This is to notify you that last week I booked an inspection of my car Mahindra XUV500 . Details of the Car are as follows :-1st OwnerMahindra XUV 500. FWD 54, 700 KM drivenInsurance comprehensive till July end 2020Silver colorNo issues no electrical nor any other issues in carFound excellent condition by cars24 inspection itself.

After all of this. Firstly the price which your portal shown was 7, 86, 000 to 8, 20, 000 rs for Excellent condition of my car. Except infact saying that my car was in excellent condition I was given a quote of Rs. 4, 71, 000 for car which is in Excellent condition with no such issues. With further call with them they did a hike to Rs 5, 50, 000. You guys are just telling me no fact that why I have got such a price for the car. The car which shows such a price on your website which is a genuine price for my car and then gives me 5.5 lacs for a car I purchased for 18 lacs.
This service for your team is very very unsatisfactory and this needs to be shown up to outside people as well. It's sad to say that after hearing so good reviews of your company I have faced such a service from you guys.
Atleast giving a fair amount of which the car was upto the expectation and quote which was given by you on the website could have been satisfactory. Instead of this you guys keep on calling me everyday with the same price to which i get really annoyed.
I want this issue to be raised to the concerned authorities and make these things right. This service from your team has been a real poor service. Atleast giving one such problem in my car could have been but saying the car in excellent condition from your team itself brings up the fact that why such a price.

      I paid for an onsite car inspection with cars 24 on[protected]. The representative was supposed to come over on the same day, i even got a call confirming a visit for 1600 ist on[protected]. No one showed up.

      Then, later in the evening of 21-6-20 they rescheduled the appointment for monday,[protected] for 1200 ist without prior approval from us. We've paid the fees that they asked for and no one has showed up or called about the delay. It's bad enough that they reschedule without notifying but they lack the courtesy to keep the customer informed.

      The numbers that they've provided are call center numbers and everytime that we call, all their representatives are busy and the call is disconnected.

        I have a car which i wanted to sell, approached cars24 (Cars24 services private limited), they quoted a price of rs 7, 70, 000 to which i agreed. Cars24 also paid me an advance of rs 1, 000.
        On the same date, i had approached other vendors where i received a price of rs 7, 60, 000, however went ahead with cars24 because their price was higher and they are a reputable concern.
        However a few days later cars24 came back saying they can not go ahead with the deal. This caused a huge loss to me, as i had other buyers to whom i had said a no basis cars 24 confirmation.
        I eventually sold the car two weeks later at a price of rs 6, 95, 000.
        I had followed everything instructed by cars24, and even after the deal was cancelled, as a token of good will, i returned the rs1, 000 advance.
        Since cars24 did not value their contract and withdrew it unilaterally, i would request your goodself to kindly instruct cars24 to compensate me for the loss of rs 65, 000 (Rs 7, 60, 000 – rs 6, 95, 000) that i suffered in the process and any other damage that you deem fit for the harassment and mental agony.
        I have written to cars24 quite a few times after that, but i did not receive any response, except follow up messages to return the rs 1, 000 else threatening me of legal consequences.

          My self meenakshi singh and i buy renault duster car on 1st march 2020 from your showroom gip mall noida sector 18. From the very first day i just have problem with car i had complainted lots of time from 2nd of to till 15th of june but there is no responce from cars 24. Now if cars 24 is not resolve my problem i take every type of legal action police fir and in media also. Cars 24 is disturbing me from 2nd of march till 15 june 2020 and cars is still stand from 2nd of march and now i take serious action on cars 24 u disturbed me and i harrased every type from cars 24 they didnt nothing. Totally cheating with me lots of time i mailed cars 24 but there is no responce but now i take stick action on cars 24 and i already complaint of cars 24 regarding this subject in up police. I[censored] not resolve my problem with in 2 days then we go with fir legal action or in media also.

            Hi I’m from Indiacars a dealer partner from Bangalore my Dealer ID is 73604

            Apt.ID No. [protected].. A deal stuck payment made at time of taking delivery the DA team says issue in Car on the other hand Cars24 yard say the car is parked for more than 4months at their yard.

            I paid for the insurance which was returned and on checking on Vahan the car has not bad input in its record as of date...Further the reject the was again put for Reauction which is very mean way of handling a deal.

            Please let me know na fair solution for this..lack of transparency

            2. Apt I’d No. [protected] Volkswagen Passat on forfeiture.. This car I had bought during lockdown and further was not interested due to no flow of cash during lockdown period I backed off, and 20000 was forfeited from my account but Cars24 has issued and covid 19 policy regarding to forfeiture stating that only 10000 will be deducted for cars backed out before 17th midnight may and I did the same. This act of mine was informed to the DA but till now I have not received the 10000 Refund

              It has been 10 months now, but the rc has not been transferred yet.

              I am purchased alto 800 from cars24 sector 22 chandigarh branch on dated 25th september 2019. The people of sector 22 had confirmed to me that your rc transfer will be done in 60 days, but so far six months have passed and i have not been transferred and at the same time, he asked me to pay us the

Only progress made so far i can see online owner name is changed to me however after that nothing is done.                   Hi my name is javed iqbal and i am from delhi a few days back i on 26th of may 2020 the relationship manager assigned to me by cars24 showed me a maruti suzuki swift lxi opt car from the year 2015 and the car was silver in colour, 3000 plus km driven bearing registration no dl9cae3909. I took a test drive and agreed upon a deal at rs. 3, 42, 000 inr. However after a few days when i contacted the relationship manger to make the remaining payments in order to purchase the car, he refused me to sale the car and asked me to look for other options and i don't want to go for any other option available with cars 24 but want this particular car and if they cannot provide me this car i want my money to be refunded which they are refusing to give. Therefore i would request you to kindly look into the matter and make arrangements to refund my hard earned money of rs. 10000 inr asap. I have all the supporting documents for this payment.

                        Its very shameful to written that i have observe an fraud from cars24. I have make a deal for a car as details given below through agent mr. Raghvendra singh. I have visited to faridabad to see the car and give the token money 2k as requested your agent. After given the token money on 23rd may 2020 with deal price of car 38k. But when i have visit for car delivery on next day, it was very surprising that car was already sold to another customer as per same agent.

                        It was a trust breaking and i have very poor experience from cars24. Now agent is showing rude behavior on call to return the token money.

                          party peshi hold back amount not returned

                          This complaint is regarding my party peshi hold back amount. While surrendering my vehicle to cars24 they hold back my rs 30000 out of which rs 20000 for noc and rs 10000 (Transferred on 16th december) was for party peshi. I was informed that the noc amount would be returned once the documents processing would be done and the party peshi amount would be returned after 4 months.                             There is a guy avinash in rajouri garden we gave him 10k money for the token for the honda civic and now due to some financial issues we need our money back but mr avinash yadav is disrespectful to us and he said he will face me one on one and not giving our money back we called car24 customer care they said they will call us but but there is no responsed till now and mr avinash said he will arrange money from itself and he said there floor manager mr santosh is not in a town he will return our money back as i know the policy there are hr in company financers but mr avinash said there manager will pay in a abusive manner kindly so something otherwise we have to go forward and file a case againt car 24

                              My father sold the car in the year 2017 to CAR 24 group. Car number DL2CW 7577.
                              It is been almost 4.5 years and they have not transferred the RC in their name. My father is above 60 years already and he cannot travel more because of health issues. Recently, we have got a challan notice from traffic police stating that car was impounded in 2018 with challan number 691. Now car has been sold to them and why my father is receiving the challan, when I checked with traffic inspector, I got to know this. Car is already more than 15 years old.

                                - payment acknowledgement receipt no [protected] dated 24 february 2020
                                I, brigadier ajeysethi, am a serving army officer and was the owner of a car - maruti alto k10 with vehicle registration no hr26ct0522. I have sold the said car to cars 24, vide vehicle appointment id no [protected], through the relationship manager mrupendra pandey who is an employee of cars 24. An amount of rs 3540 was collected by car 24 from me against the sale of my car vide acknowledgement receipt no [protected] dated february 24, 2020. As per my conversation with the relationship manager and the fourth para given in the terms and conditions of this receipt, it is clearly mentioned that
                                "seller agrees to provide all documents mandatory to cars24 in order to proceed for rc transfer".

                                2. The car was sold on 24 febuary 2020 on the agreed amount of rs 2, 30, 000/- (Including the cars24 commission charges) and an amount of rs. 2, 26, 460/- was paid to me in three installments. Rs 2, 16, 460/- was transferred by cars24 as advance payment on the date of sale of the car i. E. 24th february 2020 and rs 10000 was held up by cars24 as holdback refund, which was to be released on submission of documents by me for transfer of rc. Accordingly, the documents for transfer of rc were handed over to the cars24 relationship manager - mrupendra pandey on 9th march 2020 from my residence in new delhi. Mrupendra pandey assured on receipt of these documents, that cars 24 will take necessary action for transfer of rc to the buyer. It is also hereby confirmed that no self-transfer has been mutually agreed between buyer and seller in this case. For this reason the signed documents were given to the relationship manager mr. Upendra pandey. On receipt of the documents, mr. Upendra pandey assured me that he will release the holdback refund and proceed with the rc transfer.

                                3. On 17 march 2020, when i spoke to mrupendra pandey to ask about the progress of transfer of rc and refund of my balance rs 10000, he told me that an additional charge of rs 1000 will be deducted on account o[censored]nderhand payment for transfer of rc at the rto office. I refused to pay bribery charges and asked for the complete refund of rs 10000 without any deductions. This balance of rs 10000 (Holdback refund) was transferred by cars24 to me on 19th march 2020 as rs 9000/- and rs 1000/-. It is abundantly clear from the above events that cars24 verification team was fully satisfied with the documents given by me to cars24 for transfer of rc by cars 24.

                                4. On 1st may 2020 and 4th may 2020, when i sent e-mails to cars24 to ask for the progress of transfer of rc, i got a shocking email reply from cars24 on 04 may 20, stating that it is my responsibility to transfer the rc. A forged consent form was attached along with the e-mail that cars24 sent me and the same is attached with this e-mail as well. I have never signed any rc consent form. The rc consent form forwarded to me by cars24 does not bear my signatures and has been apparently forged by some employee of cars24. The holdback refund of rs 10, 000/- kept by cars24 regarding submission of documents for rc transfer, collection of those documents by employee of cars24 and the release of holdback refund are testimony to the fact that i did not consent for self-transfer of rc and this rc consent form is forged.

                                5. It has been a long time, since i had handed over all the documents to cars 24 for transfer of rc, but no confirmation of the transfer has been received by me till date.

                                6 as government servants are mandatorily required to inform the government about the sale of any car they own (Copy attached), i am required to submit complete information about the buyer including his name, full address, aadhar number, and profession.

                                7.in view of the above, car24 is requested to take following actions
                                (A) expedite transfer of the rc to the buyer.
                                (B) provide all the information about the buyer including his full name, designation, office address, home address, aadhar number etc.
                                (C) the rc consent form forwarded by email to me has not been signed by me. As someone has forged these signatures, car24 should investigate the forgery and take necessary legal action against the culprit under intimation to me.

                                  I have talked with mr tanveer alam of your company. After inspection,
                                  My car price is fixed @25000/- and he had also stated that for insurance 1080/- and service charge 1000/- will be deducted. After that my car price after deduction was aprox. 22900. But now he is on leave. He talked with me that my collegue will dealing your case. But he had fixed it @ 20960 after deduction. Its not fair with me.in this lockdown i have preapared all paper as car 24 requested. But now i am not getting price as deal with car24. I am mentally harrassed by you car24team. Now i have refused to sell. Pls tell clearly to your collegue about price. Take action againtst car24team patna. I am central govt employee. Your deal is only verbal so car24 team change their statement.
