Please be informed that your Cars24 Executive ASHRAF sold the car to me saying that, cars green tax has been paid till April 2022 and and I can renew the green tax till cars age is getting 25 years, provided car is in good condition. I have purchased the car based on the above terms.

When i received RC recently, its showing its valid till 3rd April'22, upon checking with your RTO guy Mazid about the validity on RC which is till 3rd April 2022. What Mazid is saying that green tax can be paid only once for 5 years and it's already paid . Now I can't renew the green tax after April'2022.

Being an purchaser of car I have full right to see all car documents. But, No documents provided to me since transaction took place, and I have been informed from the beginning; by your Cars24 Executive Ashraf that all car documents will be couriered to me once RC is transferred.

I know RC transferred to me and I received it after almost 4 months from the transaction took place, it doesn't mean that you don't have to provide the previous car documents to me!

My Question is that why the cars documents not shared with me which submitted to RTO for RC transfer ??? As I informed, when I asked about this with Cars24 Executive Ashraf from the beginning, he said that all car documents will be couriered to me once RC is transferred. Where is the set of documents i supposed to receive???

As a buyer of car I have full rights to see all previous documents of car and it's your responsibility to provide the same to me. SHARE THE SCAN COPY OF ALL DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED TO RTO WITHOUT FURTHER DELAYS.

I hereby raising a complaint to you that, Your Cars24 guy ASHRAF misrepresented the facts and misguided to me while selling the car. Why will I purchase a Car whose RC is just valid for just not even 1.5 years from transaction took place and just valid for year from now when I recd RC transferred to me?

I hold Cars24 & Ashraf liable for this loss to me and claiming for compensation for loss incurred to me.

Also note, Some others number has been registered in RTO without my knowledge. Who is responsible for this??? Update my mobile number in RTO., immediately.

Provide me with all documents of car as its my right as customer to have a copy of documents of the car & also provide compensation for loss incurred to me due to your Executive Ashraf, misrepresented the facts and misguided me while selling the car and for not providing the cars documents as committed by while selling the car to me.

Also update my mobile number in RTO., immediately.

      Its worst service given by car 24..hole week are waste to sell car and they told with 48 hrs u will recive money but its 4 day complete till my money not received. And my car also deliver to them its totally fake promise to customer.

        I am getting unwanted calls from cars24 inspite of not registering with them for selling my car. Multiple calls per day with same query is height o[censored]nprofessionalism. Request them to stop this immediately and put my no. is their DND list forever.

          Sir I Went to Sell my Honda On 22/2/2021 to Phera Gari Cars 24 around 1.30 pm got a Value estimated 4, 54, 000/ after Deduction of insurance and Com. 4, 41563/ was Final which I agreed . Tokan 1000/ given .
          Sir After 3 Days 25/2/2021 when I went for Delivery All Papers Signed R.C given while Submitting the Documents The In charge said it is Wrongly Checked there is No Sunroof it was a Wrong inspection by them .
          I Came Back all Paper and RC is still with them, I called next Day 26/2/2021 got a Silly answer that now the Value estimated is 4, 30/ approx. I mean what is this, I have Got a Tokan from Cars 24 at certain amount Now in 3 Days they have changed .
          Who is Responsible for This I have Given 5000/ as tokan to a Dealer on 24/2/2021 buy a Second hand Creata he is waiting for the payment . I will not get the Money Back .
          This is Not My Fault I have Waisted my Time 2 Hr visited 3 Times and Given 5000/ to buy other car want you to Pls compensate and pay me as it is not a Joke I have Committed and told my Friend and Cousin that I am Buying other car Now I am Felling Bad it will be Joke .
          Pls Refund all Signed paper my RC and The amount which I have Given Further asap . Sharing the Document pls take this on Priority as I Don't want to take it Further .

            I have sold my car through cars 24, and party peshi done on 6th jan 2021, my amount of rs. 10000 not refunded by the company. I have complained so many times but no response from the company.

              One of your agent have done a fraud of 10000 with me i have his call recording of his official given phone number of cars24.

              I tried him to call many time but now cars24 has transfered his no to someone else his past contact no given by cars24 to him was[protected]

              The fraud happened to me is very wrong since i m a loyal coustomer of cars24

              I hope your senior will take action against him very soon

                Car 24 sales team keep calling me everyday from last 15-25 days. I told them multiple times that my car is already sold out. Some of these guys not even aware at which place I am residing. At times I get call from Delhi, Gujarat Ahmedabad that please visit our showroom.
                I already made complaint with Car24 couple of times but no one bothered to work on my request.

                  I scheduled appointment and got confirmation for appointment on 25th Feb between 9:30 and 11:30. Even after 2pm no one attended and contacted customer service for more than 7 time every time they come with new answer like person is on the way, appointment cancelled, our seniors will contact, payment not successful...etc., I demand an explanation for their unprofessional behaviour

                    i can't believe Cars24 is making false promise to the customer.

                    i paid money for car inspection at my home address on[protected] and they have give appointment by 2:00pm but they dint turn-up saying the address not traceable instead they might call me for address if have not get the address.

                    Today they have given scheduled time by 12:00pm till now they havent reach.

                    when i call the customer care they told the payment details not updated in the portal.

                    Why you making customer fools by giving wrong commitment.

                    i like to raise a complaint in consumer court.

                      I had booked, my inspection for the car the concerned person, is not picking up my phone now, when I want to sell my car, i have been contacting him from 2 days, but he is not picking up the calls

                            I have been trying to purchase a car but the customer service team is so pathetic, the only response I get is we’ll get back in 24-48 hrs. This has been going on over a week. Have tried all possible ways to reach them but the response is the same. If you do not want to sell cars then why post them. Also, they charge hefty commission charges for purchasing the car. Totally, NOT WORTH IT!!

                              Getting minimum of 1 call from car 24 customer service call centre asking whether I am interested to sell my car or not. It is really inconvenient getting such call daily.
                              Not understanding why Cars24 pushing people to sell their car? Can you please stop calling?

                                  I sold my alto k10 no. Pb08cw8956 in 03/2020 but till date registration certificate has not been transferred . In spite of contacting with customer care representative no positive reply received. It seems that i selected wrong way to sell my car to cars 24 ..Very poor response and service.. Hope that my grievance will be seriously taken...

                                    I bought a car from cars24 on 10 feb 2021 Renault Kwid which cost me at 209700 which I agreed to pay. They told me there is minor issue in car that the clutch is very hard and need service which cost arround 2500. I agreed to pay that as well after delivery and service. I asked the sales person that I am not that good in driving so I need someone from cars24 will drop to my stepdoor. The sales person agreed and help me droping my car to home. But unfortunate situation that guy accident my vehicle and it costing me 8000 without my mistake. That guy agreed to pay 2500 only rest I need to pay to repair the car. I am not sure if he going to pay for that or not. We took the vehicle to local service centre to repair it and he said he dont have money with me and he will pay me after salary. When I told him its an urgent situation and I need my car fix asap. That is why we took the car to local service centre instead of authorised centre because that gonna take 7 to 10 days. So I called cars24 customer service and they said to speak to same sales person only no help. Next day I contacted other sales person for same situation he said we dont deliver the vehicle . If someone is that is completely his own responsibility not cars24. The other sales person said to sell this car on olx. I need help because the car is insured but transfer is not completed yet. Please suggest what to do.
