Cars24 Services — Challan amount forfeited

Hi Team, I have sold my Baleno DL9CAM9545 to CARS24 last week. And there 2000 amount was deducted for challan amount.
My issue is - when I was in discussion with the executive named Saran, he didn't mention anything about this deduction.

And then he said, kindly accept the amount for now. I will arrange a person who can get this 2000Rs challan to 100Rs. Now, i am calling him, he is not supporting at all. This is the second car i sold to Cars24 and first time experienced such a bad response and no support.

Kindly revert 2000Rs at the earliest or arrange a visit to RTO where this challan can be reduced to 100Rs.
