Hi,
I wanted to sell my maruti ertiga car with cars24 they offered me a price of 408000 and i accepted the deal at that price and signed a document and asked the cars 24 representative to write the amount on the same paper which i had signed and he did the same, after a couple of hours the representative form cars 24 called me and said that the offer has been rejected and said will do re bidding and post that process he quoted 403000 for which i haven’t given any consent or signed any documents regarding the new offer later in the evening the agent asked me to send the bank details and the pan card which i did and he also asked me to forward the text message that i received on my mobile which i did as instructed and the agent credited rs 1 first and then rs1000 and then he said the deal is confirmed for 403000 for which i denied and later when i went today to collect my original rc they asked me to pay 6000 ie 1000 token amount and 5000 as cancellation fee i said i am willing to pay the 1001 token amount but will not pay the 5000 charges as i never accepted the offer at all. When i said that the representative rudely responded saying to go to any extent or go legal to get my rc unless this amount of 5000 is paid will not return the rc i have raised a complaint as well with the customer service but still no resolution from the team the complaint id is name - mohammed zakirulla khan ticket number: 244624

Do let me know the procedure to file a consumer complaint and proceed legally with the same. I have submitted a copy of the signed deal which clearly specified the amount for which i have accepted the deal.

    Worst ever seeing this kind of fraud business. My car 2011 ldi swift maintain by show room till date. As per real value of the car 340000/-after get appointment we went to the cars 24 office in coimbatore, after a hours of worst mechanic inspection and test drive they give the bad feed back about my car, they ask me to sale the price of 174000. I found the mechanic who inspected my car not fit for customer care he underestimate the car owners. He act, he knows everything. Pls do not visit

      After reviewing the terms and conditions along with the rate of interest (Specifically) i have to change my decision. Since the rate of interest is not same as committed to me over the call, which resulted to forfeit my decision.
      My case which is (Rate of interest not as per commitment) not mentioned/listed in the terms and conditions...

      Still haven't received complete amount, as 10, 000 is pending from cars24. Bad experience from cars 24 and false commitment to the customer. Should value the need and time of customer even if its 1 rupee....

      Dear all,

      I have purchased maruti Swift Dezire number DL 9CAB 9647 from noida sectior-2 on 17th Janauaruy . I have given complete payment for car and Rs 5900 to car24. I have taken this car as per Evalution Report which clearly says that there is no issues in car but when i went to Workshop then found its was issue in Engine Mounting, suspensions and steering. I have raised this issue at the very time and My RM Manish suggest me to go dor CNG Checkup and when i went for CNG check up and found there is problem with the CNG kit as software needs to be changed which costed around 9k. I dint received any furhter updates as My Rm Manish is not reciving my call & even not revert me on whts app & when i called to customer care they raise the complain but not taken any action.

      Till now no e-reciept/sell letter is provide to me & even on govt site noc is not issued by the seller side.

      kindly look into this matter and get my car fixed ASAP. if not then i am ready file a case against CAR24.

      As still i dint received Sale letter of car and due to this Im unable to tranfer veichle on my name . Also evaluation report was wrong.

        And i want to make a complaint against mr. Rahul rohilla he did fraud and fake promises while selling my old swift car (Hr 70 b 8371) which he made deal outside office of cars 24 with some agent.

        And when he showed me this celerio car (Hr 36 dh 8801) to buy below are points.

        1. He didnt check that car was not registered in gurgaon which he should know before cracking deal.
        2. When i paid all amount fort the car price with all documents charges he called me 2 weeks later and told me i have to pay another 4500/- rs for noc which was not informed me at time of car purchase.
        3. He asked me 1000 extra at time of car buying to process the documents on fast service. This also i paid him
        4. Now after all things went wrong he is not even picking the calls. Mr. Sharad from whom i bought this car he also told me that mr. Rahul after that gave him one dezire also but that rc is also not updated yet.

          Hi team,
          I sold my car ap10ar3583 6 month before but still the rc not transferred this is not correct as per the cars24 agreement.

          Even though i tried multiple times to cars24 before 3 months but no response from them.

          It is their duty to complete the transfer within 180 days. Today when i called, then only customer support team is telling that they will register a complain and escalate it, butut still no confirmation on mail that it will be done.

          I got the response from cars24 that as attached. Then they should remove the clause from your all documents that "RC will be transferred up to 180 days" this is misleading the customers

          Its almost 9 month over of selling my car still you are not able to transfer the RC. I have raised a ticket with Consumer Forum and not will take legal action. Its your duty to transfer RC within 6 month.
          Even after sending multiple reminders cars24 still bot completed the RC transfer.

              I have purchased a car (Tata Tiago XT) through cars24 from zirakpur (Near chandigarh) location. I have purchased this car on dated 04.12.2019.I am facing problems in Transfer of RC. Also i have not get NOC (No objection certificate) till date. Mr. Shubham Shekhar (My relationship manager from cars24) is also not picking up my phone from last 10 to 15 days as i have called him to so many times. He is not responding my SMS also. I already Paid Rs5900+Rs1500 to cars24. I have transferred Rs1500 in Mr Shubham Shekhar account as he told me to transfer the amount in his account. I am felling trapped now. Don't know what to do where to go. Now the last option that i have to file a complaint against cars24 and Mr. Shubham Shekhar who made me fool that cars24 will transfer the RC to your name. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible because i puchased the car on 04.12.2019 and toady its 12.01.2020. or otherwise i will go legal. The details are given below-:

                I went to cars24showroom madurai branch on 2.1.2020 for inspecting my duster vehicle. After inspection they fixed a value for 3.54 lakhs. I agreed that price. But stillnow they are not confirming me. They gave a commitment to buy my car for 3.54lakhs. I believed them.in the mean time i got an offer from olx for 3.70lakhs for my car. But i ignored that olx offer only because of the confirmation of cars24. But still now am complaining this issue to cars24 customer care but i never get a proper response from their side. Because of them i lost a customer from olx. And madurai cars24 staffs are so rude and they dont know how to behave with customers. I really fedup with the service of madurai cars24. They dont have a proper channel for escalating this issue and there is no grievance cell for cars24. So dont prefer cars24madurai branch they are wasting your time and give wrong commitment.                   I have purchased maruti celerio number hr26cz5332 from rajori yard on 17th december. I have given complete payment to you. At the time of selling the car your r. M mr. Ravinder commited to give to me the e-reciept for transfer the r. C with in one week. But when i call them after 1 week their said that your car is under buyback we will provide it after 14 days but now he is not reciving my call & even not revert me on whts app & when i called to customer care they raise the complain but not taken any action. Till now no e-reciept is provide to me & even on govt site noc is not issed by the seller side till today thats screnshot i have attached for the evidences. I have facing the issue without e-reciept in my toll road.
                  Please provide me my e-reciept
                  I know the company have taken 30 to 45 days for the r. C transfer as per the r. M statement but i m not asking the r. C i m just asking the e-reciept which have been commited at the time of dealing.

                  Please give me e-reciept as soon as possible its already take too much time from the date of commitment. At least r. M should cordinate with us. R. M is not respond to me.

                  i have sent mails to cars24 on daily basis but still waitinbg for their revert.
                  I think i should take legally action against them now but now the patience level have been finished.
                  Today the period is complete as per the commited time for r.c but still no revert

                  but i will tell one thing that your service regarding the r.c is very poor.
                  Mjhe 3 months ho gye hai abhi tak meri problem solve nh hui hai abhi bh mera issue pending hi hai.
                  Gaadi liye hue aaj poore 3 months ho gye hai abhi tak meri r.c mjhe nh mili hai or sbse poor kam ye ki jo documents diye uski noc hi galat issue kr di or why you dont revert me on my mail id?????
                  GIVEN THE DOCUMENTS FOR HR15 BUT NOC HAVEBEEN ISSUE FOR THE HR12.
                  mjhe 1.5 month is baat ko smjhane me lg gy ki meri noc wrong hai or abhi bh dekho kab meri r.c milti hai bcz maine jo attachment bheji hai wo aaj ka abhi ka status hai jo ki abhi bh noc hr12 ki hi show kr ra hai

                    I have purchased Hundayi EON 2013 model on 3 november 2019 from cars 24 and paid the car price and RC transfer fee. It's been more than 2.5 months now and I haven't got the RC transfer and moreover I have no update from cars24.
                    I am really facing issue in taking my car on street and with other stuffs because of lack of papers.

                    Please help to get it sorted and to get RC ASAP.

                    I have purchased car from cars 24 on 3 nov 2019 and even after 1 year there is no progress on RC transfer . I have been facing challenges while taking the car out but cars 24 never have been helpful. They don’t even pick calls or reply to email before months or two and with no commitment or new updates . It’s always that we are working please bear with us . It’s already been 1 year an no movement on process, don’t know how much to bear.
                    I have also made complaint here on this website in January for which I got revert once April after 4 months that’s how proactively it’s been worked by them and their grievances team and case was marked closed and now issue is still the same with no timeline.

                      I have sold my car to cars 24 on Nov 2018, the car has been sold to other car dealer, and the same dealer is not responding for RC transfer, now no one have access to car or information of car or the dealer, how can cars24 sale my car to dealer without collecting end buyer docs, kindly check to this case at the earliest.

                        Hi,
                        "don't go by advertisements of cars24.. We only get fooled".

                        I sold my car to cars24 on 27th dec. Till date, that is 3rd jan, the amount is not credited. The execute who was dealing with my case, has been so irresponsible, with a "dont care" attitude. She is not even bothered about the brand image that the cars 24 is striving to get in the market.

                        She promised me that the amount will be credited by 1st jan. Its 3rd jan today and she now tells me that, i need to go and get the noc. What was she doing all these days, without giving me any update?. She assured me that the amount will be credited by 1st jan, believing in her, i gave my cheque as advance for my new car. The cheque got bounced.

                        Who will compensate for the losses for this? I dont have a car now.. Even the new car will also be delayed, as the downpayment is delayed.

                          Myself Rajiv Kumar, have booked a car Named Ford figo..., your executive Name - kundan Kumar, resently he is in GIB noida, befor booking your have been committed me that they will deliver the car on 30 th of Dec anyhow, I was not interested but they push me for tokan money because I can't purchase it in Jan.. Due to some personal family issue which was already confirmed to your Excutive, and your Excutive have also confirmed me that tokan money is refundable therefore I booked that car on Sunday..after all on 30th of Dec he was not interested to pick my call and right now also...
                          So I want my tokan may back because this is not any foult.. Here is a matter of misguidence... HE also told me yesterday that '' you will get this money but they have to mail for refund''. In all the matter there is not an single mistake by me... Today I he is saying that its not refundable..
                          IF will do any mistake that will pay for it. But here your employee misguided me and done bad job... And I think he have lack of knowledge and hampering the image of Cars24..
                          I need to may tokan money back any how.
                          I am expecting that team will take a responsible step.

                          Still no one is reverting... What the service you r providing. If I will not get any update till Tuesday I will go to Cunsumer form, with all the evedance of you Excutive, , and also with all the mail which I have sent. It show the responsibility and service quality of cars 24. I am very disappointed with cars 24 yearler I have very much trust on cars 24 but now zero.

                            Hi,
                            I sold my car to cars24 (Ranchi branch) and delivered my car on 21st December 2019. My app id is [protected] and car registration number is TN02AV6340. I was told that payment will be made on 24th December 2019.
                            It's 2nd January 2020 now and I haven't received the payment yet. I had some important work for which I urgently needed the money. The delay in payment has led to some serious problems. I really hope they compensate me for this and make the payment as soon as possible. I haven't been told the reason for delay as well.

                              Hi team,

                              I bought maruti ignis car from cars 24 on 22nd dec 2019 and paid 5690/- for service charge and got the delivery of the car on 25th dec 2019 after paying the full amount to seller, i also paid 7000/- to cars 24 represetntitnve for rc transfer as he told me that the car is registered in pmc so i need to pay extra money to get it transferred to pcmc (Mh14) for (Mh12, i paid the money and he informed that he will collect the noc from the seller and share the for 29, 30 copy and acknogement copy next day as 25th is the holiday.

                              I called them multiple times since 25th dec and every time i get the response that they will collect it and start the transfer process but till date (01/01/2020) the noc from seller has not been collected and i have not teceived any response on the progress of process..

                              Request cars 24 team to look int this matter immediately and provide the receipt asap..

                                I have sold my car to kolkata branch (Ms shakuntala), its been 4-5 months but the rc transfer has not done yet. Have provided all documents and done all paperwork from my side on day 1.
                                This is not as per what is promised when we go to their shop. Please help out.
                                Car was sold in september 2019
                                Its almost january now, but still the rc transfer has not happened.
                                When emailing the company - i get reply once after emailing 2-3 times. That too with a generic answer.

                                Please kindly help here.

                                  This is to bring into your notice that i have bought a car make honda city, last year in december made the complete payment also but still not got the noc for transfer of papers in my name.
                                  I have contacted mr. Mahesh from pune, mr. Deepak from mumbai, but nobody is resolving the issue.
                                  I am not able to drive the car as it is without papers and also not able to get fast tag. Which is giving me mental peace.
                                  If papers could not complete kindly take back the car and refund my money.
