I have sold the vehicle in the month of Nov-20 and it was agreed between us to have maximum 6 months to change the ownership of the vehicle.
Even today, the vehicle is on my name and i am getting the messages on the Traffic Violations.
This is absolutely not acceptable and requires your attention to this matter immediately.

I have tried reaching out to your call center[protected], had a very unprofessional experience and was very upset too:
Mr. Govind had come on call and when i said, i have sold the car, even before i say anything, i have to transfer the call and then he disconnects instead of transfer
Called up again, Some gentleman taken the call and even before i explain the issue transfers the call to some lady
This time, Ms Pooja comes on the call and she has all set of questions for me when i give my issue with her:
I said, i sold the car and the ownership is still not transferred and due to which the traffic violation challans are generated and since my mobile is registered against the reg. no. i am getting the messages.
She asked when did i get, i said one in Jan-21 / Mar-21 and now 22nd June-21.
Now she gets into defending mode, why is that you have not called when you got the first challan, I said when you informed me that it will take 6 months time to change the ownership i waited, she started arguing as to why dint you complain then and now why are you complaining (boss its after 6 months also i am getting the messages and hence this call).
When i started giving her back, she did not hesitate to disconnect the call on my face.
Since July-21, this thread is being followed up with Cars24 team and no response from them yet.
