have now no mood to go ahead and deal with your organisation and will make sure that i advertise your misconduct in social media, friends, relative and society that you just advertise fake agenda of 0% down payment but after few days you ask for good amount wit ### excuses. I am very annoyed and was buying from you worth 854000 and i am a govt employee with handsome salary and excellent cibil score. If i had to pay 213000 to cars 24 as down payment i would have purchased first hand car, which i would do now. Now i am going to email it to your ceo too if you are not going to look into it. I may also lead it to higher authority. Your representatives Rajesh and Ajay sood(lucknow) were scared of my complaint and did not provide me his GM phone number or email addresses. Now, 1) return my 10000 wit all my documents 2) look into this matter on highest priority and get this resolved 3) be ready for worst for making your CUSTOMERs fooland penalizing them.
