Rs.99/- has been paytm on dated 05/10/2020 inspection dated vide’s appointment id [protected], under reference i’d the inspection date have been thrice rescheduled further dated 07/10/2020, 08/10/2020 at the part of car24. And today again ticket number issued i. E 322936 for further rescheduling date of inspection. While contracting over phone, they make pretend over different situations. Resolve this issue at earliest even tomorrow dated 9/10/2020 itself.

    Dear sir,

    I had bought a maruti swift (Vdi) from cars24 gurgaon branch in december-2019 whose vehicle number is dl-9cl-6645, my rc has not been transferred to my name yet, the rc is still in the name of the old owner. Whenever i call cars 24 (Deepak mb no - [protected]) and know about my rc status, they said that it will take more time, sir, tell me that 10 months have passed (September-2020) its too much time has been taken, yet the rc has not been transferred in my name it take to much problem to take my vehicle in road
    I request you to transfer my rc and please get me done soon because it's too late. Please sir take my problem to our personal behalf please..,

      I am souvik pal. I have sold and handed over my car (Reg no - wb06l5620) at cars 24 (Kolkata salt lake sector 5 branch) on 11th june 2019 (Sale contract and vehicle delivery acknowledgement receipt is attached herewith). It is clearly mentioned in the cars24 customer protection policy (Attached herewith) that within 120 to 180 days from the car selling date rc transfer will be surely completed by the cars24 team. But in my case, 15 months have passed since the selling date but rc transfer has not been done. Apart the road tax, insurance, pollution certificate have all expired now. Still the car is being driven illegally on roads with my smart card (Which was taken from me by cars24 team during car selling) by cars 24 team. As a proof i have attached the screenshots of challans which i received in my registered mobile number with respect to this vehicle after the car selling date. Please note all necessary original documents of the car like original road tax token, registration token, car insurance, smart card was taken by cars 24 team from me during the car selling process. I have followed up with numerous emails and calls to cars24 customer care to complete this rc transfer process as i don't want to take any responsibility for this car as owner after selling and handling over the car at cars24 but no luck.
      So hereby i am lodging a formal complaint against cars24 for violating the commitment mentioned is sales contract (I. E completion of rc transfer within 120-180 days if selling date), illegally driving the card with my smart card and no valid papers (Road tax, insurance) and harassing me as an customer for this prolonged period of time.

      I am also seeking compensation for the same from the cars24 team.

        Cancellation of the deal and Payment is not returning

        I have booked a car from CARS24. The loan for this is approved and sanctioned by the finance department of the CARS24. After that CARS24 sent my file to ICICI Bank for loan sanction. When loan was already sanctioned by CARS24 then why they sent my file to ICICI Bank. It means they have an idea to make any kind of fraud with me. The Car booked is cancelled by the seller as CARS24 is not going to make the full payment of the car to seller,...

        Cars24 sales team keep calling me everyday 3 to 4 times. I already told them that I never ever booked any appointment still getting calls. So many times I have told them to delete my number from their database they still call me continuously

          Cars24 is not a company to rely on. They don't have any log of customer maintained, don't respond to customers once the car is sold. Please never buy from cars24

          I bought a car close to 2 months back, paid full amount + the charges for RC transfer and was told that I will get the RC in my name in 45 days. Been so many days they don't seem to bother about the responsibility. I have to call multiple times to the relationship manager, customer care (useless), email but of no luck. Seems like a non responsible company who don't even think its their liability to work on the RC transfer instead sitting on it since they have taken the fee.

          Company executives I think are trained to lie to customers for the salke of business and then play such dirty business. I waited for quite some time and then provoked myself to come and post things in public so that others don't fall in prey of Cars24 selling tricks.

          Company and people working there should be ashamed of themselves.

          Its now been 4 months? Does the NOC take such a long time? as soon the dealing is done, as per CARS24 within 60 days, the new owner should get the RC.
          Please dont hide the negligence that your team has done and continue to do it. This is not how business is done, we are also working professionals.

          Why did your team not signed the legal documents during the negotiation and sealing the deal, whay form 29 and 30 was signed 20 days ago; this should have been done at the time of sealing the deal and getting the keys from the previous owner? why should now i bear the burn from the continuous mistakes your colleagues have done. Is there no protocol? you guys dont have a system to track customer details, history of what has happened from day 1, customer care has no trace of customer dealing history.

          Its my mistake of dealing with cars24, please give me the RC copy or take the car back and pay me 5 lacs.
          And while you answer me the above questions and paying me the money and taking the car back, I will continue to post these conversations in Google and all other public pages so that other people are aware of false promises and things that cars24 does and never become your customer.

          Thanks for all the hard work you guys are doing.

            During delivery, i had to pay parking charges of Rs. 1800/- with out any reason from my side and the same was intimated in last minute while handing over the gate pass and after the whole payment.

            I have all the messages and chats and it is clearly evident that, the delay was happened not from my side.

            During the payment i had asked about the same and they said, you can raise a complaint for reimbursement and did the same. But no positive response and now they are denying the same due to longer period which is also happened not due to my mistake, since i am chasing for the same form Jan 2020 onwards.

              I have sold my car i20, jh05ah2101 to cars24 on 19th march and i have received 95% payment and balance 5% - rs.10000/= is balance to be paid after party pashi.
              I have come to know that this car is already sold by cars24 and still the process for ownership transfer is pending.
              Now i have bought a new car and as per the jharkhand rules, i will have to pay 3% tax amount extra if a person has more than 1 vehicle registered in his name.
              I have been continuously chasing your ranchi office for last 10 days to get the ownership transfer on or before 10th september or i will have to pay fine after this date and also the extra 3% tax.
              I have informed mr. Sourav by telephone and also by whatsapp and i have sent a whatsapp message to ms. Neha oja-business relation head at ranchi, informing them that i will not bear the extra tax burden of 3%, just due to the negligence of cars24 for not transferring the ownership even after selling my car and the registration process in jamshedpur takes 3/4 days only at current pandemic situation.
              I therefore would like to inform cars24 by this complaint that if the ownership is not transferred by 10th september and if i have to pay the extra tax, then i will take necessary legal action and cars24 will be liable to pay the amount paid by me towards registration of my new car.

                  Mr. Sajid concern person of cars24 is not picking up my calls than i tried calling him from another number and he replied me in very wrong way that this is not...

                  I purchase a pre-owned car on aug. 16th 2020. Every formality was done on the same day. At the time of purchasing the car we took an additional service of rc transfer from that day till date i have not received the rc transfer slip... Contacted cars24 multiple time via call/emails but did not get any satisfactory answer from anyone.

                      I booked a car in Hyderabad cars24 by paying 20, 000 .They cheated me by saying single owner but after going though online site once again it was showing 3 owners transferred. when I questioned him they were trying to convince that it wont be problem etc.So I canceled deal in 3 days and they dint refund money but actually they committed they are going to refund me money back of 12000 and in 1 week they were saying we are not going to refund money.which is completely unprofessional .

                      Persons who cheated me is

                      Syam Singh, Anirudh-attapur cars24 yard managers

                      Humble request to other buyers in cars24 dont give minimum booking they mention take time by saying we dont have money in hand and try to block with[protected] rupees, Even though they try to take 20k as company policy of minimum amount for booking car, because you wont get back those money if anything goes wrong.

                        नमस्कार मेरा नाम राज गर्ग है मैंने एक कार car24 से पसंद की जिसका टोकन ₹10000 बेचने वाले के अकाउंट में और cars24 का सर्विस चार्ज दोनों दे दिए इनके रिलेशनशिप मैनेजर ने मुझे प्रॉमिस किया था कि आपका लोन हो जाएगा लेकिन कई दिन बाद भी मुझे कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला इसके बाद यह लोग ना तो मेरा टोकन और ना ही मेरा सर्विस चार्ज मुझे वापस कर रहे हैं इनका व्यवहार एक बदमाश की तरह है इनका रिलेशनशिप मैनेजर जिसका नाम सागर है उसको बार-बार फोन करने पर भी वह कोई जवाब नहीं देता और और दुर्व्यवहार भी करता है मुझे उम्मीद है इस माध्यम के द्वारा मुझे मेरा गाढ़ी कमाई का पैसा वापस मिलेगा

                          I purchase a Pre-owned car on Jun. 6th 2020. Every formality was done on the same day. At the time of purchasing the car we took an additional service of RC transfer from that day till date i have not received the RC.                             I have seen an add in newspaper to sell car with Cars24.
                            As I am planning to sell my car, I decided to book a point with Cars24.
                            I filled all the detail of my car in Cars24 and to book an appointment.

                            Cars details
                            -Baleno Sigma 1.2
                            -Car registration year - 2018
                            -Insurance- till June 2021
                            - fist owner.
                            -Car run - 4500Km
                            - Delhi RC - DL2CAY 8927

                            After inserting all the details the price range showing between
                            Rs 539126 for Fair
                            Rs 586392 for Verygood/Excellent

                            I booked the appointment with Cars24 for today 21-Aug-2020, with Vaishali Branch (Appoitment Id - [protected]).

                            After inspecting the car by Vaishali branch they share very good review of car with me.

                            I waited withing the office for 1.30 hours (after that) and finally the price quoted to me is Rs 4, 57, 000

                            I am shocked to see price was almost Rs 1, 30, 000 below from price showing in site.

                            I was told we don't consider site price and price available with us is final price.

                            I don't have any issue with Vaishali Branch.
                            The point I want to make why there is very big difference in price between Cars24 site and Cars 24 Branches.

                            When Cars condition is good (run on 4500 km, Tyres condition very good, Car condition very good), then why differnce of Rs 1, 30, 000 is there.

                            I have received the price in Cars24 only after I have put all the detail and information request.

                            Please suggest if this is CARS 24 technique to bring sellers/Buyer in the branch by displaying higher quote price in site.

                            Customer visited almost 10 KM to the branch on working day, wasting 3 hours and finally find price far low.

                            I request you to please look into the matter and please don't follow wrong practice to lure customer.

                            The final quote is always depend on the vehicle inspection report and its current market demand.

                                I have worked in Cars24 as Sr Insurance Manager and resigned form their on 16th Aug 2019. Since my last working day as 15th Aug 2019 hence moved to 16th Aug 2019 due to holiday but they have discontinued my system form 14th Aug 2019 a day before last day. Still i have visited office on 16th very next day for final handover and done all the formalities as per requirement. As per Hr guideline i have given 15 day prior notice of resignation and then serviced these notice period as well now after leaving the organization they are denied to pay full n final amount along with NOC. Even there is no recovery is pending against me and proper hand over i have given to authorities.
                                I have been chasing them for last one year but they are not ready to settle my F&F plus NOC rather they are asking recovery against me.

                                i request you to plz help me to get my compensation amount along wiht NOC

                                  Hi I am chahana,
                                  I have bought a car in Dec 2019 from Rakhi. he has given the affidavit with my wrong name which got rejected in RTO and then lockdown started and I tried to contact the seller and cars24 but couldn't. Now I am calling that person(Bhagwati who sold his wife's car to me)everyday and he is not receiving my calland not answering properly.I told him my brother will come to gurgaon to take the affidavit but he is not giving any response. I am very tensed as my car RC is not yet transferred to my name due to incorrect documents.please help

                                    RC Transfer not yet done

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I have sold my car to cars 24 on 25th June 2020 and till now RC is not yet transferred. Car insurance is expiring on 24th August 2020. They just say they will cover for any mishaps happening due to the car that I have sold to cars 24.

                                    My App ID for Cars 24 is [protected].

                                    Don't tell me the excuse of the RC will be transferred in 180 days. I don't buy this. What will happen after 180...
