i can't believe Cars24 is making false promise to the customer.

i paid money for car inspection at my home address on[protected] and they have give appointment by 2:00pm but they dint turn-up saying the address not traceable instead they might call me for address if have not get the address.

Today they have given scheduled time by 12:00pm till now they havent reach.

when i call the customer care they told the payment details not updated in the portal.

Why you making customer fools by giving wrong commitment.

i like to raise a complaint in consumer court.

    I had booked, my inspection for the car the concerned person, is not picking up my phone now, when I want to sell my car, i have been contacting him from 2 days, but he is not picking up the calls

          I have been trying to purchase a car but the customer service team is so pathetic, the only response I get is we’ll get back in 24-48 hrs. This has been going on over a week. Have tried all possible ways to reach them but the response is the same. If you do not want to sell cars then why post them. Also, they charge hefty commission charges for purchasing the car. Totally, NOT WORTH IT!!

            Getting minimum of 1 call from car 24 customer service call centre asking whether I am interested to sell my car or not. It is really inconvenient getting such call daily.
            Not understanding why Cars24 pushing people to sell their car? Can you please stop calling?

In spite of contacting with customer care representative no positive reply received. It seems that i selected wrong way to sell my car to cars 24 ..Very poor response and service..                   I bought a car from cars24 on 10 feb 2021 Renault Kwid which cost me at 209700 which I agreed to pay. They told me there is minor issue in car that the clutch is very hard and need service which cost arround 2500. I agreed to pay that as well after delivery and service. I asked the sales person that I am not that good in driving so I need someone from cars24 will drop to my stepdoor. The sales person agreed and help me droping my car to home. But unfortunate situation that guy accident my vehicle and it costing me 8000 without my mistake. That guy agreed to pay 2500 only rest I need to pay to repair the car. I am not sure if he going to pay for that or not. We took the vehicle to local service centre to repair it and he said he dont have money with me and he will pay me after salary. When I told him its an urgent situation and I need my car fix asap. That is why we took the car to local service centre instead of authorised centre because that gonna take 7 to 10 days. So I called cars24 customer service and they said to speak to same sales person only no help. Next day I contacted other sales person for same situation he said we dont deliver the vehicle . If someone is that is completely his own responsibility not cars24. The other sales person said to sell this car on olx. I need help because the car is insured but transfer is not completed yet. Please suggest what to do.

                      I sold my car on 16 October 2020 at Gurgaon Sector 14 MG road. I paid money for removal of HP with NOC however HP is still showing under my name. Could please confirm when HP removal will be done and also please confirm when RC will be transferred to the buyer.

                        I had booked a home appointment to inspect my vehicle after paying the said fee of 99 rs. The appointment was scheduled for sat. Received an apology message from cars 24 they can't make it on Sat so to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled it on Sunday, not done in sunday and no communication from them. Rescheduled again on Monday but same. Till now I haven't even received a call from their side. I called up their customer care to find out only thing they reply is they will call back again & when I ask for refund they say it will take 15 days. I fail to understand such behaviour from them . I think they want to take details and not to do customer service. I demand an explanation & to refund my money in next 48 hours. I don't want to deal with such fraud company who doesn't respecg or care for their customers.

                            I have booked an appointment for home inspection on Nitin lokhande's name I have paid 49/- my car got inspected and after some time I got otp I called 3 to 4 time on that no but no response after 30 min I got call from banner store I had a word with rakesh he told me the price and all but there was no convensing power in him he was very casual then I told him give this call to ur manager he gave call to mr UTKARSH MISHRA and he was dealing with me. One of my friend has work with cars24 so I told him to talk with utkash Mishra when my friend started to talk with him and told him his name mr UTKARSH MISHRA didn't gave any reply and told him you know everything thing about cars24 and he cut the call this was very rude behaviour of mr UTKARSH MISHRA being my friend was and ex employee of cars24 he told let see what better offer cars24 will give the behaviour of cars24 employees was bad that I will suggest my family friends not to sell car to cars24 on that UTKARSH MISHRA has decided that I am a dealer so he didn't gave proper reply to my friend i think cars24 is running on dealer's only not on employees they are not giving money right this things has to take in notice what your employees are doing with customers may be today you lose 1 customer but in future it will me more because of your employees I will sell this car to any other car dealers may be in low price but not to cars24

                              Two years back I went to Cars24 dealership (or you can say shop) and as per the procedure they took my details (number & name) now I am receiving call on alternate days basis even after I requested for DND multiple times and many times it happen that the rep. disconnects the call in the ongoing conversation.

                              I want my number to be de-registered from your system, even I wanted to sell my car on your platform but now I won't do the same and even I will let my friends and circle to not to come in your trap.

                              I had one car but due to unethical behavior I sold it to 'Cardekho Gaddi' store with a good amount.

                              I am really frustrated with the behavior and in future I will boycott Cars24 and I will definitely share my negative review on ever social media platform.

                                Cars24 ki vajhe se mujhe mentally harrasment ho rahi hai kiuki koi bhi ni sun raha mai inko bar bar call kar raha hu ye kuch bhi ni bata rahe hai na hi mujhe koi lawyer provide kar rahe hai inki vajhe mere uper FIR ho gayi hai rohtak mai inko mai itni bar bol chuka hu ye bas mujhe ghumaye ja rahe hai mere naam ke arrest warrant bhi nikal chuka hai inko mai bata raha hu ye log ek dusre par dale ja rahe hai inki vajhe se mere kam bhi chut gaya ye log bahut harrasment kar rahe hai. In logo ki vajhe se meri family bhi suffer kar rahi hai or mai bhi ye log fraud hai chor hai ek no ke. Ye bas logo ke sath fraud karte hai. Inke store mai bhi batmije se bat karte hai bola jata hai or saf saf bol dete hai hum kuch ni kar sakte jo karna hai kar lo jakar.

                                  When other companies are providing good customer service, complete product details and test drive at customer's place, Cars 24 is doing only tick box activity.

                                  You might be unknown about it, because you are too busy to sustain your business, but if you really want to grow then check the ground reality.

                                  Book a car from Cars24 and check the service which you are providing in Mumbai city and compare the service with your competitors.

                                    I have booked an appointment for valuation of my car FORD FIGO on Sep 12 2020 by paying 49 rupees using their website.

                                    No one turned on the day it was scheduled. I raised a concern and they rescheduled it on Dec1 again no one came .

                                    After waiting for 3 months, i sold my car on OLX which is better and best platform than CARS24.

                                    I need my money back as CARS24 not only charged me with money but also wasted my 3 month of valuable time.

                                    I am attaching the SMS messages i received for booking, grievance and rescheduling. I am going to challenge the same in the court of law if no response received ASAP.

                                      No inspection done after fixing the appointment for 2 days

                                      I had booked for home inspection (ID: [protected]) on Sunday, 31st January from 11:30 & Monday 1st February 2021. Both the times I got a SMS mentioning that the inspection can't be done and I need to reschedule. This is really annoying.

                                      I called up customer care to mention about this incident, however no action has been taken so far.

                                      Let me know how to reach to the next level so that my feedback is taken....
