Cars24 Services — car sold on cars24 but not received payment after 1 month

I sold my car in cars24 jadavpur branch on 12-july-2019. The appointment id is [protected]. The car price was estimated to be rs. 1 lakh and 60 thousand. I was promised, after delivery of my car, i will receive the payment within 2 or 3 days. I delivered the car on 15-july-2019. I'm yet to receive the payment even after 3 weeks. I have followed up with cars24 multiple times. I have raised a ticket in the customer care support on 01-july-2019 with my concern. So far i haven't receive my money, neither anyone from the cars24 has reached out to me to explain why the payment was not made. I have followed up with their executive multiple times without any result. At times the executive demanded money from me to process my payment. Neither they are returning my car nor they are paying the dues.

Updated by SaikatRay Which department you have shared my concern? I'm sick of listening this response from you guys from the past 1 month. Every time I call your customer care or post it on social media handle you guys come up with this response. I want to know which department all you guys are escalating this to? This response is nothing but an excuse of not taking any action. Can you give me a timeline by when you will resolve this issue.
