I sold my car to Cars24 in Mars and RC is still not transferred, i have been following up with them since Jun'21, initially they kept lying that car is not sold yet but in July'21 car went to Maruti service center and i got message with pictures from Maruti on my number, and i saw that my car had run 6000 KMs after i sold my car to them, they somehow agreed in Sep'21 that the car has been sold and they could not transfer the RC due to some circumstances and said that they will transfer it in 90 days (though it's a matter of a week's time), now 90 days have been over and they are not even bothered to reply to my emails now, i have written multiple emails to them but in vain.
i am now going to register an FIR at first place, formal complaint to RTO of my city and to RTO of the city where the Car has been sold (i have managed to get that information), make a case study of it, post it on all social media platforms and this will be also be published in my you tube video as i have all evidences in the form of an email to unmask them on how they lied initially and what their post sale services are.
