Dear cars 24,

I was trying to buy a car from your side in may and was looking for a loan for the same. Relationship Manager assigned to me from your side is Rahul Rohilla. He has asked for the token money of 3000 Rs. (acknowledgment recipt number- [protected]) and I transfered. Later the deal was cancelled as he made me wait for 1 month for a loan and later changed the terms for the loan. Now I have registered compalined two times at your customer contact and nobody listened or called. Your RM- Rahul Rohilla doesn't pick my calls and do not reply to my messages. I am left to lodge a consumer compalin as he tricked me giving token money and now refunding. If you like to contact me for the same, my contact no. is- [protected]. This is my last resort else i'll be going against with all the call recordings and receipt from your side. Thank you

    Hi,

    This is to bring to your notice that i sold my car in kolkata below office.

    Spring fresh, the circle club, dhalipara, arjunpur, near haldirams,
    Opposite charnock hospital,
    Kolkata - 700136

    When i did the deal on my first visit and always told the members (Mrs shakuntala) that i wont be available in kolkata and let me know before i leave kolkata if any pending task is remaining from my end. She clearly told that nothing is pending and i wont be required anymore. I had asked her and her team mate multiple times that i wont be available in kolkata is there any activities i need to be on, because i will be leaving kolkata. And her answer was i am not required any more.

    And now i am being told to come down to kolkata or else my last credit of inr. 10, 000/- will be hold and not paid.

    Can i ask what kind of customer service it is??? Why they did not tell me at
    Beginning that cars24 wil not pay my last amount? Is this a joke?? And this is how cars24 cheat customer gulping the last amount in their own pocket???

    Is this way cars24 take advantage of peoples money??? This was totally unexpected and a bad professionalism.

    Please credit my last release of amount 10, 000/- inr and have a smooth transition with customer.

      Dear sir,
      Pls refer my deal for car hyundai verna as above subject. I paid the initial token amount of rs. 15000/- to purchase, vide transaction ref no’s[protected] and[protected].
      It was done only on the basis of the information about car condition, on website. Unfortunately when i inspected the car physically at your yard at hub huda parking, gurgaon, the car is in much more worst condition then it explained on your website.
      As the amount was paid on the written condition and assurance to me, by your above said employee, that the advance is totally refundable in case of any discrepancies in deal on your part, which are clearly comparable.
      Now because of your unfair deal and conduct, i am left with only option to quit from this deal.
      I request you to kindly refund my initial amount of rs 15000/- immediately by transferring in to my acount as already submitted to same dealing person as above.
      I shall be thankful to you for your quick action.

        I just purchased a suzuki ignis from mumbai through you guys. I am dealing with a guy rahul ([protected]). He has been unprofessional throughout the transaction. The car was not in the condition promised. It has been over 3 weeks that the paperwork is not taken and transfer has not been done. Rahul has been avoiding me since over a week and not collecting the paperwork. He has been very unprofessional and has spoilt my experience. I never want to purchase a car from you again. Please train your staff or stop doing business. I would like you guys to take some action or else i am going to post this on social media. Please contact me on [protected]

          Hi team,

          I have taken the hyundai i10 car from cars24 on may 2019. I have paid them the brokerage fees of inr 3000 for the deal and paid an entire amount of the car inr 213000. As per their commitment that they will do all the necessary needful for getting the car transfer under my name for which they have also charged from me inr 4500.

          They committed me that if in case the product is not genuine and found any issues in the documentation of the car selling its their responsibility as they only sell the car having no issues and after checking all the documentation of buyers.

          They committed me to provide the rc under my name within 30 days, now its more than 60 days they didnt provided me the rc.

          Before the deal they were keep calling me every day 5 times for the deal but as soon as i made the payment they just fooling me around and always route to new person.

          They suppose to provide me rc in last month, but on the day when i called them they ask for 10 days more extension which i have given, when called again some manas from their team confirmed me that my rc is ready and will be deliver at my home by june 30, 2019. When i called him to check the status of rc on june 30 he told me to call nandish from their team to check the status, upon calling him he was telling me that their was some documentation issue from the rto as they unable to find the vehicle records which really surprised me, as on one side their one of the team member is telling me that rc is ready and on other side his other team member is telling that their is some issue at rto end.

          When i went to their office on july 02, 2019 and spoke with their managers pulkit and tarun they assured me that they will take serious action on their employees on providing false promises to the customer. As when i went to office manas called to one of their team member and said if in case customers comes office mentioned that rc is in courier and will reach in next 2 -3 days.

          Pulkit garg and tarun assured me that they will personally handle this issue and will provide me rc by maximum july 10, 2019. I have given them 3 more days buffer time and told them to provide me the rc by maximum july 13, 2019 as if the date crosses beyond that then you need to refund my full amount, which they agree and they assigned nandish to handle my case.

          When i called nandish on july 13, 2019 he told me that rc has came and its under printing which he will collect from rto office from monday i. E july 15, 2019 and handover to me on the same day by afternoon 3:00 pm.

          When i called him on monday morning around 11:00 am he told me that he is at rto office to collect my rc and will deliver the rc by 3:00 pm.
          After which i was continuously calling him, but he didnt answer my phone. Even i was calling him today and dropped many messages but didnt replied.
          And then messaged me at night stating that rto unable to find documents of the buyer which will still take 10-12 days.

          Today, i am in very bad situation that after paying the full amount of the car i am not an official owner, but if anythings happens who will bear the responsibility. Secondly, i am unable to take my car anywhere outside state as dont have rc. Moreover, i also want to change the ownership under the insurance as well, which can only be possible once rc gets issued under my name.

          I am unable to park my vehicle in the office, as company needs vehicle registration card as a security purpose so they can provide me parking sticker.

          I request to please help to sort out this matter on priority and help me to get my full money refund from them.

            I bought a car through cars24 in 20th may, i went and met the seller with cars24 agent and i liked the car, the agent of cars24 told me that they can get my rc transfer done and it will take 5000 rupees fee. Beside that they took 3000 rupee fee that i bought car through them. Well i paid the 3000 fee and 5000 for rc transfer and then i paid 160000 to car owner as it was the price of car. Eventually the cars24 agent told me after days that they can't get RC transfer done to place to city where i live that is aligarh, i was buying this car from noida. So eventually i contacted seller and with his help i got RC transfer done myself, now that cars24 agent told me he will surely get my 5000 rupee refund but first 4000 and rest 1000 after i show proof that car ia transferred in my name. Well its 2 months since then i didn't even received 4000 yet and my rc is transferred in my name and I should get whole 5000, but they haven't gave my refund, 1 month ago I contacted same agent and he said he left the company, so i contacted customer care and then after transferring call from here and there finally i talked to a guy who asked for my account details again and he assured me I'll get my refund, its another month now and i haven't got my refund. These people are complete fraudsters, they don't care at all once after they get money they don't care about customers.

              Last case number - 130449 (Appointment id:[protected]) there was a scheduled home inspection in the month of march nobody showed up and cars24 did not refunded the money automatically. We are following up for almost 4 months. The customer service executive is unprofessional - lack basic courtesy to talk (Who serviced it last time). Just wanted to know will we get the money back?

              Standard response from call centre: "you need not worry we have escalated to the concerned team, you need to call again" - i have least called 3 times each time same response.

              You need to give specific timeline when you are going to resolve!

                I have sold my car with cars 24 on 15 June 19. I have received the partial payment and rest was withheld for NOC. Though I have submitted my NoC at the time of delivery the car, however it's been a month and payment is not made till date. After calling their customer care so many times, no proper reply has been received so far.

                Request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. As a customer we expect a professional behaviour from Cars24 .We cannot call you guys 1000 times to know the status of the payment and to release it.

                  I sold my car at your golf course next. Road, gurgaon branch on 19th jan 2019. I have categorically informed cars24 that we will be available in june month to complete any rto obligations.in april 19 i got a response that my amount, inr 10000 has been forfeited due to non availability at rto, but again we got a request in june 2019 to come at chandigarh rto on 27th june 2019 and cars24 also confirmed it over that my amount of inr 10000 will be released after rto formalities. We completed all formalities on 27th june 2019 by visiting rto and same has been confirmed to cars24. After completing all formalities i am still running pillar to post to get back my amount. I feeling very frustrated and cheated. Please resolve my issue on priority.

                    I visited mayur vihar centre and wasted my half day for all their nuisances and was later wasshell shocked to hear the offer at the end of the day 35% below the market rate. They need only those sellers who need money immediately by selling their cars and without any market price idea. Cars 24 is a very well laid trap company for potential sellers. So it is better to avoid them all and keep away from these fraudsters.

                      On 20th june i purchased used maruti astar and made the full payment of car including 3000 rs for service charges and 4000 rs for rc transfer. On the day of payment rm informed me that in 2 days he can send the receipt of payment made to rto. Its been 10 days pass documents of the car has not been sent to rto. And i got to know that bank noc is missing. How can they give me car without proper documents. It was very bad experience. 1 day i was told that documents has been sent then 1 day they said noc is missing. Whats going on. Why cant they be honest with their words.

                        I purchased a used car sx4 hr26 as 1266
                        As your employee (Gaurav kumar mb no. [protected]) took 1000rs extra amount and said it will be refunded after rc transfer. Now he is not replying my msg and calls.
                        During rc transferring his behavior was very rude he was not telling the actual process in time. Same situations created either he was not receiving calls or saying "just go and do what you want" (Jo krna h kr lo jaha mrji complain kr lo).
                        Now from 10 days i regularly call him and msg him but neither he received calls not replying msg.

                          One and half months back I sold my vehicle to you (cars24) for scrap purpose and as per your commitment vehicle chassis number and scrap note will received by courier service at my given address wthin 15 days but still not received any documents.

                          Many times I took followup with your team members but still i didn't get proper answer.

                          Vehicles details as below
                          HR51 K8711 -Indica car

                          Even I don't know whether you scrap my vehicle or not because I don't have any proof for eg. Scrap note and chassis no plate

                          In future if any misuse with vehicle then im not responsible for that.

                          If you send all required documents by courier service then send me dispatch ID so that I can check status.

                          Request you to look into this matter and revert back.

                              Dear Sir,
                              1. I had sold my Maruti 800 Std car to Cars24 on 23 May 2019 against my Appt ID [protected] at your Nasik Branch for Rs8000/-. All requisite documents were handed over to your rep.I was asked to pay Rs3000/- as the car was registered in Uttar Pradesh with the proviso that Rs 10, 000/-would be paid on completion of 21 days.
                              2. Having waited for 21 days and not received the promised amount, I approached Nasik Branch on 16 June 2019. I was promised that the amount would be credited on 17 June. However the same has not been received till date.
                              3. May I request you to initiate action so that the amount is credited at the earliest as IT REFLECTS POORLY ON A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE YOURS WHICH BOASTS OF INSTANT PAYMENT.
                              4. awaiting atleast a reply from your end.

                              I was make deal with cars 24 almost 1 month back at you jaipur vki center where they committed to give exchange bonus also for which they refused post deal so I canceled deal due to this issue and now asking me for rs5k for cancellation even this is canceled due to wring commitment.this is hight of customer harrassment.no response from cars 24.

                                I wasted my half day for all their paraphernalia and was shell shocked to hear the offer at the end of the day 50% below the market rate.It is plain that these guys are after desperate owners who need money immediate by selling their cars.Some are forced to sell since they have no option for immediate money. So if you are not desperate to sell your car for much less market value, avoid them.

                                  Dear Team Cars 24,

                                  A few days ago I decided to buy a new car.when one of my friend advised me to sell my old car with Car 24. Then i come to know about Cars 24 and I went to car 24 to sell my car with the big hope of professional behavior, where I met Arun. What has been said or done was changed every day. In the last six days, new things are coming out everyday. Due to all these facts, and due to the unrealistic deal, I decided to cancel the deal but I do not get my car back till now and asking for charges even deal got cancelled due to unstickness on words made by your executive. Because of which I am neither able to get a new car nor did I have got my car back.Everyday false promises are being made. It's been five days since doing this kind of talk. I am getting harrash badly and I think that i did biggest mistake of my life wheb I think about sell my car with cars 24. Are your company representatives doing such miscommunication with each customer and harrsing every one ? I have call recording also with us about the communication hapened with executive. Immediately resolve my problem and ask your representative to handover my car along documents Otherwise I will have to take other legal opinions.

                                    I sold my car No. DL-1CU-3850 in Pitampura Branch, Delhi and employee of yours assured me that my loan foreclosure amount 2, 94, 266 /- will be deposited by 14/06/19. Cars 24 is saying that they have deposited the amount. on contrary Axis bank is denying any such payment. my EMI has also been deducted today. Such an irresponsible and highly unprofessional services of cars 24 was not expected. Your branch is not even responding to my concerns. if my grievances are not addressed by tomorrow, I will take legal action against cars 24.

                                      I had sold my A4 AUDI to cars24, Swar Fate, pune branch for Rupees. 840000.
                                      They have deposited rs.1000 in my account in 1 hr. And said that remaining amount will be credited in 24 hrs. But now it has been 2days i have-not got any amount.
                                      On calling the representative, they yesterday said they can release the payment only when the dealer give the 10% amount as token to CARS24. Now today around 11.30AM, representative said that dealer deposited the token amount and the transfer will be done by CARS24 in an hour and I will get the payment in an hour. At 1PM, they are saying that their are some management clashes going so take the vehicle back.
                                      On multiple follow ups, they are now saying that my deal will have to be cancelled and they will handover my car. I have refused for their solution and i am going in consumer court against them.
                                      Cars24 is a complete fraud company and there are many cases where they are fooling customers. Don't ever go to cars24.CARS24 is cheater and they think customer is fool.
