I bought Maruti ertiga thorugh maruti ertiga HR28H9075 through cars 24 in march2019,
Almost 6Months Now i ma driving car on first owner name only,
i have been challaned by traffic police as well as all orignal kept by cars24 for ownership transfer documents.
I am following with cars24 through call centre or email id but no solution till now. pl. help

Cars24 has not taken any action till now and problem still existing The Common tag line cars24 used is " Hi! We have shared your details with the concerned team. They will get in touch with you shortly" but later nobody contact even cars24 team members didn't respond to my call or msg. At last i have to visit there office in udyog vihar, Gurgaon on 08/09/2019 and met with Shashank-9540496180, Ankit-07303594406, Ashish Ahuja-072176687400 and they assured my the issue will be resolved in 07-10days and now no are silent. Almost 07months now i am facing traffic challans due to original RC unavilability. Why should i bear the challans due to delay in cars24.

Hello,

Your have written a common tag line line which i am getting from cars24 staff almost everytime except solution.

I am following up with cars24 team since March2019 but till now only fake assurance
Name of Cars24 Team Members- Ankit, Shashank, Ashish Ahuja and others but till now RC transfer documents are pending and i am driving with duplicate copies and i am also bearing traffic challans due to original RC unavilability. Why should i bear the challans due to delay in cars24.

    We finalized our deal with cars24 of our alto car at the rate of inr36000 they took the car intially we received 11000 and then inr10000 by after that nothing for a long time we contacted the executive who worked at the nearest cars24 center at first he told us it will take some time after that again no contact we again contacted him but now no response we complained on cars24 helpline no everytime all we hear is we will look into that matter. Inr15000 is left for them to pay you us and even after 2 months no updates no matter how many times we call them. And the excuse the give us is there is no noc certificate for our car even though they themselves verified all documents before finalizing the deal. Kindly help us

They do not have call center to address the complaint, very pathetic, please do not deal any cars with cars 24.com

        I sold my car to cars 24 on 5th jul'19 at varthur branch bangalore and team told me that we will be holding 10000 rs and once car will reached up as my vehicle was registered from uttar pradesh and money will be released and credited to my account in one month.

        But now when i am calling and asking for my money they are saying that money will be credited in 120 days and this information was not shared with me at the time of taking delivery of my vehicle where branch manager clearly mentioned on the email that pending amount will be released once car reaches uttar pradesh.

        These guys are big liars and no one is ready to solve my issue and giving same statement again and again.

          Hi,

          My name is hemant and my appointment id is [protected]. I have not received any update or resolution yet since 29th july, 2019 on my ticket raised 146700. Why am i made to bear the pain if your company official is responsible for the incident?

          He damaged my car while taking it to inspection, my car bumper, ac coil, coil fan and may be even radiator are damaged. I have already reported everything to your branch head and asked to get it inspected and fixed. He told me to make a complain to customer care and it will be resolved within 24-48 hours. It is already more than a week and nothing has yet been done while i was told that my issue will be resolved on priority basis and it is already escalated.

          Kindly try to answer the following questions and inspect yourself how efficiently you people are taking care of your customers & what is the level of your service?

          * why do i need to call your team again and again?
          * why do i need to visit your branch for the resolution again and again.?
          * what is my fault?
          * why should i bear it?
          * why should i wait for so long?
          * what is the meaning of priority or escalation in your terms?
          * how long is actually 24-48 hours?
          * why do you not take my car for repair and provide me an alternate car for the time you take to resolve the issue?
          * why have you hired such persons for inspection who do not eve know how to drive the car?
          * why your officials can not take on the spot decision or escalate the issue and get some resolution on the spot?
          * what is the tat (Turn around time) for any priority complain in your company?
          * if your customer care department can not even work to get the things resolved, whom should a person contact to get the issue resolved?
          * as told to me by your customer care official that issue is in escalation and team is working on it for last 9 days, what has your team worked till date even without complete information as even your executive did not have correct info?
          * and, what should be the penalty imposed on you if you do not even keep your commitment of time?

          I hope if you are able to answer all the above questions properly, you will definitely get my issue resolved else you are just a pathetic company with pathetic customer care and then, i will be forced to take further action and seek help from consumer court and local police in this regard.

          Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as committed within next 4-5 days.

          Cars24 is a fraud company in Bhopal their employee Saif Alam is a fraud person and doesnt know even a thing about cars such uneducated people they have hired and the name of company which is promotng itself on every media seems to be fake and bloddy scam in disguise

            Hi There,

            Let me inform you that I have been given a commitment by one of your employee (Raghvender Singh) Employee Code: 15690, Initially when I was dealing with above employee, and before paying token amount he said your Token Amount is refundable if you will not be satisfied with the Car. when i visited the Yard, I met him And he took My bank details for refund process nd he told me to wait for 1-2 days beacuse refund process will take 1-2 days to complete.

            And Now your employee Raghvender Singh said that our policies have been changed 2 Days ago so Can you please Share a Copy of your Changed Policy. Moreover I am gonna take a legal action now, and file an RTI too. If you plicy says that Token Amount is Non-Refundable that Why I have been given a false statement and Mislead by Raghuvender Singh.

            I have Got all the proofs with me that your employee has committed me that this Token amount of Rs.15000 is refundable, Car wasn't look like what it was showed on your website so it's a Fraud and Cheat to me.

            I am being polite since 15th July 2019 and I have been calling on your Toll-Free and sending emails, , Called up your Team Members (Anshul Razdhan) and Lined Manager to resolve this issue but it's so annoying and I have been harassed although I have been told that they will arrange a different Car to Me in same budget and same match but nothing is been done by deaf ears.

            This is Nuisance and I want a positive reply ASAP. Else I am gonna lodge a Complaint for your Gurgaon Office (Cars 24 Hub Huda Parking, Trilium Avenue, Sector-29 Gurugram).

                I sold my car via cars 24 on jul 26th appointment id [protected] thinking that i will get the entire amount but they have held back 10, 000 in the name of “party peshi”. I was not told about this initially. Only when the final amount and other formalities were done they informed about this. I want my entire money immediately. I do not know what is party peshi and when i will get the balance amount. Initially they had also held back noc clearance and insurance expiry amount of 26, 000 fraudulently but after constant complaints got it in two days. They had not even informed that seller needs to select option of instant payment or deferred payment. Without my knowledge they signed me up for deferred payment. All these activities clearly shows that this is a fraud company looking to pry upon honest and innocent sellers. I want my balance amount of 10, 000 immediately.

                  I have visited cars24 trilium avenue, gurgaon on 27 july 2019. I liked one hyundai i10, the base value of the car stated to be rs. 127330/-. After, inclusion of service charge and registration transfer charges the finalized price of the car calculated to be rs. 132330/-.

                  The sales executive thereby asked me to pay rs. 20000/- as token amount and remaining amount at the time of delivery. The picture of excel calculation is enclosed herewith.

                  After 30mins i received token acknowledgement receipt in my email. However, after going through the token acknowledgement receipt, it may be seen that the total amount has been calculated as rs. 143330/-. It has been further stated that the token amount of rs. 20000/- is a service charge and it is not inclusive of sales price.

                  Thereafter, i called the sales executive to clarify the situation and send me the fresh acknowledge receipt as per agreed price. However, the same has not been forwarded yet.

                  Now, the sales executive is forcing me to buy the said vehicle as per price shown in acknowledgement letter i. E. Rs 143330/- else the advance amount of rs. 20000/- will be forfeited by the company.

                  The above conduct of the company executive is a clear violation of the sales agreement and the sales agreement is liable to terminated as per the indian contract act, 1972.

                  How can a registered company can indulge itself in activities like this. Have i made a mistake by trusting a company with my hard earned money. This is a utter shameful act.

                  We have replied to you on another platform. We request you to get in touch with us there.
                  This is to bring to your notice that i Manoj kumar (Dealer ID 65321)purchased car with registration No. DL4CAQ3733 on dated 11th Aug 2019 was supposed to get its RC and Insurances latest by 14 th August but it did not reach me.
                  I inquired about its status and got to know that it was couriered to me on 13th August at my Home branch address H. No 42, parashar sant kabirnagar, while it was to be delivered at my Delhi address i.e. A 342, south ganesh nagar gali no.6 Delhi 110092, which is very clearly written on my documents. Since It was made through DTDC, i contacted them asking about its present status yesterday and got to know that it has reached Gorakhpur and will be delivered to Khalilabad while returning. But when today i confirmed the status, it didn't delivered in Khalilabad also and came back to Lucknow.
                  In all these delays, i had lost my customer for the car. Now. please let me know who will bear this loss? Is it the way it was to be dealt? While i had given delhi address why it has been sent to another address?

                  I need immediate response on my query please and loss incurred to me need to be entertained because it is all due to the lag from Cars24 Side. and courier means the delivery within 24 hours and to the max in 48 hours but even after more than 120 hours i didn't get it.

                  i committed thrice to my customer for papers but always failed to meet my commitment. This way it impacted huge on my customer's trust and credibility.
                  and for all this i should ask for indemnity against my loss.

                  Still Keeping faith on CARS24 image in the market, i am expecting my grievance to be addressed on immediate basis.

                    This refers my previous mail dated 24 july 2019 regarding car no. Hr12r5657. I am regularly in touch with you to buy the same car, for which you have taken the token amount. I am always fail to proceed the deal. Please either you return my money or you show me the same car to buy. If you know that the car is not of same match, what you mentioned in your website, then pls let me see the another one of same match, and cost. I expect an early reply from you. Then second valution company not provide me that price company make a excuses with me that there is a problem in car everytime the company change here conversation.                         I have booked with advance payment from car24 on 11th july and take delivery on 16th july buyer and car24 agent (Gaurav-gurgaon) and his boss sukhvinder asked me 3000rs more to pay buyer (I have a car24 invoice of this deal) still i have made payment. Then after lot of following to transfer rc from the seller to my wife name. Gaurav and sukhvinder asked me to pay 4000 rs for transfer charges. I have made this payment too now again asking 2000 rs more money after killing @29 days. I am pissed-off this car24 service which is pathetic. Now i am asking please give me my documents so that i can transfer rc from outside they are not ready to provide me documents.

                          I booked an appointment for 2 cars paying 600 rs for 11 am on 28th July. Until 12 pm no one showed up and then the person called and told me that he has not even started. This is very poor service from cars 24.

                          After calling 3-4 times also they could not resolve the issue and kept transferring me from one department to the other. They expect consumers to wait all day just to wait for them inspire or charging 600 rs.

                            i choosed to take self delevery instead of home delevery for fast process as i have to delever the car to someone on urjent priority

                              Dear sir/ma'am,
                              I have bought a used wagon r having no. Dl3c* from vasant vihar car parking.
                              They asssured of rc transfer on time and receipt of the transaction on letterhead of cars24,
                              After then they are not giving any clear response and evenually refused to take my calls in this regard.
                              I here by request you to look into the matter, otherwise i have to explore some other options as i m feeling cheated.

                                I Rajesh Dankhara, from Surat got cheated with cars 24.Warning every individual not to get in touch with this cheaters, putting so much advertisement will not make the brand, it’s about honesty, transparency & good faith which makes value. You are committing 72 hours maximum of payment condition, I am on 6th urge of the day still awaited of my money, with all brand value of cars 24 without any hesitation; I have put my car on the same day. Its cars 24 responsibility to take care, if anything occurs with my car, I will strictly sue a case to consumer forum .Same time I will claim amount of 6 days, which you kept in your premises, My application Id. no. : [protected] Car submission date was 19/07/2019.Today I visited at your office at 2:30pm at that time executive told me to revert in an hour still awaited for response kindly make payment as soon as possible. Position is alarming !!!Concern

                                  Dear cars 24,

                                  I was trying to buy a car from your side in may and was looking for a loan for the same. Relationship Manager assigned to me from your side is Rahul Rohilla. He has asked for the token money of 3000 Rs. (acknowledgment recipt number- [protected]) and I transfered. Later the deal was cancelled as he made me wait for 1 month for a loan and later changed the terms for the loan. Now I have registered compalined two times at your customer contact and nobody listened or called. Your RM- Rahul Rohilla doesn't pick my calls and do not reply to my messages. I am left to lodge a consumer compalin as he tricked me giving token money and now refunding. If you like to contact me for the same, my contact no. is- [protected]. This is my last resort else i'll be going against with all the call recordings and receipt from your side. Thank you

                                    This is to bring to your notice that i sold my car in kolkata below office.

                                    Spring fresh, the circle club, dhalipara, arjunpur, near haldirams,
                                    Opposite charnock hospital,
                                    Kolkata - 700136

                                    When i did the deal on my first visit and always told the members (Mrs shakuntala) that i wont be available in kolkata and let me know before i leave kolkata if any pending task is remaining from my end. She clearly told that nothing is pending and i wont be required anymore. I had asked her and her team mate multiple times that i wont be available in kolkata is there any activities i need to be on, because i will be leaving kolkata. And her answer was i am not required any more.

                                    And now i am being told to come down to kolkata or else my last credit of inr. 10, 000/- will be hold and not paid.

                                    Can i ask what kind of customer service it is??? Why they did not tell me at
                                    Beginning that cars24 wil not pay my last amount? Is this a joke?? And this is how cars24 cheat customer gulping the last amount in their own pocket???

                                    Is this way cars24 take advantage of peoples money??? This was totally unexpected and a bad professionalism.

                                    Please credit my last release of amount 10, 000/- inr and have a smooth transition with customer.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      Pls refer my deal for car hyundai verna as above subject. I paid the initial token amount of rs. 15000/- to purchase, vide transaction ref no’s[protected] and[protected].
                                      It was done only on the basis of the information about car condition, on website. Unfortunately when i inspected the car physically at your yard at hub huda parking, gurgaon, the car is in much more worst condition then it explained on your website.
                                      As the amount was paid on the written condition and assurance to me, by your above said employee, that the advance is totally refundable in case of any discrepancies in deal on your part, which are clearly comparable.
                                      Now because of your unfair deal and conduct, i am left with only option to quit from this deal.
                                      I request you to kindly refund my initial amount of rs 15000/- immediately by transferring in to my acount as already submitted to same dealing person as above.
                                      I shall be thankful to you for your quick action.
