I m pradyumna kumar palai. I have purchased a used Hyundai eon megna 2015 from cars 24, sector 18, noida. Date on 30/12/2022. After 90 days i haven't received my RC.

      Have brought swift car from Mulund (Nahur) office around 2 months ago, your sm told me to pay 25000 booking amount according to the process which i have done, But your dept santioned 100% loan for which i agreed and it was been told that as my 100% loan has been sanctioned 25000 will be refunded to me in 10 working days, Since then i am literally beeging for the amount but your team is not at all bothered to refund me and solve my issue, Now sm left the company and your manager Mr Zuber mulla is making all the fake promises for the same and now telling me that the finance department has done the wrong transaction, Request you to get this solved in 2 working days or else i will file official police complaint for this matter and company will be responsible for the same as i have lost my patience level now.

      Hope that at least this complaint will be treated on priority and refund will be initiated soon

        I have purchased Celerio 2018. As per application the life of tyres remaining is 100 percent. If 100 percent life remaining then tyres should be new. As per application. It’s also mentioned that car is come with new 4 tyres. But I got car with old tyres. I asked staff regarding this they told we does not provide new tyres. The depth of tyres are around 4.3 to 4.7 as per told by staff after cheking. For 8+ mm depth it should 100 percent of life. So life remaining only 50 to 60 percent.
        I mailed regarding this there is no any reply by cars24. If they are saying new fitted tyres then they should provide new tyres.
        Unfortunately they does not provide new tyres and no any response from their side.

          Hi..My Peshi amount which is held back by Cars 24 was supposed to be given back by Cars 24. I sold my car to cars24 and Rs10, 000 was held back by cars24. In case I was required for registration of my sold out car, I was told that Cars 24 will call and I have to respond. I never got a call from cars 24 and now car peshi amount is not given back by cars24. This is a fraud and they are cheating customers and taking all hard earned money . Before raising here, I have talked to them on mail, tweeted to their customer I'd Twitter I'd, escalated to their COO and Owner but there is no response. I have all proofs and details now they are cheating me and same way may be cheating others as well

            These Car 24 sales team keep calling me everyday at 7-10 days.
            If i have care and i want to sell or buy i will you why you are keep calling its frustrating and hampering my work. I told them to please stop calling but no listing and feels like lots of people already created Complaint against them but they are not stop calling.

              Unethical, unruly and non cooperative behaviour by staff

              I have sold my elantra car on 03.04.2023 through bhumi vashishit the car 24 representative . She has not been cooperative at any time during the execution of deal.Not picking phone most of the time not giving response to queries raised by me. The driver sandip vashisht who took my car delivery was even more rude and arrogant and when i warned him to behave properly or else i will lodge complaint against you he in utter arrogance said you...

                      12 August 2022 - Bought Scorpio S10 2017 model from Cars24.
                      16 August 2022 - Car brokedown. Clutch fluid was leaking. All Clutch kit was replaced costing me roughly Rs.17500(Pic-Repair1). Cars24 denied any reimbursement saying its not covered.
                      19 August 2022 - Car brokedown again. Engine started making huge cranking noise. Mahindra service center advised something related to the timing belt broke. Repair cost was Rs.29490(Pic-Repair2). Cars24 advised only a portion of repair will be reimbursed which was roughly Rs.13500. Rest I had to pay out of pocket.
                      23 September 2022 - It was monsoon, and I noticed water entering passenger side from beneath Glove box. Slowly all electricals stopped working. Raised matter with Cars24, I was told nothing is covered, and Car will be taken to partner service center. Bill amount was Rs34000. All paid out of Pocket.
                      26 December 2022 - Car was taking longer to start. Was advised by local repair guy that Battery needs to be replaced. Cost Rs.6000.
                      18 March 2023 - 1st Monsoon rain. Water entering again from passenger side beneath glove box. Called Cars24 customer care. Was advised they cant do anything as 6 months warranty lapsed.

                      I have already spent a fortune on repairs in 7 months, and not sure how much more I still have to. Whenever I spoke with Customer Care I requested them to please escalate this matter but in vain. They just wanted to sell a car and now have turned a blind eye. Will never recommend Cars24 to anyone.

                        Sub : Petition on Cars 24 for not transferring the name on R.C, even though the sale of car already over more than of 50 days -KL-7AR -4771 SANTRO XING

                        Upon Cars 24 false assurance and promise of quick name transfer of R.C, under the belief I sold my KL-7AR -4771 SANTRO XING CAR bearing the chassis number MALAB51HR433553 to Cars 24 on 25.01.2025, even though now almost 50 days over, I have been contacting the company’s customer care along with their executives Mahesh ( Mob-[protected] ) & Hari ( Mob-[protected] ) except for few days most of the time they don’t neither pick up the call nor call back, with so much of desperation I have visited their office on 07.03.2023 and requested but they gave a false promise .. and I have started calling them with no satisfactory responses from Mahesh,
                        Sir, the RTO rule says within 30 days of the vehicle possession the form must be submitted to the RTO, from the date of possession of vehicle, which means Cars 24 even after 50 days after possession of my afore said vehicle they are dare not changing the name on R.C also if the name change does not takes place in with in 30 days im bound to loose the exchange bonus of Rs.25000/ from Maruti,
                        Sir, I also request your self let them share the copy of the list of documents they have taken signature from me ….
                        Sir, I humbly request the esteemed your self to initiate action against Cars 24 to change the name with immediate effect,

                          Hi Team,

                          I bought a car from Cars24.com, which was delivered on 10th March 2023 (Renult Kwid 2019) in your system delivery date is 9th March 23. When car was delivered after 20 mins of driving i noticed it had battery issues, mean while i was on highway, car broke down in the middle of the road, i raised a ticket for the same on app and called roadside assistance too but no help was provided, later i asked the car advisor if i can tow the car to the hub location as i wanted to return the car, on which Mr Aman from cars24 goregaon hub asked me to wait for tow service to arrive after 1.30 hrs no one came so I asked him and his boss Mr. Pratik Mehta if i can tow the car myself to the hub location and later if i can get the refund for tow services on which they agreed, later when i arrived sales team tried to convince me to keep the car and they will replace the battery n promised me a refund on tow services and fuel.

                          Today on 13th march i have received a refund without tow charges 1700/- and fuel which i filled when car was arrived 1000/-. I got into a call with Refund delhi team they took Mr Pratik on call and he denied he ever promised me a refund on tow charges and fuel fees.

                          This is not about money, I bought the car for 4.67L which is not a small amount, as per cars24 site you guys carry out 140 checks before delivering the car, I don't understand how can battery check is not one of them.

                          I am really frustrated and irate due to service of cars24, I have requested for refund of the money i spent which is just. I believe i should get the same.

                          If i don't receive the refund ill raise a complaint to grievances and consumer forum, I ll post my experience on every social media site tagging all the top management.

                          I hope this explains my scenario, this has caused a great loss of time and this affected my mindset and mental peace.

                            I receive 4 5 calls from cars 24 to sell my car. I requested to remove my number but they call everyday. It's a nuisance now and I think they deliberately harrass others.
                            Please save me from this nonsence.

                                Purchased car MH20EJ4073 on 15 Nov 2022.i have been told the RC transfer and rto transfer will completed in 75 days. Today 111 days completed .nothing is happened. Even they are unable to provide E receipt i.I am chasing with their corporate but they also not able to give me satisfactory reply.custumer support only every time new date after month. 1st they give me 31 jan then 8th feb now 28 march.But not confirmation .I am sure on 29 th march I will get another date for month.No body even corporate office is not taking any action Every body to whom I contacted giving mi false commitment.

                                  I have purchased cars from the Bata Chowk Faridabad hub. Where I have been offered tata altroz of Rs. 754000 but after my visit I have been offer discount of Rs. 10000 but at the time of delivery I have to pay the remaining amount for the car but Rs. 10000 was paid extra due to their mistake and issue in the system for which I have been ensured that it will be refunded in 24 hours. And now after multiple call to the sale person and manager(who answers calls as per the mood) it's been a month I have not received my money yet.
