Hi... Can u stop sending me the sms and mail for selling car through cars24.com

I took my tata nano car for spot inspection and valuation at your yelahanka branch, bangalore.

They gave me best offer price of rs. 2, 30, 000.00 for my tata nano xta fully automatic car, fully automatic and gear less car with just 1 year old purchase...2016.

It is great blunder u make the customer giving us throw away price and saying this is the best price we have got after online bidding price from allover the india, it is all fake and taking customer for ride and they have not given us the rs 5000 voucher
For spot inspection test as per their guarantee money saying if i can get better price then theirs.

I have sold the same car vide olx with proper documentation and clear transfer of the vehicle with smooth payment
Vide imps for rs. 3, 00, 000.00... I write it again i sold it for rs. 3, 00, 000.

U people are just giving fake price and taking customer for ride. And worst is everyday sending us for sms for complusive selling through your channel.

Stop all this nonsense service and be faithful to the bread giver, be true service provider, not loot them giving false gullible marketing talks...

I will put this mail to your complaints box also let other also know about your false promise and fake offer rates.

    Respected sir,
    I visited cars24 on april 17 to inspect my car hyundai xcent. They told me abt there whole process. They told me that we will give u quoting amt after 48hrs as car is t permit. I agreed i gave all the documents to verify they had taken and told me to wait for half hour. This inspection made bymr. Arun at goregaon west centre mumbai opp bata showroom. Contact details is [protected]. After inspection they had returned me all the documents by counting i had taken and just putted in folder and left from the branch and after 5min mr arun called me and asked abt the fitness date whn i chk fitness was nt there they hadmislaced my fitness certificate which was original. I was calling them again and again but they refused that they had given. I went to the branch with my kids and the fitness was stappled with bunch of professional tax receipts.in front i chk the professional tax receipt but fitness was not there. They refused telling me that wht we can do. And after 2days it means whn time period begins to end at that time manager was supposed to tell that we don't have that much buyer to buy t permit cars and ur car met with an accident. Now they r telling me that what we can do. They r playing the game with a person. They losy my certificate so i cant sell my car. If they don't have a buher than why they r promoting that we sell a car 30 in minutes.. They r making a people fool. They gives the appointment and tell to wait for 2days and after a few days they tell sorry. I want my fitness certificate back and want u to take strict action against thisco. I complain in national consumers helpline online complain and if strict action will not be taken than i can go to consumer court consumer forum to make a people cheat and misplacing my original documentc pls resolve my problem asap.
    Mr. Imran patel was also not able to give the proper answer. They speak like they r dhirubhai ambani. And we r beggar that we r asking for something from there pocket. This case can go beyond and beyond. I will lodge again complain if my problem does t resolve

      Sold my car to Cars24 (Gachibowli Brach) on Mar/05. I clearly told Cars24 that my intention was to buy new car. But they purchased the car and didn't transfer the car to the company ownership till now.

      When i contacted them, they then said as per company policy they take 90 days in transferring the car to their ownership. Now because of it i can't buy a new car, as it showing as 2nd vehicle under my name and i will end up paying Rs20, 000 extra to the RTO. Please help in this case.

      As I was talking to them on call they disconnected my call they were not here to listen to me
      They had inspected my car 2 days before after that nw they are telling that that car has met with major accident as there is no report of accident in my car. As I know that cheating a customer is easy for u people and telling them that ur car has been met with accident and giving low valuation this is not fair.

        Worst experience ever !!

        Estimated price was 42-72k ; After waiting of almost 3-4hrs, finally inspector of cars24 quotes - 40k of my santro xing xs 'top model' of 2005 make I.e. driven almost 55k km only I.e. even lower than expected price.

        TOTAL WASTAGE OF TIME & ENERGY !!

        P.S. -There is some guy, I forgot the name still I think the name is Shobhit talked like as a lay man. He told me that ' hum 3 hr se movie nahi dekh rage hai'.
        This is the way your representatives talked to your prestigious clients.

        Kindly look into this matter & Pl do the needful

          I handed over my vehicle at Cars24 in the month of March2016 (HR26BB3936) at Cars24 Cybercityoffice Gurgaon Haryana. I was told that the car would be sold and the relevant transfer papers will be sent to me in 3 months. It has be more than 12 months, the contact person from Cars24 : ajay.[protected]@cars24.com, refuses to respond to my emails or phone calls.
          I don't have any assurance as yet as to know what has happened to the car. I want to make sure the vehicle is transferred rightfully as per Indian court of law and not misused.
          I have supporting documents confirming my transactions with Cars24. Will be furnished when required

            I had visited cars 24 office on 21st March, 2017 to sell my Tata Zest Car, they first told me that there is a procedure that we will inspect your car for 30Minutes than we will upload the information online and our partners will bid for 20minutes, after that the final bid will be our purchasing price and you need to decide whether you want to sell it or not at that price. They told me that I will have to take the final decision there only...

            I went to sell my tata car for 24000 rupee . I signed all the papers and handed over the card they told me that I will recivce the payment in two days . But I only recivced the payment of 22500 . Now they are making excuses for paying rest of the amount .

            I never thought car24 is brand they will indluge in these type of malpractices. They cannot be trusted . It just there tactics to harass customers so after sometime they leave the matter .

            Now they are just promising that it will be resolved but and its been a week . It there tactic that once the customer is fed up he just leave the case .

            Only sale your car when u have in hand check or DD . Otherwise do not trust them at all .

            Dear Sir,
            After getting impressed from hearing repeated advertisements on FM radios that you are providing hassle free solution to the public for selling their old cars to ‘Cars24’ in best price only in single visit i.e. “ just come with your old car, finalize the best deal, handover the car and papers and go with the cheque of the deal money”. I visited your office at Bangalore, finalized the deal money, handed over my car along with all original papers to mr. Alok one of your authorized sales executives, signed agreement, as asked by him but still Rs. 20000.00 has been hold by Cars24, out of the Deal Price.
            In fact I have Come across with bitter experience, while dealing with you. I elaborate the whole issue/ incident, stage wise/date wise as under ;-
            date Incident
            25.09.2017 I visited your Office at Bangalore, met With Mr. Lokesh, one of Your authorized Sales Executives, shown my Car Hundey i10, Regd no. TN 02AV 6571, He arranged for getting the Car inspected by the technician. I agreed for selling off my Car, He Shown me the maximum offer price of Rs. 234000.00 on computer screen, I had agreed for the same and finalized the deal . He told me that he would give me deal amount in following stages :-
            - Rs. 1000.00 on finalizing the deal.
            - Rs. 184000.00 after handing over my Car and all Original documents.
            - Rs. 20000.00 after handing over Original Form 28 and signing the required documents.
            - Remaining amount of Rs. 20000.00 will be after getting the NOC/ Bank’s Hypothecation cancelled .
            -
            1.Accordingly, Mr. Lokesh has arranged transferring of Rs. 10000.00 in my account on 25.09.17, by IMPS vide following transaction, Immediate on finalizing the deal as per detailed as under :-
            IMPS INWARD ORG IMPSTO CARS24 SERVICES PRIV xxxxxxx999 KMB REF NO:[protected] IMPS -CMS -from CARS24.

            26.09.2017 I handed over my Car Hyundai i10, Regd no. TN 02AV 6571Car along with two original Keys of the Car and following original papers –
            - Original R. C.
            - Original Form 28
            -Original ‘N.O.C.’, issued by the Bank
            - Original Form 35 duly signed by me as well by my Bank .
            -Original comprehensive insurance Policy, issued by The Oriental Insurance Co. ltd. no. 421100/31/2017/51, expiring on 04.11.2017 along with two xrox copies.( at the time of handing over the papers, I had specifically drawn attention of Mr. Lokesh that the Insurance policy would be expiring on 04.11.2017 and he had told that he would take care that of the same )
            - Original PUC, valid till 23.10.2017.
            Thereafter, Mr. Lokesh has arranged transferring of Rs. 184000.00 in my account on 26.09.17, by IMPS vide following transaction
            26.09.2017 IMPS INWARD ORG IMPSTO CARS24 SERVICES PRIV xxxxxxx999 KMB REF NO:[protected] IMPS -CMS -from CARS24
            04.10.2017 I handed over Original form 28, original Form 35 and original NOC, issued by the Bank and Signed all papers, whatever asked by Mr. Lokesh, thereafter,
            I received Rs. 20000.00 on 04.10.2017in my account vide following transaction:-
            IMPS INWARD ORG IMPSTO CARS24 SERVICES PRIV xxxxxxx999 KMB REF NO:[protected] IMPS -CMS -from CARS24

            03.11.2017 .Mr. Lokesh asked me to Transferring Rs. 5000.00 ‘online’ in Cars24’s account, for getting the ‘NMC’ (non migration certificate) from R.T.O. Bangalore.
            Accordingly, I had transferred Rs. 5000.00 in the account of Cars24 vide following transaction :-

            “IMPS OUTWARD ORG IMPSTO XXXXXXXXXX0147 CTB REF NO:[protected] Cars24”

            As such, I have received total amount of Rs. 214000.00 out of total deal amount of Rs. 234000.00 I Was TOLD BY MR. LOKESH THAT remaining amount of RS. 20000.00 would be given to me after getting the ‘NOC’ and Bank’s Hypothecation cancelled by RTO, Chennai, . for which I would be required to visit RTO, Chennai, personally.
            10.11.2017 Thereafter I had been repeated following up with him since 01.11.2017 for fixing the date of visit at RTO Chennai. I was told by him that my Car had already been transported to one of your dealers at Chennai along with all original papers, as mentioned above. Once he receives back the papers from Chennai he would do the needful for getting the NMC (Non Migration Certificate ) from RTO Bangalore, thereafter he would tie up with the so-called dealer at Chennai and inform me the date of visit. Finally, He informed me the that I along with all original papers and the original NMC have to visit Chennai on 10.11.2017 He handed over me all original papers ( as mentioned above) in a ‘booklet’ form along with the original NMC, issued by RTO, Bangalore and asked me to visit Chennai and meet the agent of the so-called dealer for getting the NOC and Bank’s Hyp cancelled. He had assured me that the papers given by him are sufficient for getting the ‘NOC’ and bank’s hyp. Cancelled. I was assured by him that all necessary work would be undertaken by the Agent of the dealer in the single visit and directed by him to meet the Agent of the dealer at Chennai personally and handover all above papers to him and do as per to be guided by the Agent.
            I would like to mention that I am a patient of Epilepsy and had undergone brain surgery twice, due to which my doctor has strictly advised me not to travel alone and not to face any type of mental stress. Despite the above facts, I followed the instructions of Mr. Lokesh, and I along with my Son, took one day’s leave from our offices and visited Chennai on 10.11.2014. and contacted the agent of the dealer as advised by Mr. Lokesh. The Agent advised us to visit Police commissioner’s Office, Chennai and deposit all original papers along with NMC of the car at specific window at above office, and get the receipt thereof and reach RTO, Anna Nagar, Chennai, where he would meet us along with our Car, in order to get the NOC and Bank’s HP cancelled. We were continue in touch with Mr. Lokesh over his mobile. He had advised us to do as per guidance of the agent who will handle the entire work regarding cancellation of the NOC and Bank’s HP. When We visited the window at Police commissioner’s Office, Chennai for handing over the papers of the car the Police personnel refused to accept the papers stating that the Insurance of the Car had already been expired on 04.11.2017 and asked us to come after getting the insurance policy renewed. We immediately informed the Agent as well Mr. Lokesh but no one had helped in this regard. Ultimately We had to return at Bangalore with empty hands after wasting one day’s leave by me and my son ( which cost Rs. 6000.00) plus journey expenditures of Rs. 6000.00 along with getting physical tired and lot of mental agony and stress.

            You will agree that the whole above incident is the example of mis-administration/ gross negligence on the part of Cars24/ authorized executive Mr. lokesh.
            When we narrated above whole incident to Mr. Lokesh, he in turn replied that It was our responsibility to get the Car’s Insurance renewed and threatened to cancel the deal and we would have to receive back the Car.
            We would like to state that the Car was under the custody of Cars24 or with their so-called dealer at Chennai, ( since 26.09.2017) along with the original insurance policy, mentioning ( highlighted in the yellow ), the expiry date as 04.11.2017. Hence to get the insurance renewed on or before expiry date was onus on the cars24 or on the so-called dealer under whose custody the Car was lying. The above stated statement, given by Mr. lokesh was is very irresponsible/ unprofessional and not at all acceptable. I have done all acts whatever asked by Mr. Lokesh, as mentioned above, on my part but due to mis-administration and negligence on part of Cars24 or on its authorized Sales Executive, all time and money incurred by me has gone wasted. The Cars24 cannot cancel the deal and I cannot accept back my Car, which was in the custody of Cars24 or with your so-called dealer at Chennai, since 26.09.2017 and I am not aware of the facts that who had been using my Car and for what purpose ( whether for lawful or unlawful) since 26.09.2017. Supposed the Car would had been lost due to theft/damaged due to accident/fire/ flood/riots etc after expiring of the insurance from whom you would claim/recover the loss.
            Now I request Cars24 that the Car and all necessary Original papers are lying with me at my home I request you to ask your authorized person to collect the same from me, get the insurance of the car renewed and do the needful to get the NOC and Bank’s Hyp cancelled at your end, and deposit my remaining amount of Rs. 20000.00 in my account, at the earliest.

I was told that the car would be sold and the relevant transfer papers will be sent to me in 3 months. It has be more than 7 months now, the contact person from Cars24 : Mr.Bilal Lone, bilal.[protected]@cars24.com, refuses to respond to my emails or phone calls.
              I don't have any assurance as yet as to know what has happened to the car. I want to make sure the vehicle is transferred rightfully as per Indian court of law and not misused.

                I have an appointment @Gachibowli Hyd with appointment#[protected] on Feb10 2017 12:00 PM. I was on time and the team has inspected my vehicle for 30 mins and created a detailed report of my vehicle and all set for online auction with that report.
                Its already 12:45 PM they took nearly 45 mins to come up with report. Now with this report they have auctioned my vehicle through online which took around 30 mins( 1:15 PM). Then Mr Sohan...

                Their entire selling premise is "Sell your car in 30 mins".
                You should be clear that if you're selling to them, you will get a lower price than you could otherwise from an end-user. After all, there's a trade-off between ease of selling and price - and I was quite willing to take the hit, as I wanted the payment quickly.

                Well, in my case, it's now been over 15 days and I haven't received my full payment. I'm still chasing them.
                They hid some additional fees from me during the quote stage.
                When they sell, they'll offer you 40k of vouchers. After you buy, they don't seem to value those vouchers anymore. So much so that they've forgotten about them and haven't given them to me.
                Their senior people have no clarity on what IRDAI rules and the laws governing NCB reservation is - they seem to think that NCB belongs to the car and not the owner (which is completely untrue. Insurance follows the car, NCB follows the owner).

                Their entire promise of buying your car hassle free and in 30 mins is false and misleading.

                I've spent over 2 weeks in constant calls with them about processing my payment. The payment got 'stuck' apparently and when they didn't know what to do after multiple false promises, they stopped answering my calls.

                I had to reach out to the founder of the company to get any movement. AND THAT WAS OVER 8 DAYS AGO!! Even the directors of the company can't get the team to process payments in the 30 mins they promise ...

                They had to reapply for a NOC from my finance company (which they knew at the time of evaluation and had said they'd keep back some money till they got that - I was fine with that). However, once the main payment hit issues and I escalated it - they simply forgot to apply for the letter (they didn't forget to collect the fees for that application though). They're now saying that since they forgot to apply for it, they will continue to retain part of the payment as it's their company policy (why there's no policy to make the application on time, God knows!!)

                They're just a bunch of jokers trying to make themselves look like a ''corporate'' - they're as disorganised as can be and if you sell to them, don't hand over the keys till you have full and complete payment - else you'll suffer like I am.

                  I bought a car from cars24 nd submitted papers for state noc at dwarka athority but owner sign was not matched. There after i requested many times to cars24 team ( paschim vihar)
                  But they r not response me now i m sick nd tensed because when i go to cars24 they told me that owner is not in city from now 5 months gone but cars24 team not gave me any good response...please do something nd resolve my problem.

                    This company is a big fraud. I went for a inspection of my car after getting a quote from one of the dealer which was little less. This company claims that they will give you best price in the market but internally it ruins your market.they do not maintain the confidentiality of your vehicle and approach all the dealers with their price quote thereby leaving no room for you to sell the car to dealers as they already know every thing now and the price they quoted. Do not get bogged away with their 30 min inspection thing as it took me almost 2 hours . After inspectioncthey give a call to all the dealers nternallycset the bid. Making people food.

                    When I took the car to one of the dealers he told you have already shown this car at cars24 and this is the best price we can give you. Though they claim that they have channel partners bidding the car but how come are they too sure about the exact details of the car including the number if they do no disclose the car details.people if you want to decrease your scope of selling a car at good price do go for a inspection to cars 24

                      The executives of cars24 Bangalore B Narayanpura branch are totally having zero knowledge of cars & very inefficient in dealing with cars.
                      Especially the Lady Manager don't have a 1% knoweldge of cars & their specifications & is sitting in that Position.
                      They have priced my car value very less but I sold my car 3 times the price they proposed.
                      They have a quote i[censored] sell the car instead of their's they will pay ...

                        Cars24 is a sham. While they quoted attractive price online, when I visited them the car price is reduced to peanuts. They kept calling me assuring that they will increase the price and offer me best rates. Since I was in a hurry to sell the car, I agreed to sell it after 1 week of their peanut quotation. Ironical that they offered a reduced price after 1 week! This is ridiculous. Highly dissatisfied with their service and ethics. Wouldn't refer anyone to waste their time with cars24.

                          All documents provided, token payment of 10 k was made by cars 24to freeze the deal.I submitted all documents signed and delivered the car. 2 hours later I get a call that my deal was cancelled and to return the 10 k and take back the car. No reason provided for canceling the deal. Pathetic service and so much of run around, inconvenience and loss of time. Do not Trust them. Will never suggest their service to anyone.

                            To whom it may concern

                            I purchased a New Peugeot 308 GT Line 2016 in January 2016. The car went for its first 15 000km service. At 17 899km the warning lights came on that my vehicle is faulty and need to be repaired the next day the lights went off, I thought it might just be an error as the light went off again the next day.

                            I contacted Peugeot Roodepoort where I took the car for a service, they advised we bring the vehicle in so they can assess the issues. Unfortunately I do not stay close to Roodepoort – hence this won’t be possible. The light went off the next day.

                            At 19 519km it came on again and the next day off. Then again at 20 620km the lights came on again, thus I decided to contact Peugeot Klerksdorp where I purchased the car. Peugeot Klerksdorp then suggested I report this with Peugeot SA as the car is still under warranty and then they will make the necessary arrangement to collect the car and deliver it to them in order for them to have a look at the car and see why this is happening.

                            I explained the problem to both Peugeot SA (Keeran) and Klerksdorp (Morne). I also sent them pictures as proof- I took on each occurrence.

                            Peugeot does not give a curtesy car unless there are spares ordered to fix the car, so if your car is with them under warranty to resolve the problem (which can easily be a factory fault) you must arrange your own transport.

                            They vehicle computer was tested and does not show any problem. The concern here is how would one know when there is actually a fault on the car if the lights just go on and off for no apparent reason.


                            Morne wanted to know if this has happened all at the same spot whilst driving the vehicle because it MIGHT be, “MIGHT” be an interference from a substation or something similar that can activate the warning lights of the car. Alternatively he suggested I leave the car with him to drive until the warning lights come on again then he will put the car back on the machine (which he has already done).

                            OR

                            I can collect my car and just let them know when the warning lights is on again then we can repeat the process by me contacting Peugeot SA to collect the car and deliver to them.

                            Even if it is a factory fault Peugeot does not give a curtesy car until they have determined the problem and if no spares on order- they still will not provide me with a curtesy car, thus I must arrange for my own transport.

                            None of the above is a solution to my problem. I will not accept a faulty vehicle and be a Guinee pig to Peugeot SA, which is costing me money monthly for this inconvenience on my time. Kareen has come back to me with no solution to date and Morne does not reply unless I contact him for an update and still not resolved. Thus I am currently paying for a new vehicle to have transport which I cannot use, don’t have and still no transport.

                            I would greatly appreciate any assistance in solving this matter as soon as possible.

                              My Scorpio has been inspected 2 months a ago I took it personally from satara to pune kharadi branch till date no quote has been received in spite of giving complaints in customer care as well. Tried reaching the manager Mr. Bipin but he stopped answering the calls and started rejecting.

                                I would like to bring to your notice that the website named cars24.com is a hoax.
                                They claim that they buy your car in 30 minutes, and they have not yet done any needful thing in selling my car.
                                Whatever formalities had to be done have been done almost a week ago.
                                Moreover, i also got a call from their telemarketing person that they will help me sell my car despite me visiting them and getting all the formalities done.
                                Repetitive smses promoting their brand, promotional calls and fake marketing is all that they do.
                                Kindly take some serious action against this website.

                                  Good that i have not sold my car alto 800 lxi there because i have sold my car for 36, 000 rs more in gozoomo.com please dont sell your car there you will fetch a much better price in go zoomo. Also their 5000 cashback offer is fake because i have given all the documents required to them to claim that and after that they are giving some nonsense reasons (Need sales receipt, bank statement etc) also they are telling that i have sold it in online web like cars24 only, its not a dealer so they cant claim that.

                                    I have visited there tilak nagar branch as per there booking time firstly they took 2 hours to get the inspection and calculation of the car secondly the online offer was for 4, 68xxx but there offer price was 3, 15, 000 or something i mean such a huge difference i would like to have the copy of the inspection done for the car so that i should come to know what problem is there in my car that they had to come down for 1.55, 000/- such a shameful service and attire for us and moreover i[censored] feel cars are such value u should only quote less then what u would like to offer why u wasting time of the customers.

                                    Cars24 - damn worst service & cheating. I am not making this statement just because I am not greedy & I wanted more price to my Car because I understand the market price concepts. I know the value of my car, also I checked with other local dealers & buyers. Still I wanted to check with Cars24, but these people turned out to be worst showing their true color with money making intention only. They absolutely quoted blind price with some careless attitude like they are least bothered if customer sells it or not. But internally they are worried for customer do not sell to their throw away price quote but they don't show off this to the customer just to keep them more tensed & frustrated. All these are their tricks & gimmicks. So they only target the people who are in need of money, who are in emergency situation, how are in helpless urgent situation. So they can take advantage/benefit of the customers in bad situation & these people can make money out of it. My experience was so worst that they not even responded for an hour after getting in to their Cars24 office (intentionally to build more frustration to me, so that I will sell off my car with tension.. It is the same third rated service at HSR / Banashankari Office, it has never happened to me within 30mins as they specify on their promotions.

                                    Cars24 never give you the quote to match their website quotation. They will quote almost 30-40% lesser to the market value of your vehicle. This strategy is only to attract the customers to reach out to them or go to their office. Once you go to their office, you are trapped, they will do lot of drama as I mentioned on my previous comment, then they will build more tension, frustration, make you wait, waste all your valuable time & get you in to helpless situation so that you will sell off your car to them with frustration.
                                    Website price displays the actual quotation as per the market value listed by other online car traders or dealers, but actually when you take your vehicle to their cars24 office they will stright forward start condemning your vehicle by degrading with their talks to bring it to the lowest price.
                                    I am not posting this comment to blame Cars24, & my only objective is to help my other friends customers to keep out of this agency & try some dealers or other selling online platforms(eg., OLX, Quikr etc., ) to get best out of hit. Please don't fall into the trap & get cheated
                                    Instead don't be in hurry, have some patience & better look for other car traders & online portals to get back the best value for your hard earned investment on your car
