I am Rakesh Kumar, I am a registered dealer with car24 (dcode: 71695). Few days ago I purchased a car from car24 using their dealer's mobile app. as like previous way i paid all amount for car but when i checked car then i am shocked. The car description was totally wrong. car 's main parts rusted and had smoke issues too. When I talk with support they are always giving excuses. I have valid proof that their car description is totally different then the actual car. now they are giving excuses with the same reply "we are checking, we are checking". It's 7 days over but still no resolution. They are doing this fraud with many other dealers too. I am requesting you please take action against this company and fix this matter otherwise i have to go to consumer courts. I shall be thankful to you.
