Cars24 Services — Cheating,scam on car purchase

BIGGEST SCAMMERs:

I had purchased my car on 19th Sep'2022 from car24(tied-up with dealer Techno-Justcars 365) with full payment. I though i am purchasing car from Car24 itself.
I have the sale invoice where Cars24 has sold the car to the Dealer and
Sale recipt from for the dealer to my name(after full payment on the vehicle..

The vehicle has no loan, no fines, no dues of any sorts, I have verified myself while purchasing the car from cars24. I've all the necessary document and payment details to purchase the car.

Descirption of Incident:
After roughly 2.5 months after purchase i.e on 5th December, documents are still not transfferred onto my name.
Suddenly when we are out on a family trip, few gundas has blocker our vehicle in the middle of the road, Claiming that they are from cars24 Finance services and the vehicle has got dues (when we checked there were no such loan on the cars or any dues). Though the car has clearance and those gundas behaved rudely and without respect with women and senior citizens and forcefully pulled us down and taken the vehicle. All these are all preplanned and they even have bribed the local police, when we asked them to come to police station they didn't come to police station and even the police persons are very careless. Police person asked to give original documents of the vehicle inorder to file a complaint. when the documents are not yet tranferred to my name how one can give the original documents!! Then it was all clear that i got myself into a big SCAM.

Request a refund including the intrest of 3months

Let me tell how they are doing This scam.
first they will share the customers details with the dealer or redirects you to dealer. Cars24 would sell the vehicle through the dealer. once the car is sold they make you wait for few months saying that the documents are tranfferring to your name. when you rigourously followup on getting the document transffer then they send these gundas and seize your vehicle saying they is some uncleared finance on your vehicle.. The story that cars24 tells is that dealer has taken the vehicle on the credit basis and they have not repaid the dues or whatever...Between cars24 and dealer they kept these business running for years and cars24 finance services have given credits/loan to dealer to run their businuess.. Why the HELL I care about whether the dealer has paid you the credit that he has taken for his busineess. All I care is the car I purchase is clear with loan/fines/dues.

When the car is already sold with clearance (loan/fine/dues) How cars24 can sieze the vehicle???

Does it makes sense ? Ofcouse not!!
what kind of business are you doing..?
Putting customers into these sort of trauma.
