I have sell my car to cars24 as a scrap, before pickup thy have told me to give scrap letter with my chasis plate but still RM has refuse to give scrap letter and didn't picking up mycalls . I have sold my car as a scrap so who will give me scrap letter RTO also refuse to give scrap as they told me the company who has scrapped your car will give you scrap letter ... Please provide me scrap letter to i am going to do complaint against your company and RM (AMIT) regarding doing fraud .

      I am Rushikesh Shilimkar, CEO of BLAST APEX Company. One of my car has been repossessed due to only 2 pending EMIs. Cars24 Team is saying that there are 4 Pending EMIs. Ive given all the proofs about paid EMIs but there is no response from anyone from Cars24 Team. I am continuously sending mail because only Rs 87000 /- is pending and i am ready to pay that amount. I am telling this thing to Cars24 on Mail but there is no response from anyone. I have my personal Stuff in my Car that worth Rs 45000/-, Kindly arrange my material to me because it my personal material. I have given this details to many cars24 team members from my area/territory but they are not responding me with details. Please arrange the material to me and my car as well. Kindly arrange the call for foreclosure and discussion and give my car back to me. My Loan ID No [protected].

        My car has been repossessed by Cars24 on 12 Dec 21, only 2 EMIs were pending but they are saying that 4 EMIs are pending. I have already sent mail with Paid EMI details but there is no one responding on EMail, Customer Care Number, WhatsApp, and Sales Office. My Car is with Cars24 and i have my personal stuff in my car that costs around 45, 000/-. No one is bothered about it. Only 87, 000 outstanding amount is pending and that too i am ready to pay but there is no way to reach to the concern person. If no response from Cars24 then i will have to go to Police Station and will also bring this issue in media as i have contacts who can support me to bring this issues on Media. Kindly do the needful before time.

            In November that is this month this company has some problem with their server every month deduction of easy monthly instalments is date 6th however this guys this month got some issues with the server and we're unable to deduct funds on the 6th, I was unaware until this people called suddenly on 9th and asked to pay the instalments I said how could it's on auto-debit somebody just cannot call and ask for money at that moment didn't have that funds this company also applied additional charges of overdue instead the problem was at there end on-call they accepted there mistake and asked me to only pay EMI amount I said okay and paid after 3 or 4 days max. On the date 25 Nov this company again charged my account for 1014inr without any indication or information on what the charge is for calling there customer service has been the worst experience speaking to these always wants us to make bookings no one wants to know what the issue is and cannot help no superior can come on call to fix the problem only promising callbacks and also these callbacks are coming from booking team not relevant department.
            Cars 24 is the worst need to sue this company.

              At time of test drive of my car, I highlighted 3 major issues to MR Hasan (the sales Advisor)

              Those major issues are with noise in car Suspension, Car missing/Fluctuating RPM, and Clutch slip.

              Mr Hasan acknowledged those issues at the time of vehicle test drive and delivery, and told me this will be taken care in Warranty of the car.

              MR Hasan told me that these issues cannot be rectified at the time of selling/delivery, but will be taken care in Warranty.

              Till now I am chasing cars 24 from last 3 months, but no resolution.

                Today I gone to the cars24 office at lado sarai New delhi-110030 for selling my Eartiga 2017 model. When I reached there someone told me to sit in front of him and he starts asking about my car but also he keeps chatting on his WhatsApp on laptop and when I tried to tell him not to do that he start asking about my insurance and when I was in the car to bring insurance for him he came to me and sit besides me and telling me the price which is below my expectations I told him how can you say the price without any inspection then he called someone who also getting in the car and telling me the same amount I was totally shocked how both of you can say the price without any car inspection? They said we have more experience then your expectation. But I want to inspect my car so that I can get a good Price and I keeps telling them but they don't respond
                They going back to there office and keep saying that they don't want to do inspection of my car after that I came back to my home.

                    I have a Creta which I purchased on last December 2020. I wanted to sell my car. So I choose Cars 24( Because last year October I Sold my Tata Safari TN 07 BT 4416 through your Velachery branch)

                    I have great respect on Cars24.

                    But this time am totally disappointed.

                    I fix the appointment and the company person also came and did inspection and I got a price quote.

                    Then from their side they asked all documents and which all I submitted to them. And almost 3 days am waiting there is no response from their side.

                    This is really unfavourable. And keep on calling the Relationship manager Miss/Mrs. Ra****a**(mobile number ***********)
                    she never picks the phone. And am so frustrated. And this morning I called their customer care number and they tried to make a conference with the Relationship manager, but that also not connected.

                    The thing is they have to give update to the customer. May be they may have some issues for getting this delay. But have to inform the customer. They are keeping the customer in a confused state of mind. Whether they are going to finish the process or not. Or going to cancel.

                    See if you are not interested I can sell my car in some other ways. Why should I wait blindly. Am loosing some good offers too.

                    So I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Because it gives lot of tension to me.

                    Hope they will resolve my issue.

                      I have purchased the car from car24 Chennai, they don’t do 140 points inspection, because it was delivered with few issues, immediately I call the customer service inform the issues after that no response, later I noticed during rainy days car door has leaking, then I call them they simply said this issue not under warranty, then I have issue with clutch I raised tickets again they said not under warranty. I raised many tickets they closed without solving the issue, 6 months warranty and 140 points inspection all are fake. If they really inspect well this issues doesn’t happen.

                        I sold my car DL3CBE**** at Cars24 New Multan Nagar Paschim Vihar New Delhi Branch in December 2020 but still after almost 1 year the ownership has not been transferred i have been sending the Email in the customer service department and following up for last 6 months but they are only giving me Fake excuses and Commitments and now they are denying to transfer the ownership of the car i have sent 93 emails to the service team of cars24 and even the founders of the cars24 are in those emails but no action so far it is a Mental harassment for me Please Help me

                          Cars24 is a fraudulent company where they have designed a system to extract as much money as possible from customer.

                          On 7th Nov I got following SMS:

                          The Party Peshi holdback amount of INR 10, 000 against the sale of your car with Appointment ID [protected] is still intact. We haven't heard from the channel partner for a Party Peshi request yet and in case no Party Peshi request is received from our channel partner by[protected], your hold amount will be credited to your bank account. We will keep you informed about the same. Team CARS24

                          On 12th Nov the status on Cars24 app changed to:

                          Party Peshi holdback of Rs 10, 000 has been forfeited on[protected] due to your absence at party peshi.

                          I have been chasing them on all possible medium and they continue to pass the ball.

                            Hello,
                            I have sold my Maruti Wagner car AP 10 BC 5701 on March 2nd 2021. Till date my RC is not transferred., due to which I am being put to immense hardship.
                            I have undergone Spine Surgery in the year 2019. My doctor has strictly forbidden me to use any other mode of transportation but by car. I am a lawyer by profession and my work demands me to visit various courts in the city every day.
                            As you have not transferred my RC I am unable to purchase a new car, which is putting me to severe inconvenience and hardship. I am compelled to seek cab service which is putting heavy cost on my finances.
                            I contacted your customer care services several times and expressed my anguish and agony, but unfortunately my problem was not resolved and no satisfactory reply was given to me.

                            I kindly request your good office to consider my request and resolve my problem.

                            I sincerely request you to not push me to the extent of initiating legal action against your incompetent service.

                              CARS24 sold us a car without informing us that it is hypothecated and also gave us a subpar key. When we asked for the second key it was delivered to us after the mandatory 7 days and when we received it we immediately told them that we wanted to return it as they had not given us the proper information. We are very unhappy with the way things have been dealt with.
