My appointment id is [protected]. Registered no. is [protected]. Name : Nitesh kumar. On 07/11/2021 my car's inspection was done. On 11/11/2021 price quoted to me was agreed to me. But since then there is no communication from your side. I tried up calling customer service numerous times but everytime I only got assurance that u will get call back from price team. But I didn't recieved any calls. Finally today when I insisted to know actual status i was told that my Relationship Manager is on leave. And I will get call back as and when he joins back. This is totally unprofessional approach. As in absence of an employee system doesn't stops working. I m in urgency as I have booked another car and I have to pay margin by selling my existing car. Hence I have decided to move on with another dealer. I wrote this complaint so that management must know that this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach is totally unacceptable.

    I had bought a used car from cars 24. They offer free RC transfer and i got the same benefit along my car purchase. I have an address proof of haryana but they transferred the car on my name with a care off address that too from delhi. so basically they might have used some rent agreement of some thing to transfer a vehicle with a careoff adress. Now i want to sell my car but i am unable to do, because in my address proof i have an address of haryana but my rc has a registered address of delhi. i am asking cars24 to provide whatever document they have used in transferring RC on a delhi address but they are putting my querry on hold from past 1 month.

      I have sold my car vide RC no CG 04 H 9795 on 18.08.2021.
      Car 24 officials have evaluated my car for Rs 70000/- After submission of all documents, I have got Rs 52000/- only. Remaining amount is pending at your end.
      After so many follow up, and after passing almost 3 months I haven't received this amount.
      Please look into the matter.

        I am continuously getting unwanted calls from Cars24 4-10 times a day and even after requesting them to remove the number from their database and not to call back, they are every time calling from a different number. Such big harassment for the customers. One should never enquire in cars24.

          Car inspection conducted - 07 Nov 21
          Sale confirmation - 07 Nov 21 (Evening)
          Document verification done - 10 Nov

          Please find the above details, the Relation manager has just contacted me couple of times between 07 to 09 Nov to confirm the sale and had complete knowledge that NOC is not yet available as last month EMI was due. I agreed to clear all my dues but getting NOC would take time as the company - Mahindra Finance would only share the document once all formalities are complete which may take 6-10 working days.

          RM was well aware of all the details and confirmed that there will be no problem as Cars 24 would hold 10% of my payment amount whereas the rest would be credited to my account instantly.

          On 07 Nov, I made clear that I will be leaving India on 14 Nov as that is the whole purpose of selling the car as I need to get rid of my asset. The movement is long term and would not be available post 14 Nov, whereas my dependents would stay her for additional one month till 12 Dec and NOC will be shared once we receive it.

              I have recently purchased scorpio 2017 model with Registration no DL3CCL7403 from cars24 and on the delivery day i found out that one the alloy wheel was leaking air and completely damaged, after raising multiple tickets/complaints no body has reached out to me. How can a company provide such damaged wheels without telling the customer. Clearly, alloys should be replaced immediately without any second thoughts.
              Also, a person should at least be assigned for such scenarios who provide constant status on the same.

                Getting many calls from cars 24 in a day 4 to 5 calls, i told may time to stop call but they are not doing the same. Please help me to stop this call.

                  I got my 2012 Honda City car checked with cars 24 on 23 Oct.
                  After finalisation of price I confirmed for selling. But since then no call or contact from Cars 24.
                  Even the customer service agent is not responding by saying not able to connect to Internal team due to Technical error.
                  Most unprofessional attitude by cars 24.
                  Because of them I left selling my car to someone else. But now because of Cars 24 I am in a fix.
                  Harrassed both financially and mentally.
                  Need support to help me out.

                      I have sold my car to cars24.com on 18march 2021. They have told me to transfer RC in 90 days. Still RC is not transferred and they are telling lies.

                      Everytime i called CC they say it will take 10 days more. This is a bogus company and they do lot of mis selling of services. Please take step asap.

                        I am a first-time customer of CARS24. I brought an i20 car (MH02CP7304) from Cars24 on 18th Aug'21.
                        As per the specification provided by Cars24 all the basic components were in good and running condition.

                        However, Since buying this car I am facing an issue with AC, which is not working. Reported this issue to cars24 and requested to fix it with the help of 4 Service Requests, still, the issue persists and out of 4 tickets, 3 are closed without taking a confirmation.

                          I had sent my car for repair 13 days back on 28th Oct but there was no update about status of repair. I kept calling customer service and they have been saying they will. Share estimated deliveey date. Then they gave a logistic issue and was promised car to be delivered soon but same has not been done and there is no call or communication from cars24. Absolutely unprofessional experience. I am still not sure when my car is going to be delivered. I need resolution on this matter immediately.

                            I have sold the vehicle in the month of Nov-20 and it was agreed between us to have maximum 6 months to change the ownership of the vehicle.

                            Even today, the vehicle is on my name and i am getting the messages on the Traffic Violations.

                            This is absolutely not acceptable and requires your attention to this matter immediately.

                            I have tried reaching out to your call center[protected], had a very unprofessional experience and was very upset too:
                            Mr. Govind had come on call and when i said, i have sold the car, even before i say anything, i have to transfer the call and then he disconnects instead of transfer
                            Called up again, Some gentleman taken the call and even before i explain the issue transfers the call to some lady
                            This time, Ms Pooja comes on the call and she has all set of questions for me when i give my issue with her:
                            I said, i sold the car and the ownership is still not transferred and due to which the traffic violation challans are generated and since my mobile is registered against the reg. no. i am getting the messages.
                            She asked when did i get, i said one in Jan-21 / Mar-21 and now 22nd June-21.
                            Now she gets into defending mode, why is that you have not called when you got the first challan, I said when you informed me that it will take 6 months time to change the ownership i waited, she started arguing as to why dint you complain then and now why are you complaining (boss its after 6 months also i am getting the messages and hence this call).
                            When i started giving her back, she did not hesitate to disconnect the call on my face.
                            Since July-21, this thread is being followed up with Cars24 team and no response from them yet.

                              Hi,

                              I got a car from CARS 24 Maruti Suzuki Swift on 22/12/20.
                              Car Reg no. DL4CAX2078.
                              Invoice attached.

                              I have also got the RC transferred to my name.

                              Two issues.

                              1. There are still two pending challans with Delhi police for this car for overspeeding, on 25th and 28th of August 2020 before I purchased the car. Details attached for your reference. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to clear the challans.

                              2. I need the original bill of the car, as I'm planning to take the car to Tamil Nadu and register it there. As requested by your team members, Mrs. Preeti([protected]) & Mr. Rashid([protected]) I contacted DD Motors, Peeragarhi where this car was purchased. The manager(Mr. Arun Dadwal - [protected]) told, they'll not be able to provide it to me, but will give it on the request of the 1st owner only. As I have no contact with the 1st owner as you have mediated the transfer. I request you to look into the same and help me get the original bill of the car from the car dealer.

                              I have raised this request already and ticket no 350101 was raised.
                              The Issue is not solved yet. I have not received the original bill yet and no information regarding the challan was also provided. But the ticket is closed.

                              Kindly look into this issue and solve it as soon as possible.
                              Have been writing multiple times for this request and yet no proper reply.

                                On behalf of deal for sale of I-10 Car, no.UP78 BS-7375 an amount of Rs.3500/- was held for clearance of challan.
                                It's amazing that despite various follow up with your concern office, I have received nothing.
                                Being a company of big name of Cars 24, I can not expect such laxity.
                                I have submitted challan receipt on 22 September 2021, but feeling sorry to mention that till date, I have not received the said...

                                  This is to address whom so ever is concerned, I sold my car UP14EE6350 on 6th Feb 2021 to cars24.
                                  But till now ( 3 Nov 2021 ) the papers are still on my name.
                                  This is really irresponsible behaviour on your part.
                                  Please transfer the paper to the party to whom the car is sold.

                                  I will be sending you another email after 10 days. If the car is not transferred.

                                  Otherwise, I will be forced to take legal action on you guys.

                                  Hoping for your cooperation.

                                  I will not hold any liability in case:

                                  - if something happens to the car.
                                  - In case the car is used for terrorist activity.
                                  - If someone get killed by the car

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I received a call today from the person my car was sold to through cars 24 and I was promised that the registration of the new owner will be done in few working day and to my surprise the vehicle is not yet transferred to the new owner, which is a breach of contract and misreprentment due to which I am going through a lot of mental torture and harrassment.

                                    I need full compensation of the torture the company has put me through and also covering the risk which I am at the moment as the vehicle is not transferred to the new owner.

                                    This is ridiculous to know no that a company like cars 24 can run a scam like this I would be going public and posting the details online of this scam

                                      I bought a Grand Punto Active MH 02 CD 8666 car before 25 days. I picked the car from mumbai self pickup point and the cars enging was totally stoped within 20km. Aur us k bad pune carking yad mein maine car ko stockin kiya. And after that a raised a complaint against Amount Refund. After a long period which is 25days. Still support team was not supported. Customer care says that you talk with Delivery team. Delivery Team Executive AZIM[protected] this guy can't pickuping the call. I called more then 100 times. So how can we business with cars24. I have a evidence video from self pickup to stockin. This is totally cheated with Dealers. This is not cars company this Cheat company. Totally unhelpful from cars24
