Dear sir/madam,
I would like to fetch your kind attention about the sale deed executed by your executive at cars 24 kolhapur.
I sold my skoda octavia at cars 24 kolhapur on 18th march 2020, i sold it for 128000 out of which i have received 34460/- (Excluding cars 24 charges of 3540/-) as advance payment and on 18th march commitment was given by your executive sauban sande that the further deal will be closed within 2-3 days (Before nation wide lockdown).
I also handed over the original documents to your executive on same day.
The deal was supposed to be closed on 21at march itself (Which was before lockdown).
Then i received a call from your executive on 21at march that the will be surely closed and i will get the remaining full amount on 25th (He by deciding with the direct customer cars 24 had told me that you will get the full amount on 25 and not to worry about the lockdown).
So i agreed with the deal.
Again on 25th i got a call that amount has not arranged and they will pay me the remaining amount till 31st march. So i agreed.
Since 31at march it's been almost 2 months i have tried to contact your executive regarding the due amount i am not getting any positive response.
And now your kolhapur team is saying that the customer is not receiving their calls.
Is this a way cars 24 deals???
Now i am feeling that your customer executives and his seniors are fooling me with that so called customer.

I hope to hear from you as early as possible. I have already signed the legal papers.

    I bought ford figo from cars24 on September 21, 2019. The car was based on petrol fuel with CNG fitted after market.I have provided all the documents required for it's RC ownership transfer.but after more than 7 months have already passed and I have not received the RC for car yet. Earlier I received the RC but CNG was not mentioned on it so I again gave this RC to my Relationship manager (Ravinder).
    Kindly accelerate this process because these days we are facing lots of traffic police interceptions for not having RC and which is very bad part.
    Your quick response will be very helpful for us.

      I sold my car mh02by9610 to cars 24 in november 2018. Till today the car is still registered in my name, inspite of noc after sale from rto being issued in march 2019.
      So basically someone else is driving the car in my name. What if he uses it for some criminal activity?
      Repeated complaints to cars 24 customer care have led to no resolution.
      They keep saying they are looking into the matter but it is 1 year and six months now, since i sold the car to them. Please help me in this matter.

        I sold my white fortuner 2 months ago and was continuously in touch with an employee rishabh sharma (+91 [protected]) who helped me throughout. Now, i was promised to get my the documents within 1month upon selling my vehicle. Its been 2 months i yet have not received. Furthermore, this rishabh sharma has refrained himself from picking my calls or responding to my texts also. He is the most careless employee ever. I wonder if this is how you provide customer satisfaction which is the most essential service in any industry.

        I am looking forward to getting a reply back for this.

          Company is not centric to employees

          I have sending all the bank details and fill the annexure b for fnf, but still company denied for the transfer the amount in my given acount number.

          I complaint to consumer court, it's a harassment to me.
          Please help to resolve this case.

            I am writing this complaint to intimate you regarding the recent violations made by the new buyer (Third party) on the car which i (First hand seller) sold to cars24.

            I sold my car (Details mentioned below) to cars24 on 7th february 2020.
            However, i recently got an letter on my email stating ' traffic violation' from delhi traffic police.

            1. Red light jumping on 28th march 2020 at 08.55.33 (Hours, minutes, sec)
            2. Red light jumping on 29th march 2020 at 08.17.05
            3. Violating stop line on 29th march 2020 at 07.51.40
            4. Red light jumping on 17th april 2020 at 11.44.44
            5. Red light jumping on 17th april 2020 at 12.03.10

            Let me know the following:
            1. Firstly, the rc transfer should have been taken place in the month of february 2020. Why was there a delay in the process?

            Noc was given to cars24 by the bank in the second week of february itself. Why haven't cars24 dealt with this initially?

            The main concern here is "if the new buyer (Third party) does any criminal offence, and the car"s rc is on my name, then i would liable. However, as per the contract between the first hand seller (Anuja bali) and cars24 states that first hand seller is insured under cpp (Customer protection policy act) upto 10 lakhs.
            The reason for selling to cars24 was because of its goodwill in the market. Please dont make me regret my decision. Therefore, i would request you to please let the third party (New buyer) know that till the time rc does not get transferred, he/she has implied responsibility and take due diligence while driving.

            Also, let the third party know that he is liable to pay all the amount pertaining to all five e-challans. Since i havent been disclosed the details of the third party (New buyer), i suppose, my point of contact is cars24.

            I would request you to take this seriously as non - compliance would lead to further court proceedings and unnecessary would tarnish the goodwill for cars 24.

            Due to covid-19 lockdowm, i am unable to be have an face to face interaction with cars24 at the nearest branch. Would appreciate your help over the emails.

              I had 2 experiences with them, both horrible.
              First one was when i bought a car from them, they charged me double service charge even when the seller of the car backed out from the deal. They simply said that it is their policy to not refund the service charge.

              I also sold my old car to them. They very proactively advertise about their timely rc transfer, but the reality is they just don't care about it.
              Its been more than 3 months and the rc is still in my name. Some of my friends rcs are not transferred even after 2 years. Hard to believe.
              Try them if you want to but i will try my best to warn people i know to stay away from them.
              They are just frauds.

                    I am akshay singh, my dealer code in cars 24 is 68365. I had purchased a car from cars 24 which was confirmed, due to the ongoing lockdown, all the dealers received a notification from cars24 that in case there is a delay in delivery of the car, or if we cancel the car due to delayed delivery, there will be no additional charges (Because of the ongoing lockdown due to the covid-19 situation). As there was a delay, an amount of 40000 has been deducted even after the cancellation was done post 15 days as per the policy agreement. We request you to kindly help in getting the refund as this is absolutely being impossible in waiting for their responses on the issue. I request you to kindly help in making the business fair and avoid any non complaint charges. This is the second escalation being done after continuously following up with the respective contacts assigned to me.

                      A cars24 representative by name anjan gowda called me to visit owner's house to see the vehicle and proposed for a test drive
                      Impression during the test drive
                      "vehicle was full on charge and drove it for some distance (Less than 0.25 kms) during which i felt car is in running condition as i was confident that cars24 had checked other aspects and rated 4 - star. I decided to buy the car
                      Car owner indira claimed that on full charge, car gives a millege of 60 kms (40 kms in green band, 10 kms in yellow band and 10 kms in red band)
                      Car had a valid insurance period from 14th nov 2019 to 13th nov 2020"

                      "along with anjan, me and my wife visited to owner's house to negotiate and buy the vehicle,
                      It was agreed for rs 70, 000 and a fee of rs 4, 500 + rs 5900 was paid to cars24 (Anjan) as service charges all through online transfer
                      One the same day, we gave required details to anjan for the rc transfer and policy transfer
                      During purchase anjan guaranteed to provide inspection report (Which we never received instead specified that whatever available online is the inspection report)
                      We drove vehicle back home and observed battery getting drained at a much faster pace, but felt it might pickup after charging"

                      8th & 10th dec 2019
                      Car was taken out for short rides twice and observed battery getting drained at much faster rate though car was driven for less than 20 kms but the indicator was well within green mark

                      15th dec 2019
                      "i took the car for clean up as we planned for a pooja, while returning i experienced a drag or the batteries were not pulling with required power. There is a steep elevation near my house and car reached up till 70% of the road and engine got switched off though battery indicator was showing just within the green band and car never got switched on again. I tried multiple times but car didn’t start and had broken down

                      I called my brother so that he could help me tove it nearer to my house,
                      I switch on to try again but ignition didn’t switch on instead started rolling backwards, i tried to apply breaks but the brakes failed to operate,

                      My brother who was behind the car jumped aside as car started rolling down backwards uncontrollably and brakes were not getting applied, luckily there was no one or no vehicles behind and i went and rammed on to the compound of a house
                      Car went through a major damage and luckily i or no-one was hurt

                      The very next moment i called anjan of cars24 and intimated the condition of the vehicle and asked for his help to get insurance personal but there was no support or co-operation from cars24"

                      The alliance roadside assistance towing vehicle arrived at the spot around 11.40am

                      Battery was showing the below state during this time
                      The towing vehicle took reva to repair/service center at 12.00 pm and the receipt issued

                      Initially towing vehicle visited mahindra chrome motors in mysore road. Soon after reaching the service centre, people there did not receive the vehicle stating reva service centers are ananth cars at bannergatta road or sireesh motors, hsr layout
                      Till evening the towing vehicle visited multiple service centers at many different locations but no one was ready to accept the car for servicing,
                      In the end, sireesh motors at hsr layout did not accept the car instead they analyzed the impact and confirmed that they will provide the estimation. After that again towing vehicle visited chrome motors as per suggestion from people in sireesh motors

                      End of the day none of the service centers received the vehicle stating non-availability of spare parts out of which many are outdated
                      End of day the towing vehicle brought back the car to our house,"

                      We called bajaj alliance customer care in order to check the status of claim and understood that without informing us, claim has been closed,

                        I had sold my car dl9cy2156, on 2nd june 2019 and car has been sold to end buyer also but till now the rc has been not transferred to end buyer. Today i have received a notice from delhi traffic police that someone has done some offence with this car. I had complaint more than 10 time on their customer care no. But they are not listing me and, it has been almost 1 year but they are not transferring rc and i also received challan notice of 500 from police. Please help. Please guide me, what whould i do now?

                        it has been more than 1 year to sold my cars at cars24, I am continuously taking follow up of my RC Owner transfer but I am not getting any positive response and I was not called a single time, as customer care people were told me that respective team will call you. now I am feeling very tensed. I don't know who is using my car, asked you many times, at least end buyer details should share with me. I have fear that the car could be used in illegal things. sometimes feels that I commit suicide due to tension.
                        please share the Status of my RC Transfer and End buyer details otherwise I have to seize the car until RC is not transferred

                          While purchasing the the car the executive have cheated me and taken both the seller n buyer commission from me..
                          Later i had been to rc transfer process
                          Cars24 took 1500rs as rc deposit after my rc transfer also they have not returned my money.
                          And due to some signature miss matchin rto as per car's 24 executive instructions i have paid 1100rs, and they told me that the extra paid amount will be given by cars24.
                          Till now none of my problems has resolved.

                          Hi . the application no is Dl 200128×3490660 dt 28 Jan 2020.
                          It has already been more than 2 months and yet registration has not been changed nor there has been any progress.
                          I have even deposited my old RC .
                          Please assist or atleast tell me a way to resolve this querry.

                            I sold my car on cars24 fulfilling all the documents and formalities, i went to give delivery of my sold car to cars24 outlet, first time they said few formalities are yet pending from their side, so i went back and next day after confirming with the executive mr. Ejaz i again went to give my car at the cars24 outlet they again told me formalities are yet pending,
                            And i had to drive 30 km to and from to give delivery of the car. Everyday i can’t do that.

                            Now i am getting msg that you didn’t fulfill the transaction and return us the token amount of 1000/- and 5000/- penalty..

                            I went at the outlet for delivery that only shows my bonafide intention.

                              regarding my car inspection charges that i paid of rs 299

                              I had booked an appointment id #[protected] with them for my car inspection and made an online payment of rs 299 on 22nd feb 2020. The appointment was scheduled for 25th feb however no one came for the inspection and they even did not bother to inform me that no one will come. I had to call them up many times to raise a request for the refund and the ticket numbers are 261381 and 250808 respectively. I was told that i will receive the refund...

                              Dear Public,

                              We have sold our car, Maruti Swift VXI, and we are not at all happy.

                              We were quoted a price of INR 182000 and in account was promised as INR 175000 after all deductions. We asked the agent to lock the price and he told us to arrange the required docs and then we can handover the car.
                              Basis the commitment received from CARS24 we booked our new car and committed on down payment and applied the loan accordingly.

                              We arranged all the documents required and again asked the agent when can we come and handover.
                              And then to our surprise he told us that the price has been expired and he will now requote to us. Then we chased him to tell us the next best available price. We chased him to daily till almost 15 days. And finally got to close the deal this morning at a very low price of 160000 in account.
                              And now again we got a surprise when we went to the outlet to handover the car and the documents, the agent there told us another 2000 will be deducted because of some insurance policy. This was never told us by the agent whom we were in touch.

                              We were left with no option but to except the offer given by CARS24 as we had to make the down payment for our new car.

                              We are very disappointed with this service which we have got from cars24.

                              I am definitely putting this up on the social media and will let everyone know that how cars24 fools a common man.

                                I sold my ertiga zxi+ to cars24 on 27 feb 2020 and thereafter i submitted all the desired documents. Inspite of my several reminders and lodging complaints, cars24 has not paid the consideration. Being a senior citizen, cars24 is unnecessarily harassing me which is effecting my health. I'm seriously considering to file a fir against the company and executives concerned. My advice to all is think twice before you fall in cars24 trap.

                                  Valued by your me shantanu raut on wednesday 11th march evening at 1815 hrs which was agreed at a price point of 7.20 lacs less your service charge. We decided to close the paperwork next morning thursday 12 th and get instant money transfer with the deductions 1100 rs you charge for the same..

                                  We got the 1000 rs by online transfer and i was told that the on board computer check needs to be done for cars above 7 lacs...

                                  Since the computer was not available a request was put and shantanu was to revert on thursday 12 th post which we close the deal.

                                  At 1500 hrs my family had a medical emergency at belgaum and we had to rush urgently out of station. I communicated the same on whatsapp and spoke to shantanu that i will be out of pune and will only be back on monday evening latest as i was not in a position to estimate the emergency time. However i promised him that on tuesday morning i 100%hand over the car for computer inspection by which he should get the machine and keep with him. I understand you have only 9 hand held computer and hence. As a client i have complied everything including handing over my original rc and insurance on wednesday the same evening. Having worked with automotive industry for 22 years across brands like mercedes-benz, skoda auto, honda, mahindra and ford at senior management positions i was appalled to see the stance taken by your executive, with zero customer centric approach.

                                  He kept interrupting my call every time and insisred i listen to him and his hands were so tied that no one in the management was willing to hear my plea.

                                  He insisted that as per norms etc i have done a great blunder by leaving on an emergency and that the computer came to him on friday and that i left pune hence i will have to pay charges of 500 aday beyond sunday etc... He initially stated a service charge of 5000 plus, then later on call told me it's 8000 odd due to valuation above 7 lacs... Then came the computer check requirements when i was all ready and could have handed the car to him on thursday morning but was told to wait as he would inform me about the computer, which he did not till late evening when i established a call with him i spite of medical emergency which as a sales guy he must assess...

                                  Is this professional? I did come back on monday night and informed shantanu that i am ready, but apparently it's a weekly off at cars 24. The corona virus threat and my emergency i fail to understand how rigid and argumentative your staff has been. Now he calls me this morning at 10 15 am and states that mybprice now needs revaluation...? Has he just joined new? Is it his first case? Why is he so hard-pressed...

                                  Now i am told that 50k will be held back for service record check and will not be given along with my car payment but a day later??? Soni give my car, my documents every signature and they can twist the case as they want and hold me ransom for 50 000 under any excuse.

                                  If that is the behaviour i need to speak with the topmost authority and should he tell me that i am wrong i will take a call post that...

                                  Hope i get a revert my coordinates are below.

                                    Cars24 yelahanka - agent name - khaiz pasha
                                    The car - renault duster was evaluated and a low price was offered. After i decided to go with another vendor, he pleaded with me to bring the car back and committed to a price of rs. 4.8 lakhs - i have an audio recording of the call. I asked him to confirm that he has a buyer and the deal will be concluded within an hour. He assured me that it would be done.

                                    However, he was unable to complete the deal and changed his commitment stating that his backend team has gone back on the commitment.
