Please share me reason why bounce charges are dedicated with any emi bounced

And i am not receiving any call back from cars 24 regarding my Complaint and they just call again again and asking that do i have to purchase or sale a car

They even don't know about my query

    Every 2 weeks one of your illiterate callers call me on my number asking for me to sell a car that I am NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING. This has been made clear. The number is also on a FULL DND List and here is the kicker - they are calling me in Chennai where they do not even have the service!

      I got a call from heena, and i asked for waiver if possible any of interest charged on outstamding amount because i was suffering from cancer and even submitted all documents regarding my chemo therapy but even though she said that i am makinh false assumptions of cancer and said that “tu mar ja hmhe, bheek mangta hai banko se camcer keh kr bahane se”this kind of language she used is this is humanity even though i am agreed to pay all loan settled amount in one way.
      I never defaulted any payment, i delayed but i always make payment every month
      Now i want to make compalint regading heena else if i took any wrong step against my will she and car 24will be responsible for this.
      A person is always leave his/her life for thier self respect and if it hurts thats not good for that person life.

        Very bed experience at rajkot car 24 with tusharbhai & Belimbhai

        first tusharbhai told me that my car price is 380000
        then belimbhai told me 310000.
        How is this possible?
        belimbhai told me to complain to costumer care.
        and then costumer care told me that talk with your RM.
        I don't know What i Do?

        I don't want to do Business with car24.
        I have Very bed experience at rajkot car 24

          My mbl no. [protected]. My appointment was fixed for test drive yesterday between 4 to 5pm. Not only no body turned up but no call or message!!
          This gives me impression that this is non reliable company. We wanted time till 6.30. General 1800 number also could not get through
          I am disappointed as your company came highly recommended

            I am writing you this mail out of desperation & having no positive /progressive response from Cars24 company representative.

            In Short:
            I sold my car to 'Lado Sarai' Cars24 center on 7th Feb 2021 Car no# HR26AH1897.

            It's been nineteen months but my RC has not been transferred. Initially they kept saying that it is covered under 'Seller Protection Policy' which I can understand & waited for more than a year.

            But it seems due to some kind of delay & glitch your team has initiated a legal action against the erring Channel Partner who is suppose to transfer my RC. Also the concerning part is that I am not able to see if my car is in their warehouse or if it has been sold to someone, which is very concerning. 19 months is a long time for a car to be in their warehouse.
            And the story remains that your team is not able to push the RC transfer via your channel partner.

            I urge you to please assist me...I have come as a last resort to you.

              I have sold my car AP29AY3999 to Cars 24 in Telangana. Cars 24 have sold the same to a person located in Andhra Pradesh and RC got transferred on their name. But in Telangana RTO website, still it is showing on my name. I have explained the same to CARS 24 team, but they are not responding. Please help us in deleting my name in Telangana website

                I purchased a Tata Tiago from Cars24 on May 11th. I am based in Gurgaon, but the car was UP-registered. The salesperson, Mr Ravi Taluja, promised a seamless RC transfer process and assured me that he will handle it on his end.

                More than 90 days have passed now and I have not received a satisfactory response from Cars24 - they keep asking for more and more time and the customer care executives are unable to provide me with any solution. They keep telling me that the "care-off peshi" is pending, but Mr Ravi Taluja had assured me that he will handle the care-off peshi himself and put in some address in Ghaziabad. He has now stopped picking my calls.

                Apart from the frustration, it is also highly risky to drive a car with another RC, as the insurance transfer is also pending for the same reason.

                  As per the claim before the purchase Vehicle Hyundai ELITE Asta was mentioned
                  not under Hypothecation and Bonnet was not mentioned painted
                  During inspection we found Bonnet is painted and Vehicle is also under loan.
                  Such misleading updates waste time, energy and cost, Dealer get the lost by
                  paying to transporter (carrier) and found the vehicle not in the condition
                  mentioned
                  Attaching adequate proofs to support my submission
                  Dealer also need to pay the amount in advance which block the funds and giving
                  no result.
                  Services and updates need to be more accurate, so we can ensure quality

                    Hi,
                    I have sold my car in January, My RC is not yet transferred. Whenever I call customer care people are saying we are trying our best to sell the vehicle. I am really worried about this, and cars24 people are not doing anything to resolve this. And the complaints are close with out resolving it.

                      A deal was finalised for selling my old Hyundai i 10 car @Rs. 124000
                      On the basis of finalisation of deal i got my car loan closed from my own funds. Cars 24 people also taken all the car ownership transfer related papers and affidavits in original duly signed by me. All the papers were collected by their patna office.
                      However, the deal was cancelled on flimsy grounds. Now, cars 24 people are bit returning my originally signed papers. They may sell my car by forgery. Cars 24 will have to pay me a compensation for getting my car loan closed and then cancelling the deal.

                        I sold my car Maruti Ritz (KA04ML0714), to CARS 24 on 2nd September 2021 (2/9/2021). Now almost one year over but the vehicle is still in my name. I have contacted them multiple times on their Phone/Email and requested a quick resolution to my complaint. Still, unfortunately, no one from their customer care actively helped except by offering me a certificate. How can a person have multiple cars in his name? It has been told the car will be transferred in a maximum of 4 months (120 days) however, after 11 months or more than 330 days, the vehicle is still in my name, and ownership status progress shows pending. I am troubled by the issue and Looking forward to a quick resolution.

                          Sold the car on April 16th.

                          RC not transferred yet.

                          Customer care keeps promising it will be done.

                          Not sure how to resolve this. Friends suggest to raise a police complaint or reach a lawyer so i dont get into issues later. So disappointed with the way the whole thing is going

                          And worst case, the customer care executive cut the phone abrubtly twice - which makes me even more nervous. What if the guy who has the car gets into some illegal activity?

                          I don't have time to deal with such issues. And asking this to the agent on line is not helpful at all. They keep saying customer protection policy - which will not help if some illegal actions happen and have to goto court.

                              Our deal started with Cars 24 through Executive Mukesh Rawat for selling of Duster Car & this deal got finalized on 2nd August'22 at Rs. 1, 85, 000/- and we were informed that Rs. 1K will be sending as Token Money and remaining amount will transfer after submission of LFC.
                              We were also informed that if any delay was done from our side then Rs. 500/- per day penalty will be charged from us.
                              As per discussion, we have submitted the LFC on 4th August 2022 and the sale letter was signed on 6th August 2022 but the amount was not transferred to us.
                              We were informed that as your EMI date is due, so you pay the EMI & re-sent us LFC; accordingly we have re-share the LFC with the Executive.
                              Still payment against the sale of the car was not received till 22 Aug, 22.
                              Despite having so many follow-ups with the Executive, they refused to deal & rudely behave with us. Now they are saying "hum toh ab 1.50L ki deal karenge; nahi leni toh khud cancel kardo". Even his Senior Ms. Mansi also said the same thing "hum kya karein deal cancel kardo, hum jis par deal final hui thi woh amount nahi denge".
                              If the same was not resolved, then We have to Legal action against Car 24 & its executive.

                                    Cars24 is not transferring RC

                                    I purchased a vehicle on 3rd July 2022 and was promised by the Agent that RC transfer will be a smooth process and should be done within 2 weeks, I paid an amount of 6, 96000 on the same day and purchased a Honda Jazz 2017 year car.
                                    Its been close to 2 months and the RC hasnt been transferred, they even didnt give me any insurance papers and i am not able to drive the car with peace of mind.
                                    Later i had asked for a soft copy...

                                    I had purchased the XUV300 car from car24, as per cars24 commitment RC transfer within 75 working days but already 6 month gone and i have not received my RC even if I want to repair my Car on zero depth insurance but can't able to do just because of RC is not my name and my zero depth insurance amount is going totally waste. So please help me.
                                    Car24 team always give me excuse no body provide me right answer.

                                      I bought the car from cars 24 in March and I was outstation in June and July month. My car was used by my wife and there was diesel leakage in the car. The car was under warranty as km was just 7000 and within 6 months. My wife called the service team but no one called her back
                                      I came back and raised a request 14 August for this issue and got it escalated. now the company is telling me it's outside warranty as the km is more than 7500. I provided them the proof of my wife calling them in June but they are not even responding.
