Dear sir/madam
My honda car no. Mh02 bd 3302 was registered with you on 16/09/2020 for selling.

On tuesday, 22nd sept'2020 evening, i received a call from one of your executives at thane (Mr arbaz) asking for the expected price. The car was listed with cars24 since 16/09/2 at rs 2.6 lakhs and then reduced to rs 2.10 lakhs. I confirmed the price of 2.05 lakhs and the executive asked for 1 day to respond.

On 23 rd sept'2020, morning, i got a confirmation on phone for the acceptance of the price and i was requested to visit the versova location with the car for another inspection and completion of paper work for the deal.

The car was sent to the versova centre. The relevant documents were presented there. After that, forms for transfer were sent to me for signing, which i did. Thereafter, for the release of payment and handing over the car, my person visited versova centre. At this point i was informed that there is some delay and i was asked to keep the car at my place and told that a person from the company would collect the car and the documents after release of payment.
On 25th sept, i was told that the deal has been cancelled.

Since then, i have been perusing the matter with the company. I tried to contact some senior level officer to apprise him and to impress that the trust and sanctity of the deal should be honoured. The call was made through call centre (Mr deepak) on 23rd sept who assured that a response should be coming within 24 hours. But no body has cared to answer.

In view of the above, you are hereby requested to honour the commitment and complete the transaction.

    Non receipt of the chassis number plate and documents

    Address: Jadavpur near South City Mall, Kolkata.

    I sold my maruti 800 std. Car as scrap on 15th august 2020. After scrapping my car i was supposed to get chassis number plate and documents from car24 jadavpur office near south city mall, kolkata within one month. It was promised by mr. Sidhhanta ray, sales manager of car24. As on date i have not received chassis number plate and documents from car24. Mr. Ray is not picking up my phone call. As i have to surrender my car registration number...

    I planned on buying a used (Honda city 2013 v at, 3rd owner, 88k kms, tn11y6086) car from cars 24. So i contact tamizh from chennai cars 24. He asked me to send 10k as deposit and 9, 450 as cars 24 service charge to his own bank account using google pay, which i sent. Later that day, i got a message as below.

    "we have received an amount of inr 9440 from you against the transaction of the vehicle tn11y6086 at an agreed price of inr 380000.0 with the seller j joseph".

    Which is inappropriate as i paid 10k as deposit. Tamizh misused his role as cars 24 representative and looted part of my token deposit to himself.

    Secondly, i haven't yet seen the car at this time and trusted in the cars 24 inspection report as true.

    I asked tamizh to arrange a meeting with the seller multiple times, none of the time, he even bothered to show up and asked to contact seller (He gave one number).

    Now i am not sure he is the actual seller. He said that car is registered under his father's name. When i tried to meet him, with a mechanic for inspection, he fleed.

    And asked to travel 34kms away to his place next day. And when i did with a mechanic, neither the supposed seller nor cars 24 representative showed up (Not once until now during this transaction did tamizh bothered to show up).

    And i am not sure the person i was speaking with is actually the real seller and he was avoiding to see me. (And i wanted to see if he is the real seller, the son of the seller).

    And when the mechanic checked the car, it was later we found out that the car had serious suspension problem and need to be replaced. (In the inspection report by cars 24 is actually mentioned as 1. Rare tyres are gone and need to be replaced. 2. Only abnormal noise with the suspension). But the mechanic told me that the suspension has serious issue and need to be replaced, else even the new tyres installed in back will be gone. (The mechanic also mentioned that they have replaced the back tyres to front). And the entire suspension set will cost me around 27k.

    To which i contacted tamizh (Once again through phone, as he never showed up) and he said the deal is made and can't be changed.
    To which i told, the inspection report is incorrect and misguided and there is big work needs to be done on the car and now i can't pay more than 3.65l.
    To which, now he blocked my calls and whatsapp.

    1. How can a deal be made without even seeing the car?
    2. The inspection report by cars 24 is intentionally misguided, so the customers will buy the car and they will get the commission.
    3. Why was i asked to pay to a cars 24 representative private bank account? To which he looted some amount like a corrupt government official.
    4. What was the meeting not formally arranged by the cars 24 representative, as that is why rs. 9, 450 was paid as a service charge. And they are actually making someone pose like a seller, to sell the car to an additional price than what they bought from the seller.
    5. Why haven't i met the seller?
    6. The car is actually been bought by the cars 24 at cheaper price from the seller and jacking up the price to buyer by posing someone as seller. (There is not actual interaction between the seller and the buyer, even the cars 24 representative does not show up). Very shady and unethical business carried out by cars 24).

    I want my token deposit and service charge refunded.

    I am planning to take this to consumer court.

      I regret my decision of selling my car on 15/3/2020 with appointment I’d [protected] through Cars24. As before selling my car to cars24 they had promised me that RC will be transferred within 120 days. But Still after completion of 190 days of my car sold to them the RC not yet transferred from my name. Every time I call or email cars24 customer care they said it will be done. But after waiting for so long nothing happened. I am very much disappointed with cars24. They mislead and cheat the customers.

          Sir my self abhishek srivastava. Aug of 6th i had purchased used car from cars 24 through finance. Vehicle number up16ac 0818. But 2 some reason sep of 1st i have 2 paid all loan amount and closed the loan.. But still i have not received noc and rc..in this regarding so many time send mail to car cares but no practical response from ur team members. Before days i was thinking the cars 24 provide very best service... But its provided very bad service and from ur fraud and cheater agent and team member always ignoring my call. I m very unhappy for ur service.. I don't suggested 2 anyone to sell or buy any car from cars24... Althought still today i have not received of my payments recipient.

              I took my wagon r to cars 24 rani bagh, new delhi on 20th september 2020, sunday for giving it to scrap. Detailed inspection of the car was done and a price of rs 22000 was quoted. However the delivery documents were pending. We were told that we can leave the car there and the delivery documents would be sent to us through whatsapp. So, we left the car there and gave the keys to your employees. Next day at 10:30 am we received a call from the same cars 24 center that our car was missing. They did not want to take the responsibility and said that leaving the car was at owners risk as such incidences can happen. They have shared a cctv footage of the theft also. We are complaining about the misguidance we have received from your end. They should have clearly said that parking the car in front of the shop before getting the delivery documents would be at the owners risk. It was our first time that we were selling a car but a reputed company like yours which has so much experience should have a clear set protocol with efficient workers to guide the customers. We trusted on your experience but instead suffered a great loss. We have lost our car with which was with us for 15 good years to a thief, we suffered financial loss of rs 22000 and had to carry on police formalities as well. We anticipate some consideration from your end.

                This is to raise my concern and complaint on the support and services provided by your team. I regret my decision to sell our car through cars24.

                I sold my car in feb, 2020 to cars24 at indirapuram (Delhi ncr). I have completed all the paperwork required in the given limited time because your team said the deal will be null and void (Or would be charged extra) if delayed even a single day.

                I have been given peshi dates 4 times (Being revised post party peshi time) basis the buyer party didn't attend the peshi. Cars24 team never coordinates or bothers to check if anyone is coming or not. But they say call at channel partner number.

                I called the given numbers before leaving but were not reachable. I was foolish to go to the rto office and wait for the buyer party of the cars24 team to come back. On receipt of a call from staff to know the status of the deal, i complained, he said sir why didn't you call the buyer whether they are coming or not.
                I was surprised to hear such language and careless attitude and didn't have a clue why the hell cars24 is taking ownership and brokerage in between. Long story short, the response was not good even in the next two times and the reason for the buyer party's absence was they don't want to bring the car from punjab to up rto and other multiple reasons.

                Most importantly, your team lied to me that the car is in the cars24 garage. When i talked to buyers in punjab they said we are using it in punjab. Then i reported the issue on twitter by tagging you and team. I have filed complaints on customer care and they promised to get this resolved max in 15 days. Also written to management - manika, mehul and vikram but manika has just handed it over to customer care.

                4th dates of peshi have been passed and i have myself coordinated with a buyer party who said we are not coming. Please take the next date. I felt betrayed and disappointed with the cars24. Whether all the rules are for sellers only? I myself am coordinating your team and buyer party. Your team is lying etc. : (

                I don't have a clue what is done with my car or being misused. I had the worst experience so far.
                I request all donot choose such a # service who takes brokerage and donot provide service even if you complaint.

                  Too much time taken in rc transfer in cars24 company. Nobody saying what will be the time to complete rc transfer process nor they want to revert my car to me. I have sold my car to cars24 in 29 december but till this date rc tranfer process has not completed and cars24 person is saying that it we are sorry for delay it will completed soon but they are not giving time to complete the process.

                  My appointment id is 1053504350 and mobile no is 9717623687.Payment process is complete but rc transfer has not completed till this date and crs24 person is saying that they want to take 3-4 months
                  more to complete the process although they have taken already 9 months from dec29, 2019 to till this date but process has not completed. Due to non-completion of rc transfer process they want 3-4 months extra which is not possible for me to give more time .
                  Now one of the cars24 person is saying that they have no channel partner of my car since 29 december 2019. now channel partner has come on august2020.So kindly give us 3 months more to complete rc transfer process but they are not giving time limit to complete the process.they are saying we are trying our best.one month before they are saying that our channel partner has left but on today they are saying that we have no cannel partner since december 2019. and if you want to take the car then you have to pay penalty amount also. It is quite unfair means in business dealing because nor you are to do transaction nor you want to revert the transaction to client.I think cars24 is not a good company for dealing the cars.

                      I am karandeep singh from jalandhar, i buy a car through cars24 on 22nd aug 2020, i paid all amount to client and cars24 include commission + rc transfer + hypothecation removal charges on the same day. But till the time i didn't get any update about rc transfer, even loan clearance noc is still with me, without that cant remove hypothecation from rc. Cars24 representative not answering my call from last 2 3 weeks, i compaint on mail but also didnt get response there also.

                                I sold my i10era 2008 to cars 24 in the year of 2018, at the time of selling the car the executive from cars24 told me that if we will sale your car to any one first we will take care of name transfer only the we will sell it, and from today ;the selling date; if and thing will happen with your car then cars24 is the responsible, and after hearing this with full of trust on cars24 i came out and feel relaxed, but before few days back i all of a sudden checked the status of my car, what i have seen that car is still on my name and there is 2500/- inr challan is also pending against the car, and i was shocked, then i visited again the same branch where i sold my car to clear the things, but the person who bought my car on the behalf of cars24 was left and i met with mr saurav, who is headlining that branch these days and i told him every this what was happened with me but he take it very casually, and told me to call customer care as they cant do any thing in this, so i said ok and asked for his number first he was little hesitate but the he gave me his number [protected], then i called to the customer care so they told me to provide them the appointment id which that time i dnont have as the doc was at my home so i gave him my registered mobile number and from last 5 yrs m using the same moblie number, they told this number is not registered with us, and i was thinking what the hell, then after insisting him he took my complaint and gave me 2 ticket numbers 1 is for challan and 2 is for name transfer, then he told me that this will take alt east a week and our exe. will call you, in between this week i got so many calls from cars 24 to buy the car which i am using right now but now any solution of my problem then almost 10 days i got the mail that they tried me so many times but my number as not reachable so they are closing the tickets, i felt really bad about cars24 then, and then i called them again to confirm what happen but after listing my concern the exe. cut he call and i have recording for that as well even i have all the recordings when when i had word with them, i called sec time at the same time, first i confirmed that are you getting my voice and then again i have explained every thing which i am mentioning here, after lisiting my concern the lady told me sir your ticket number which was generated by them was wrong this is the reason you didn't get the solution yet, now here my question if that id was wrong how i gotta mail that the Challan ticket was solved and closed, , , , , , , , , then that lady asked again all the details and this time i was ready with the appointment id as well i gave her every thing and she generate 2 tickets again for the same things, and said the same line again that there exe, will call me within a week, now after a week i gotta call from them the appointment id is also wrong on this number no car is showing pls tell me the appointment id again and your concern, that day i was burst out and said that if you guys cant save the data how you will gave solution i will gonna file a case against you and cut the call.

                                  I have purchased car from cars 24 on 3 nov 2019 and even after 1 year there is no progress on rc transfer. I have been facing challenges while taking the car out but cars 24 never have been helpful. They don’t even pick calls or reply to email before months or two and with no commitment or new updates. It’s always that we are working please bear with us. It’s already been 1 year an no movement on process, don’t know how much to bear.
                                  I have also made complaint here on this website in january 8 2020 for which i got revert once april after 4 months that’s how proactively it’s been worked by them and their grievances team and case was marked closed and now issue is still the same with no timeline.

                                  And as suggestion stop calling yourself india’s no 1 car service company as with this service the best word doesn’t suit and you’re doing nothing but defaming the country name with such slogans cause if this is the best service the worst can not be imagined

                                    I informed to cars24 callers number of times that I don't want to sell my car but I am receiving calls from them continuously at my work time and they are harassing me a lot by making phone calls regularly
