I sold in Hyderabad cars 24

I have sold my car WB08B3366 to Buyer Name "Mohd. Humza" on 27 sep 2020 at Kolkata. Invoice number is C2C[protected]. As per your commitment, the RC is supposed to transfer in 60-70 days after delivery of the vehicle.

I have shared all required documents including NOC from financer too which got expire after 60 days of issuance. I followed up a lot with Cars24 executive and Buyer but of no result. No concrete update has been given.

Cars24 mentioned that with cars24, RC transfer is hassle free but it seems that a lot of struggle is required from the seller side. Frustrated with their processes.

I have checked in mParivahan app too that the buyer had not even renewed the following yet and all of them are showing in expired mode

Registration tax
PUC
Insurance.

On top of that, there is a challan raised by Kolkata police for over speeding and he has not paid that too.

I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@cars24.com & care.[protected]@cars24.com and followed up from their helpline number but no result till now.

Requesting them to please take necessary action against that and consider this on priority.

I showed my car in cars 24 and they gave me a offer. But its not accepted by me. I am not satisfied with that price. But they called me daily and offering some price.. Since two days they are calling me but not wait until accept the call.. They are giving ring two or three times. After I called them but not accept the call. Disconnected my call.. They are playing games with people. I am the lady owner of the car. I[censored] do like this I will complaint in police station

I have purchased a car of model (Volkswagen Ameo vehicle No TN 06R 8193) on 12th December 2020 from the day onwards steering get very hard on driving, I was contacted your sales person but there is no proper response. When I enquired before on purchase they said they will give 6 months warranty upto 7500 kms but after the purchase they are not responding. Please rectify this compliant early I belive that cars 24 then only I purchased.

This was my first experience with Cars24 and was really bad at the end when just for 1500 your employee cheated me. Ujjwal from Noida Sector 53 Branch promised me if you do not have rent agreement for your previous address he can help me to produce as this is only company policy and your hold back amount will be credited after party peshi along with 10000. But I received only 10000 rather 11500. This not going to hit me too much but yes as a company this certainly hit. Because Integrity is one of the most valuable part of any company and I seen it missing in your employee. Thanks

I have never contacted Cars24 for any service yet i receive at least one call daily asking if i have any Car up for sale. I have told them mNy times i fo not have any interest in their service and they shold stop calling me yet it keeps going on. Im getting tired of this.

I have sold my car CH01 AD 4236 to Mr. Vikas via cars24 Executive Mr. Karan. Both buyer and executive are not cooperating in getting rc transferred. I have called customer care of cars24 also multiple times but no one is responding. Kindly look into this as I am betrayed by cars24 and lots of mental harassment has been caused to me because of this. The company is in chandigarh tricity.

I had bought a car from the Hosur Road yard Bangalore and when I took sales manager ensured that everything is perfect but later I got to know that the there is cheating happened in odo meter as in the previous service it shows the car was given for service at 75000 km where as car was sold to me at 72000km not sure how many more km it has run which in variably reduces the price this is a serious issue as we trusty cars24 and would have bought the car. Now I have invested on this car and I’m cannot complain as well this should not happen to any one else and also car price definitely goes down when it runs more than actual km .

Kindly issue me difference amount of the car as this is not satisfying for the price I have pain and time invested over it

I am from Indian Army as family dispute is going on at my home when I sold car my mental condition was not appropriate and in the sense I could not judge what complication may arisein future as the car was purchased last year by my elder brother and registered my name when I sold I did not discuss my brother...now there is big scuffle in family and my bro has reached to file a case on me he says give me my car back sir I request you please return my car back whatever company policies I will follow

I have never placed any request for selling my car to cars 24 and even after telling them a number of times that I have no intention of selling my car they keep on calling me please help aap to get rid of this nuisance.

I purchased a car on 23 Jul 19 WB02AD2324 price 2.55 lakhs Dealing person Mr. Sandeep from Kolkata branch.My car was not transferred within 90 days as per CARS24 promise. Now in month of Jan 2020, I got transferred to another city but car was not transferred till then so I don't have any option and I have to sell my car again on Cars24 through same dealing person so I lost almost 50000/- on the deal but problem is that till Jan 2021 car is not transferred to the other person alao whom I sold the car and he hold a hondsome amount of money till the car is get transferred on his name. But I feel ashamed of the CARS24 brand which I trusted.I sent so many emails and contacted customer care 100 times but You people replied me that due to some paper from seller side it is not getting transferred so what documents you check before selling a car? Description: I visited Cars24 to get my car evaluated. I also agreed to get it listed on their website. I decided to postpone the sale and delisted from web site. Both before and after delisting, I have been getting about 10 calls every day. This is in spite of me repeatedly conveaying that I am not interested any more. The experience have been pathetic to least say.

Resolution: Stop your calls. When ?I need to sell my car, I will reach your branch

I was browsing for a car to purchase, i have found a car and am unable to reach them. I have called cars 24 customer service for 4 times and asked them for the number, they are not giving any number to contact even of owner or car 24 team. This is not the way to provide the service. Please provide me the details as soon as possible. Am waiting since 4 days

I have visited for car inspection, price quote shared by cars24, I have given lfc as well, documentation done, bank account verified and 1rs credited in my account as well, next day I have visited to handover the car, then they said that payment decline, deal has been rejected, wtf, sab kuch hone k baad cars 24 wale end me keh rae h ki payment nai ho payegi, fool banate h cx ko ye log, jhuth kehte h instant process hai, bakwas cars24, mere time mera car ka oil, mere 3 days waste kiye inhone, mai kabhi kisi ko recommend nai karungi plus behavior b esa h inka jese ye ehsan kar rae ho logo ki car ki deal karke . Bad service bad process, sabse pehle inko check krna chaiye ki payment ho skti h ya nahi par cars24 ne bohot tang kiya hai.
