I sold my i10era 2008 to cars 24 in the year of 2018, at the time of selling the car the executive from cars24 told me that if we will sale your car to any one first we will take care of name transfer only the we will sell it, and from today ;the selling date; if and thing will happen with your car then cars24 is the responsible, and after hearing this with full of trust on cars24 i came out and feel relaxed, but before few days back i all of a sudden checked the status of my car, what i have seen that car is still on my name and there is 2500/- inr challan is also pending against the car, and i was shocked, then i visited again the same branch where i sold my car to clear the things, but the person who bought my car on the behalf of cars24 was left and i met with mr saurav, who is headlining that branch these days and i told him every this what was happened with me but he take it very casually, and told me to call customer care as they cant do any thing in this, so i said ok and asked for his number first he was little hesitate but the he gave me his number [protected], then i called to the customer care so they told me to provide them the appointment id which that time i dnont have as the doc was at my home so i gave him my registered mobile number and from last 5 yrs m using the same moblie number, they told this number is not registered with us, and i was thinking what the hell, then after insisting him he took my complaint and gave me 2 ticket numbers 1 is for challan and 2 is for name transfer, then he told me that this will take alt east a week and our exe. will call you, in between this week i got so many calls from cars 24 to buy the car which i am using right now but now any solution of my problem then almost 10 days i got the mail that they tried me so many times but my number as not reachable so they are closing the tickets, i felt really bad about cars24 then, and then i called them again to confirm what happen but after listing my concern the exe. cut he call and i have recording for that as well even i have all the recordings when when i had word with them, i called sec time at the same time, first i confirmed that are you getting my voice and then again i have explained every thing which i am mentioning here, after lisiting my concern the lady told me sir your ticket number which was generated by them was wrong this is the reason you didn't get the solution yet, now here my question if that id was wrong how i gotta mail that the Challan ticket was solved and closed, , , , , , , , , then that lady asked again all the details and this time i was ready with the appointment id as well i gave her every thing and she generate 2 tickets again for the same things, and said the same line again that there exe, will call me within a week, now after a week i gotta call from them the appointment id is also wrong on this number no car is showing pls tell me the appointment id again and your concern, that day i was burst out and said that if you guys cant save the data how you will gave solution i will gonna file a case against you and cut the call.
