Cars24 Services — Car rc not transferred since jan 2023 till date

I sold my Renault Duster (AP28DT6871) to Cars 24 in the month of January 2023, and I still find that the RC is on my name. I called your customer support multiple times and was informed that the RC transfer would happen within 6 months (max). The customer support also mentioned that in case the car is not sold by July, then the RC will be transferred to Cars 24. They didn't transfer in spite of regular follow-ups.

After selling the car I was planning to buy another, but I will incur 2% of additional charges which is quite significant cost. Cars24 is not ready to refund cost. Due to their inefficiency and not honoring the promised RC transfer time frame customers end up in significant amount.

Also when email is sent to them there will be a customary one line email and another call with false promise. It is quite disgusting to deal with Cars24. A severe action is needed from authorities to deal with such fraud companies.
