I have sold my car last year 8th April 2023. Price given On phone 37000 and made payment 35000/- . Mr Shubham and Mr Kalpesh has done process both not picked up phone. it is told after 1 month Scrap Certificate will come to home by courier but not received till date. Using car without transfer till date. There is no support from call center, Whatsapp message and today Mail done waiting for reply. Request to stop this type of cheating and fraud happening by Online co. I have only Car24 receipt without date.

Dated 18th February 2024, received follow-up message.
Dated 8th March 2024, received message with Enhanced Price window of INR.284630/- to INR.315340/-

Attachment title (OfferWindow):
Dated 8th March 2024, i started process, booked appointment for inspection, shared my RC & Insurance papers with commitment Price window INR.284630/- to INR.315340/-

Attachment title (FinalOffer):
Dated 8th March 2024, received Offer way below commitment price window of INR.232169/-

Over the phone, i explained the above sequence of event to your executive last evening & guided him to provide committed price. I am now waiting for the revert.

Area of Concern:
1. Your company chased me since 2 months. I never went on my own to you guys.
2. My city Bhiwandi in Thane District near Mumbai is non-serviceable location. Hence i travelled 18 kms to get my car inspected, travel time is 1 Hr owing of Traffic. Completed car inspection which took around 45 mins. Travel back home, my half day is taken in this activity on MahaShivratri Holiday.
3. Surprised to see the Final Offer way below committed price, now you guys have my Documents & Data.

Please let me know why i should not be aggrieved as i have been completely taken for ride.

I have ONLY agreed to your Offer to Sell my Car in Window price. I shall not be bothered about your Business Model that Car is not getting the price in Auction etc.

I hope your Legal Team understands the provisions of Indian Contract Act related to "Offer" "acceptance of Offer" "4 essentials of valid Contract" & "Breach of Contract".

With a very dejected heart, I am writing this to Larger recipients in hope of equity & fair treatment. It's been 5 days i am writing to you highlighting the complete misrepresentation & harassment meted out. However without making any effort to reach out to me, today i was shocked to see your message (attached herewith with title "Declinedmsg") which is a complete Breach of Contract. I am now putting on record that because of your offer i Lost a Deal of INR.280000/- for my car as I accepted your Offer price window of INR.284630/- to INR.315340/-. On a recorded Line, I agreed to Honour contract to your executive 2-3 days back in window price.

Time & again, I have requested your Organisation to honour the contract we entered amicably. However the non-transparent method of handling the Transaction, misrepresentation of fact has led to complete mis-trust.

In my Honest effort & with all due respect, i have complied with all the essentials required for a valid Contract under the Indian Contract Act & thereby i am entitled to claim damages under the Act in event of Breach of Contract.

We are in a process of reaching to Senior Management including but not limited to Mr. Vikram Chopra & Mr. Gajendra Jangid to present our case.

After selling of car to Cars 24 even after 1.5 years, RC is not transferred .
Car 24 saying RC is transferred in out records, I checked physically in Chittorgarh RTO, but still car is on my name .
please help.

I've sold my Hyundai Creta car UP92 BP9951 to Cars24 in October 2022. New owner purchased it thru Cars24 channel partner and using the car for more than a year but till today i.e. 22nd Feb 2024 the ownership has not been transferred to the new owner.
Both o[censored]s continually following up with Cars24 still the matter pending.
It's creating mental harassment and a torture kind of experience for me as well the new owner.

I tried to sell my car on CARS24, their person came for inspection. With PAN or AADHAR details from me and any authorisation, they generated my credit report. They never came back on cars valuation. After many attempts to contact them, it finally got thru and they have all sort of excuses.

Their procedures must audited, there are serious concerns about privacy and ability to source additional consumer data and unauthorised access.

I want to sell my car Swift Desire 2015 LDI and visited at CAR 24 center on 20 OCt.2023. The price quoted was not agreed upon hence I have taken my car back. Since then, continuous calls received from CAR 24 tele callers and offered different rates. Finally, on dated 21 Jan 2024, I received a call and agreed to sell at Rs.2, 77, 000/- . After all deductions, they credited Rs.260746/- to my account on Monday dated 22 Jan 2024. I told them that day before yesterday, full diesel filled in my car which cost approx. Rs.3600/- so either pay the cost or diesel back but they did not reply and take my car.

I request to either provide the cost of diesel or my diesel approx. 37 liter back asap.

Hi, i sold my car in July’23 and till now RC has not transferred to the end user and i received so many challans for my car which is used by another user. I have the NOC documents from Noida RTO and if the transfer will not done by the immidiate basis then forcefully i have to lodge a police complain against CARS24 in Uttar pradesh. Cause its a mental harrassment to the customer.

I had sold my car last year January month 2023. in June 2023 month we did the partypeshi as well. but since then RC is still not transferred to the new car buyer. Car is still in our name.

I have been calling customer care in last 6-7 month and recently Jan 18th 2024 and custom care is having same answer and i quote "Your RC transfer is under process and will be transferred very soon". I am hearing this since last 6-7 month. It seems they don't have any real time update they just give these liner reply every time.

This is very helpless situation since my car is my wife name and the new buyer who has bought my car is driving it under our name in that case if any mis-happening happened like car accident, theft or any crime police will check the owner and they will come to us.
we have to face the litigations which no one can deny even Cars24 has given some document which says the responsibly would be their side but as per law this is not valid and we have to prove not guilty in court of low.

In this case we no other option to get the ownership changed by cars24 but go to the court and seek the justice from there.

Car24 has negotiated an amount of 2, 01, 400 rupees for my car after doing a thorough inspection and after holding it for 2 weeks they have asked for re inspection of my car. And after re inspecting the same knowingly they have reduced my car value to 56000. By doing this I couldn't able able to sell my car in market as I had to cancel all my deals as they have given me a token amount. After that some of their vendors approached me with a lesser price for the same. This is a big scam they are doing with their customer and I would recommend people not to sell their car through car24 channel.

I sold my car MH03AM4132 to cars 24 mulund mumbai in Oct 2022 with valid RC and Insurance. Till today inspite of 100 calls or more and about 43 mails nothing has been done. No one is aware here of the documents to be given when a car is purchased from a seller. The whereabouts of the car is unknown to Cars 24 here. I have spoken to atleast 8 senior executives and no one responds after attending to calls and promises. I am going on abroad for vacation in about 2 weeks for 6 months

I was purchased ertiga model 2022 from cars 24 zirakpur office in November 2023. But still they haven't provide second key of my car and not registered RC in my name. Plz do the needful.

I Have recently sold my car with Cars 24, Im Car has a loan of balance 86000 with Tata Captial which is claimed to be settled by Cars 24 but Tata Captial is refusing the same, my phone number is [protected], The local staffs are helpless here.

would like to talk about the challan pending issue of the appointment id-[protected], for which I had raised a ticket on 6th oct 2023, Ticket Id-1150785, and now it has already been more than 2 months 18 days and I've been calling on the customer support of CARS24 daily regarding this issue and the response is disappointing as they keep making excuses like the challan will get cleared in a day or two please wait maybe by evening or tomorrow and all such things and till now its been 2 months, the issue has not been resolved. Most importantly the car has been sold and the customer who has brought this car is complaining as the car cannot be registered on his name until the challan is cleared.
Please talk to the team and solve the matter as soon as possible as it is already too late.
Looking forward to the solution of the issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I sold my car HR51 BK4459- HYUNDAI CRETA through cars 24 Nagpur office. The cars 24 people visited my home, informed depositing the payments as agreed and collected my car and RC. They also took my sign on blank forms to effect transfer/sale. The transfer forms they did not fill and asked me not to fill as ( I was told - mistake may occur) . They informed me that they will upload the filled in form duly stamped and contract documents after reaching office. I was trying to contact Mr Rakesh of Nagpur office for the signed documents for my record unfortunately he has stopped picking my phone. Now after about 10 days I again today I contacted the Nagpur office BRANCH MANAGER through customer care today and he informed that he will forward the transaction document immediately. I have not received the document so far. So, now after the transaction been done I do not have signed documents nor do I have any signed papers from Cars 24 that they are in legally PHYSICALLY in possession of the car and my original RC.
I wish the deal done with me is fair deal and no fraud has happened.
I request you to investigate and forward signed papers to me that transactions happened and cars 24 is in possession of the car. I also request to provide form 29 after the due sale happens.

I purchased the maruti swift vxi 2019 model from cars 24 mulund hub mumbai on 10th Dec.2023 after paying down payment of 170000 + RC Transfer Charges of 11500 but return the car on very next day on 11th Dec 2023 due to some personal reason now i after asking for refund they have refunded me only 73000 & told me that 98000 rupees will be refunded in 2-3 days & they will hold 10000/- till 2nd key which was delivered to me got return to them which i agreed upon. Now even after 6 days they are not refunding my 98000 & jus making false promises of returning it in 1-2 days.i am in dire need if my hard earn money.please resolve my complaint.

I brought the maruti swift vxi from mulund mumbai hub on 10th Dec 2023 after paying a Down Payment of 170000 + RC Transfer charges of 11500 but due to personal reason i return the car on 11th Dec.2023 they refunded me 71000 only & told me that they will hold 10000 till 2nd key given to them but they haven't return my rest of 1 lac rupees & jus making the false promises of returning 1 lac rupees in 1-2 days. I in dire need of my hard earn money.please look for complaint

One of my contacts has received a message from cars24 saying that I have defaulted on a payment. But I have all records and proof that I have paid all dues on time every month. And since auto debit option enabled, the amount is debited on the said date as agreed in cars24 contract. And sending messages with warnings about legal implications to my contacts is not the right customer approach regarding a customer who pays the dues on time.

I sold my car on 4th May 2023, which was supposed to be sold & RC transferred within 180 days as per their commitment given in the policy documents. But, it has been nore than 200 days now & even after multiple follow-ups with their customer care, I am not gettinga any answer.

Since, the car is still unsold & RC on my name, I've a greater threat of it gets misused & I am afraid of it.

Request your team to please help with the resolution at the earliest...thanks

I sold my car Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire (RJ27 CC 5958) on 13th november and today I received message that fastag money is deducted 3 times wilhich costed me 345 Rupees. Please refund my money back and stop using fastag anymore.

Clearly stated on their website and even the delivery associate who let me drive test the car said that the reservation is 100% refundable and also deductible if ever I made a purchase with them. I sent a complain with them and told me they can give me a token worth of 300AED for my next reservation with them.

with this kind service who doesn't value the customers and does false advertisement, why should I use the token though?
