Hello !
I am Shubham Chauhan, I have registered for home car inspection few days back on cars 24 for which I have paid the fees also ₹49.
It was scheduled for today dated 24-may-2022 between 11:30am to 1:30pm.
My appointment id is [protected].
I haven't received any call on my mobile no, then I had tried from my side on the mobile no provided by the cars24 whatsapp message . The call was not answered, after trying again again not even a single call answered .
Then I made a call to customer care, they told me that they had call me but you didn't received the call .
Then i checked my call history again
where incoming call was showing blocked, then i share the same with customer care .. but they didn't give any solution, I ask them to tell the person to receive my call but no solution ...
And this is happening almost last 20 to 30 days ...
Customer care receive the call and whitout any issue disconnect it.
Al last i am writing this complaint to get the solution.
And here my question is, if you can provide the service then why did you ask for fees or payment ? If you can't resolve the problem then what's the advantage of having customer care team ...?
I am going to consume courts for the same issue ... because you people are just fooling innocent people ... looting there money in the name of home inspection charges, and even after receiving the money also not giving any kind of solution to the customer problem ...
Either resolve my problem within 24hr...or I shall explain each & everything about your working style to public through my social media networks @youtube/ Instagram/Twitter/facebook/LinkedIn/pinterest...
