      Iam writing this because o[censored]nethical /unprofessional behaviour from your retail team at Greater Noida branch .We had approached this branch for selling our car on 20/06/22 and after nearly 3 hours of waiting a price was offered and after the agreement a transaction agreement form was given to us with assurance of the deal to complete within 3 days. After 3 days the executive named Mr Amrik gave us a call and said some discrepancy in capacity of the veh has occurred in RC transfer so we will have to approach the RTO /he also said reg cancellation of the transaction he had assured us .The transaction form clearly mentions that during RC transfer party physical presence is required and that only Rs 10000 is held back from cars 24 till resolution of the transfer from RTO.However here in this case they weren’t even ready(even when the party was agreeing to visit the RTO for the minor rectification) to hold the transaction despite agreeing on the price and deal form .The executive straightaway asked for refunding the token money .This clearly shows that their agreement/Transaction form and entire info /assurance to the customer is false and full of lies and nothing else .
      Despite assuring cooperation reg RC transfer at RTO, i[censored] can’t hold your word, there is no value of your written agreements also then STOP WRITING THE SAME ON YOUR SITE & STOP FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS PLS.

        I sold my bike to cars 24 on 15/02/2022 however the RC is not transferred to the new owner yet. I have raised a ticket with the customer service however whenever I call then what I get is concerned department will contact you. This needs to be resolved asap as I don't know who is using the bike on my name and few challans were also issued against my bike.

          I have sold a car to cars24 with the assurance that they will sell it near by so that I can appear for rc transfer if required. But they sold it far away where I cannot reach in recent future. So as usual they have forfeited the Rs10000. It appeared to me as scam that they always wanted to forfeit that amount.

            I Purchased Hyundai I10 2 months back for my father in Patna (Bihar), During the Test drive my father told to Car advisor (Mr Suraj) that car has some battery issue, CA said if in future the issue exist we will change the battery. We got delivery on 21st April, 2022 along with Cars24 kit with Warranty Booklet for 12 months.

            After 2 months issue came and we raised the issue through Car24 mobile app with ticket number 606093. After raising the issue i was shocked to see that customer care is telling that Battery replacement is not under warranty. i called to CA to replace the battery replace, he told he didnt promise anything like that.

            When i checked the warranty Booklet it says it will cover Starter Battery and when i send that document to Cars24 they said you have edited the Booklet.

                  Car sold almost 3 years ago, but still on my name

                  I sold my car to Cars24 almost 3 years ago and have contacted them several times but they are not transferring on their name.

                  I have sold Car No. HR26BU1635 to CARS24 on[protected]. At the time of selling the car, CAR24 team told me that registration of the car will be tranferred with in 06 Months to 09 Months. It has become more than 01 year, still the car is in my name. It may be that somebody may be using the car. As the car is still in my name I request that nobody shall be allowed to use my car untill RC is transferred to other party name.

                  I am getting at least calls 2 - 3 times in a single day from cars24. This had been going from March 2022 to till date. These calls are coming from different numbers, I tell to the executive please don't call as I have sold my cars but they are ignorant and they keep on calling. I am frustrated and fed up with this. Please stop cars24 from calling me and spare me of this headache, really irritated from this constant calling.

                      I sent money to Cars24 employee for RC transfer process. The process got delayed due to whatever reason. Now that employee left the company and cars24 is saying that they are not liable for any money sent to them or any car documents that he possessed. Their service team didn't help at all after 3-4 months of conversation. THIS IS A FRAUD company.

                        I bid for first time on CARS24Partners apps and the sales guy promised me to give rc copy and complete service history for the before payment and after i won aution he refused to do so. I bid on Delhi number car and sales guy told me the car is punjab so i have to visit punjab only after payment and refused to give any details about car. Because car is faulty and he refused to everything I canceled my bid but CARS24Partners apps charged Rs. 20000 for it which is unethical. I want my security deposit back and close this account.                             My numbers are registered in DNC but I get multiple calls each day on 3 of my numbers and also my emails (inspite of me unsubscribing every time the mail comes) from cars24.

                            I have had experience with them twice where they give the price which is ridiculously low as compared to market. I have sold 2 cars exactly double from what they offered.

                            As I have been getting non stop calls I agreed to get my car inspected. I requested the person to send the evaluator on May 24th, 2022 and she assured that the guy would be there at 9.30 am. The person came at 11 am and spent almost an hour in highlighting the flaws in the car. It’s a 12 year old car and is kept in a mint condition. But all he wanted was to find the hairline scratches and photograph it to ensure that the price can be reduced by demeaning my car.

                            The online offer they made for a fair car was 7 lacs and for excellent is 7.83 lacs. But as always this is a lie to get the customer to evaluate.

                            I was later sent a message with a code and that I need to now call them with that code. Ideally they should be the one calling.

                            I called the number twice on that day and each time I was told that I will get a call back from them with the price. A week has gone now and I have not received any call with the price. But as expected from the unprofessional company, I got a call from the staff to get my car evaluated. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

                            What the point of all this drama if you are either not going to give the price or you are focusing on ensuring the worst price possible.

                            I finally got a call from someone to quote a price which is so ridiculously low than what they show online. To add to that, he says that on this price we will further do auction, so actual price would be even lower.

                            The online range is between Fair, Good, Very Good and Excellent. The price they offer is half of the price they quote for a fair car. And as far as I am concerned my car is in an impeccable state considering it’s a 12 year old car. But I was even open to sell it at the price they quoted for fair car.

                            They just want to get your stuff for free and can never be fair in their dealings.

                            It’s the dealers margin, then their own margins and then you get the price. So you actually end up paying commission for two middlemen and they do false marketing of best price. It’s a lie.

                              We had booked a car evaluation from CARS24 for our SKODA-Rapid on 29th May 2022 (Kandivali west).
                              The technician came to our doorstep evaluated the car and later on we received the inspection report
                              Post which, one of the service executives called up to inform us the pricing- we decided to discuss and get back to him
                              Post discussion we informed him that we do not wish to sell at the offered price as we have better counter offers. However on hearing this he became more persistent and started talking rudely- that after inspection is done and our time is invested how can you reject the offer.
                              We are offering the best to you and so on. I politely explained that we do not wish to but he kept on arguing until I just disconnected the call. This was a pathetic experience.
                              If the are concerned about inspection cost they should implement a policy to charge for inspection so they can earn revenue to cover their costs, but customers should not be pressurized into selling for this reason.

                                I have sold my Baleno car to Cars24 in Sep 2021 and till date RC transfer has not been done even after 9 months. Every time I call or mail them they don't respond or give satisfactory answer.
                                I am worried as legally I am still the owner of car and not in possession of my car.

                                  Not accepting return of car

                                  I had purchased a car from Cars24. As they have mentioned '7 Days Return' in their policy even without asking questions if you don't like the car. I have returned them within 2 to 3 days.
                                  One of the car's headlight is damaged by me while parking. Now about this, the policy states that 'A full refund might not be applicable if the car has been modified, has been in an accident, damaged/altered from the condition it was delivered in'....

                                  I bought a 2019 reg Hyundai Grand i10 (TS07GP1088) from cars24 Hyderbad on 17th Aug 2021. The car was good when i bought and had no issues initially, however past two weeks car's pickup getting low and took it to nearest Hyundai Service Center. The SC informed that the car's engine got failed and to my shock its just 9 months that i have used the car. Upon checking, SC told that the car was only serviced once in 2019 (where it had 2 free service pending). Also, there are 2 accidental insurance claims done between[protected] by the first owner. I would have never bought this if i have known this at the time of purchase (poor service history and accidental claims). Now the SC guys are saying that it would cost around 1.5 to 1.75 lacs to get the engine fixed. The cars24 CS are very good at saying apologies and they cannot help as it crossed the 6 months warranty they provided (now they are providing 12 months warranty for cars bought in 2022.. my bad). I am a salaried individual and spending upto 2lacs for engine repair is beyond my ability now. When the cars24 140 check points, service history check, non-accidental words are true, then how come they missed that the car they sold have not passed their checks in the first line. I felt that i am cheated with false advertising and promises by cars24. How come a 3year old car come to engine failure when its just 9 months that i bought from you guys? I would like to know what kind of checks cars24 have done before selling this car to the customers. Plz suggest a solution.
