I have sold my car through cars 24 in jan 2021 and party peshi done on 4th April 2021, my amount of rs. 10000 not refunded by the company. I have complained so many times but no response from the company.

    I have sold my car to cars24 2 years back, was waiting for transfer of RC, its been 2 years and am getting Speeding challan (2 till now), informed them the same they have cleared the fine fine, after receiving second speeding challan, when i asked why still Rc is not transferred they answer is we don't know anything approach legally and this was said by the manager of the Branch (Habsiguda Hyderabad).

    Please give me a solution for this

      After submitting form 35A and NOC from finance bank in February 2020 its been a year my remaining hold back amount of 16500/- inr not received year. and CARS24 Services Private Limited claiming we have only 8500 holdback amount though i have submitted proof of mail that clearly shows that my hold back amount was 25000/- inr. called customer care[protected] &[protected] about 25 times and raise complaint on mail (care.[protected]@cars24.com) 10 times since last one year and every time i was told that you will receive a reply from CARS24 SERVICES but not received a call or mail yet.

      I have conversation to CARS24 SERVICES customer care[protected] regarding the same issue (ticket no 264972) but very unsatisfying answer from them and they haven't any idea when will this issue will sort out and by what time of period i will receive remaining hold back amount.

      call cars24 customer care 5 times in last 10 days and they told them will update in 48 hours by call or mail but yet not received call or mail yet.

        Hi,

        I got my car scrapped from Cars24 as it was 10 years ols. At time of selling i was promised i will get chassis plate and Scrap letter with which i can get my Road tax refund.
        I have been constantly following up with them for Scrap Letter/ Certificate which i can use to get Road tax refund and Discount on purchasing new car...they are denying now that they can not provide the same.

        My car had a challan at the time of selling and i paid them the amount to get it away... still i checked the challan is showing up on my name.. I contacted costomer executive on Cars 25 (Rajesh) but he could not provide any information and denied any certificate saying that not the policy... at the time of buying they had promised everything..i have proofs and really disappointed..
        It seems they have not scrapped the car & sold the car and someone else is using it. Really disappointed..please dont go with Cars 24 its a fraud company...

            I have asked the CARS24 people repeatedly to stop calling me but almost every day I receive calls asking if I want to sell my car.
            I don't even own a car. I am fed up with these calls disrupting my day.

              I am your old customer, I have taken a car from you and apart from this, i have made more people to be your customer. My financial condition is not good, so I am asking you again and again for Charges waive off. It is not right for you to stay on such insistence. I also understood your problem when your Yes Bank was closed. Therefore, you should also understand my problem and do the charges waive off and apart from this, next time i will make your payment ahead of time. Please waive off the charges this time.

              Your collection Executive (+[protected] threatening me and is whatsapp massage me for EMI this morning at 6.51 AM. Your attitude is not good at all, you people are harassing me and your Executive threatening me to send me a notice of Rs.5000/-.

              Please help me in this.

                  This is Kuldeep Singh partner of sk Central Motors in Lajpat Nagar (ID No. 58989).

                  I am your Channel Partner from last many years and till date I have purchased 26 cars approx from your company and spent time on approx 400 cars on bidding. I have followed all your terms and conditions and all the cars successfully transferred. Till date Approx 3-4 cars I have backed out and as per your terms and conditions I have also paid Rs.10000/- per car. I have also stated my reason of backout on almost all the cars and the same was accepted by you.

                  Last month I purchased 5 cars on the same day from your company and the payment was also made the very next day. Many times I gained profit and many times I suffered loss from your company. Many times I came to know that you purchased cars on handsome package from customers but on your App it was reflecting lower than what you purchased. Anyways this is part of Business.

                  Two months back, I backout on the bidding on FIAT LINEA. I also paid backout charges as per your terms. Suddenly, I received threatening call from Mr. Jason on 27th February that I have to purchase my last backout car (Fiat Linea) else my app will be deactivated. I was surprised to receive the call after two months of my backout on FIAT LINEA. In the meantime, I had purchased approx 5-6 cars also after backout on FIAT LINEA. The call seemed alarming and not justified.

                  I suffered huge loss due to sudden deactivation on my account. I could not raise ticket ID of my purchased cars and could not further work on challan clearance, signature mismatch, transfer of ownership etc. I am not getting any suitable reply from your employees also who are authorised for my helpdesk. This is not considered to be good business relationship and I regret to say about ill-treatment of your employees with the Channel Partners.

                  You are advised to activate my account else refund my security money of Rs.10000/- and Rs. 5000/- for each purchased un-transferred car as I cannot transfer because of deactivation of my account.

                  Hope you will close the matter ASAP.

                        I have booked an appointment for 6 march 21 fees deducted from my account but nobody showed up..again i book an appointment for 8th march 21 .49 rs deducted from my account..still your company msging me for appointment fees.take strict actions or will take this matter to consumer court as you people are doing fraud

                          Please be informed that your Cars24 Executive ASHRAF sold the car to me saying that, cars green tax has been paid till April 2022 and and I can renew the green tax till cars age is getting 25 years, provided car is in good condition. I have purchased the car based on the above terms.

                          When i received RC recently, its showing its valid till 3rd April'22, upon checking with your RTO guy Mazid about the validity on RC which is till 3rd April 2022. What Mazid is saying that green tax can be paid only once for 5 years and it's already paid . Now I can't renew the green tax after April'2022.

                          Being an purchaser of car I have full right to see all car documents. But, No documents provided to me since transaction took place, and I have been informed from the beginning; by your Cars24 Executive Ashraf that all car documents will be couriered to me once RC is transferred.

                          I know RC transferred to me and I received it after almost 4 months from the transaction took place, it doesn't mean that you don't have to provide the previous car documents to me!

                          My Question is that why the cars documents not shared with me which submitted to RTO for RC transfer ??? As I informed, when I asked about this with Cars24 Executive Ashraf from the beginning, he said that all car documents will be couriered to me once RC is transferred. Where is the set of documents i supposed to receive???

                          As a buyer of car I have full rights to see all previous documents of car and it's your responsibility to provide the same to me. SHARE THE SCAN COPY OF ALL DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED TO RTO WITHOUT FURTHER DELAYS.

                          I hereby raising a complaint to you that, Your Cars24 guy ASHRAF misrepresented the facts and misguided to me while selling the car. Why will I purchase a Car whose RC is just valid for just not even 1.5 years from transaction took place and just valid for year from now when I recd RC transferred to me?

                          I hold Cars24 & Ashraf liable for this loss to me and claiming for compensation for loss incurred to me.

                          Also note, Some others number has been registered in RTO without my knowledge. Who is responsible for this??? Update my mobile number in RTO., immediately.

                          Provide me with all documents of car as its my right as customer to have a copy of documents of the car & also provide compensation for loss incurred to me due to your Executive Ashraf, misrepresented the facts and misguided me while selling the car and for not providing the cars documents as committed by while selling the car to me.

                              Its worst service given by car 24..hole week are waste to sell car and they told with 48 hrs u will recive money but its 4 day complete till my money not received. And my car also deliver to them its totally fake promise to customer.

                                I am getting unwanted calls from cars24 inspite of not registering with them for selling my car. Multiple calls per day with same query is height o[censored]nprofessionalism. Request them to stop this immediately and put my no. is their DND list forever.

                                  Sir I Went to Sell my Honda On 22/2/2021 to Phera Gari Cars 24 around 1.30 pm got a Value estimated 4, 54, 000/ after Deduction of insurance and Com. 4, 41563/ was Final which I agreed . Tokan 1000/ given .
                                  Sir After 3 Days 25/2/2021 when I went for Delivery All Papers Signed R.C given while Submitting the Documents The In charge said it is Wrongly Checked there is No Sunroof it was a Wrong inspection by them .
                                  I Came Back all Paper and RC is still with them, I called next Day 26/2/2021 got a Silly answer that now the Value estimated is 4, 30/ approx. I mean what is this, I have Got a Tokan from Cars 24 at certain amount Now in 3 Days they have changed .
                                  Who is Responsible for This I have Given 5000/ as tokan to a Dealer on 24/2/2021 buy a Second hand Creata he is waiting for the payment . I will not get the Money Back .
                                  This is Not My Fault I have Waisted my Time 2 Hr visited 3 Times and Given 5000/ to buy other car want you to Pls compensate and pay me as it is not a Joke I have Committed and told my Friend and Cousin that I am Buying other car Now I am Felling Bad it will be Joke .
                                  Pls Refund all Signed paper my RC and The amount which I have Given Further asap . Sharing the Document pls take this on Priority as I Don't want to take it Further .

                                    I have sold my car through cars 24, and party peshi done on 6th jan 2021, my amount of rs. 10000 not refunded by the company. I have complained so many times but no response from the company.
