In 2019 I visited cars24 office and I rejected their offfer as it didn't meet my expectations.
From that day I was getting calls continuously from different locations even though I said that I don't have any requirement right now. But they didn't listen to me and they keep calling me everyday. Every time I requested them to remove my contact from their list but they didn't.
I'm literally fed up saying I don't have any requirement.
I'll definitely visit the office if I have any requirement so please remove my contact.
Resolve my issue as early as possible

Dear cars24 Team,

Please confirm the RC Transfer of My Car No. MP09CG2092. Which is sold through cars24 on 30 May 2020 at Indore (M.P) and regarding RC Transfer representative Mr. Mukeshji of cars24 says that it will 3 months time and due to lockdown at that time he say that it will take more that that. Till date no any confirmation or communication received all though i take follow-up 4 to 5 times every time they says "yet not transferred but transferred soon".

All documents like car RC, Policy and key handed over to cars24 representative.

Please update the current status as soon as possible.

I have purchase Ford figo TN 09 BK 9321 car through cars 24 coimbatore in three months back but sill now I m not getting RC book, even threy are not given old rc book and insurance copy, now insurance was expired how can I renew without old insurance copy. Pls contact [protected]

I recently bought a Honda car from CARS24 (2 days back) as per their advertisement and documents the Kilometer mentioned 11000 but when I checked with Honda authorized service center it was just double. And they didn't mentioned me about the same. They told they have done servicing recently but when I checked with Honda they told it was done 2 years back.

I need full money back along with the amount I spent at Honda for servicing to compassionate.

I want to talk in tamil but there is no customer care language in tamil...

Mr Amit, posted in hazratganj Branch has done fraud with me on 30th Dec, 2020 . My car deal was confirmed on 23 dec, 2020 of Rs 113000/- but on 30 Dec when I went to deliver my car, Mr Amit made me wait for 4 hours and just transferred only Rs 88, 475/-. regarding this deal lots of call/Whattsapp recording are available. The main deal is done by Mr. Aman but at the time of delievery Mr. Amit handled my case and done this fraud to me.
So please try to help me.

i have been recieving unwanted calls from Cars24 team despite repeated requests for not disturbing.
its been more than 6 months since i have been getting calls from CARS24 on regular basis.

I had made an online appointment & payment for Car inspection for selling my Maruti car. The visiting time slot given for Car inspection was between 2 to 4pm. I made multiple calls to the Call centre regd the visit delay issue, However I haven't received any call from Service person even by 6pm. My entire day has been wasted waiting for the Car Inspection. Extremely upset with the service provided

Team I have sold my Nissan Micra active UP14CS6954 in ghaziabad. It was committed that is will take 90 days to transfer ownership now I am following and team is increasing time without any proper solution.

Hope I will get appropriate solution rather thn scripted one .

Reference my Appointment ID -- [protected] dated 21 Dec 2020, An inspection was done on the same day in Gurgaon at my residence after i paid an amount of INR 99 and a price quoted to me which did not suit me A further offer was made to me by Gautam of Cars24 at 7pm on Friday the 25th of Dec. I conveyed that i could give my car on 29 or 30 th as i was told that the NOC needed to have a three month validity . I clearly requested for a mail confirming the price and documents. Since i received NO on 29th Dec i called and spoke to the same gentleman who now told me I needed an original NOC and form 35 signed by the bank . Post my getting this from the Bank on 29th Dec, i called thrice requesting for a call back . There has been a Zero response . I got a sms last night saying compliant closed as there was no update from me :!!!
Is this a joke . I demand an explanation and plan to write on social Media. Also strict action against Gautam. Pl call me on [protected] .

I have raised my query many times for test drive ...but none of the driver called me...and the service at your paras down town zirakpur is very bad...they did not show me car less than 2 lakh...I called one of your representative many times but did not get any response ...even he forwarded my call to any other number...very unsatisfactory

Sir, I won a auction the car details where not completely provided upon which I requested the details of perticular vehicle to customer support upon which they where fail to provide details and delaying response. As I don't want to stock in from my side as if they will charge rs.20000 after 5th day. I was cornered. They wrongly charged me amount of rs.10000. I requested for refund

I have sold car in Pune on 22nd Feb 2020. It was told that the RC transfer will happen within 6 months. But, even after 10 months the RC transfer is not done to the new owner. Vehicle number TN 02 X 0816. I cannot be having the risk of being the owner even after 10 months of selling. I don't know where is the car who is the new owner what the new owner using the car for. Please look into this matter at the earliest.

I have purchased a car from cars24 on 3rd july 2020, all payments has been made timely. But I have not got my car registration certificate till today i.e. 25 Dec 2020, I cannot travel with my car without Registration Certificate.

I have sold my car to cars24 hoshangabad road branch on 21/12/2020, Monday. I was earlier told that i will receive payment after maximum 30 minutes of car delivery, but it is the 3rd day, yet the payment has not been received. The dealership person is saying that they cannot find any buyer to purchase my car, that is the reason of the delay in payment. I was not made aware that this was a condition of payment. I just want a confirmation of the date and assurity of payment against the car that i have sold to you.

And have completed party pashi at RTO OFFICE in June. Still RC is not transferred to current owner. Have tried to raise issue many times, but Cars24 is not responding.please help.

I have purchased the car through cars24 6 months ago during purchase we have faced too much difficulties and harassing, Cars 24 committed to transfer the rc in one week now after 6 months still they are not receiving the calls and not responding my mails after so many try still i don't have any documents, All the payments already transferred to Cars24

My bad luck that I gave them my contact number. Now my inbox is taken by their ads. I've contacted their customer service several times and blocked their numbers. they keep sending me sms from new numbers. WHAT A Frustration. cars24, if you are seeing this review, note this.
