I just rec'd a call today 26/11/22 at approx 10:40 am from your customer care that I will have to appear before jalpaiguri RTO to transfer my car RC.

Please share the required proof that it has been sold under jalpaiguri RTO to close the deal

During sell i was commited that car will be sold within kolkata or adjoining areas

We are constrained to forfeit the held back amount of Rs. 10, 000 and withdraw our assistance for RC transfer of your VITARA BREZZA, WB******77 due to non-compliance of RTO mandated Party Peshi, despite repeated reminders. For further details, please check your email or call us on [protected] .

    Security money not refunded

    I sold my car to cars24 Agra branch on 29/06/22 and have been in constant touch with their customer service team. Within the 120 days period, i have called cars24 multiple times to inquire regarding party peshi status and they have been asking us to wait for 120 days to end.

    Regarding my NOC letter from Cars24 Services

    Dear All,

    I Praful Ghayar had availed a car loan from Cars24 Financial Services Pvt Ltd.
    On 16th Nov 2022 I had made the full and final Payment of my loan. Accordingly the member from Cars24 team said that I will receive the Soft copy and mail confirmation regarding my NOC within 3 days.       I purchased a car from CARS24 in June 22 (invoice enclosed) and my deposit for RTO transfer of Rs, 10000/- was withheld and In september I have received my RC book transferred to my name and from that time I am following up with Mr, Dhawal and Mr Pratik Mehta from your goregaon office to collect my deposit and till date the link itself has not been send to me, which I have to approve. I am really very frustrated and angry that my deposit has not been refunded till now. Can you give me the email of your top management so that I can put forward my complaint to them and my matter will be addressed immediately.

        I have bought the ciaz car from Cars24, which has so many mechanical issue which was not declared to me by Cars24 during selling the car.
        When I took car to service center for service then I came to know major abnormalities in car which coster me Rs32k/-
        When I asked cars24 to reimbursement the amount as car which they have sold had major abnormalities then warranty person ( Mr. Bijender Singh) denying for reimbursement of the bill.
        Now when I rectified the issues than they are saying that we will send the person for problem verification but agreeing on reimbursement.
        Plz look into the same & support me to get the reimbursement

          Sir/madam
          I sold my bullet 350 standard vehicle with reg no DL12SL9399 through cars24 platform. As per their terms and conditions I had given all the required docs for transfer of vehicle. They transferred me rs 84000 through online mode. Now It's been one year and till they didn't transferred the ownership ans didn't gave me sale certificate. Till now my name is registered in parivahan site. Despite contacting them multiple times, they are not doing anything.

            This is Pooja Venugopal Chakkolil from Bangalore.
            I sold my Hyundai Santro Xing Car, 2008 model ( CHASIS NUMBER: MALAA51HR8M2831182C), last month on October 6 2022 in Bangalore. The deal was fixed at Rupees 1 lakh 15 thousand only. The car was in the workshop due to an unexpected breakdown on the road and the deal was delayed for a few days. So on the day of the deal I received Rs 1 lakh five thousand four hundred sixty one and I was promised verbally and on message that I will receive the remaing Rs Five thousand eight hundred after the CARS24 commision and a ticket that was on the car with 48 hours by the Sales person Quram.

            However I have not received this amount till date after many calls and follow ups. This is lack of integrity and not honoring our contract.

            Kindly help me get the money refunded at the earliest.

              I had purchased a used car worth rs 9lakhs from cars24 on[protected]. i had made full payment on the same day. But On the next day of purchasing, the tyre got blasted and car got badly damaged. Then we call car24 for help regarding insurance cover as they had said at the tiime of purchasing that car is fully under insurance. Then they asked for time and made excuses for 15 days. we used to go their office daily. now they are refusing for any help. They are not even providing seller information. Because the insurance and rc is on the name of seller. Also car24 has a policy that if any mishappening happens to car during rc transfer; then they are fully responsible. Please help us regarding this matter. its been more than a month.

                Dear Team

                I sold my car to Cars 24 in the month of March 2022

                Even after multiple reminders and request Cars 24 is not initiating the RC transfer and always giving standard response to wait.

                As per RTO rules it's a mandatory to initiate RC transfer right after the sell. I would request team to help me on this.

                  From past 3months I am receiving frequent harassment calls from Cars24 by asking to sell your car.

                  Every time I am repeating same answer I don’t have any plans to sell.
                  But even though they used to call me nearly 6 times in a week.

                  Upon raising complaint on Cars24 also it not yet stopped.

                  They have taken this as granted by collecting our number from different sources for marketing.

                  Really I am frustrated with the calls.

                  Looking to take legal action by filing complaint on these unwanted disturbing irritating calls from cars 24.

                    I have purchased a car (TN 12 Z 9711) from cars24, I have made the payment through ICICI Bank Car loan which is sent from ICICI Bank through its vendor iGaaadi to Cars24. Even before the delivery of the car, I have cancelled the car on 11th October 2022.

                    But the payment is not returned back till date to ICICI Bank Car Loan. Upon continuous follow up with the cars24 team, Vanagaram branch, neither sending the payment screenshot nor the UTR number to proceed the cancellation with ICICI Bank nor giving any response regarding the payment.

                    I have a doubt whether cars24 team initiated the payment or not.

                    The cancellation is also not initiated in Cars24 system.

                          Payment of Party Peshi holdback amount of Rs10,000/-

                          I have sold my Chevrolet Spark Icy Blue car AP29AA8921 to CARS24 in July 2022. They had to pay me Rs10000/- after party peshi. Now I have been told that RC transfer was done without my presence at RTO few days back and the amount of Rs.5000/- only can be paid to me instead of Rs.10000/- as agreed upon at the time of sale of my car. I didn't receive the date for party peshi by message, email or even by phone call to enable me to attend RTO...

                            I saw one car Kia sonet on carwale app and enquire for it. The seller details received were of cars24 and photo in ad was of actual car location of customer. Later when i connected to your team they told it is sold. Now same list is visible on carwale from cars24 at 10.51 lakh instead of earlier price of 7.48 lakh.
                            I think cars24 bought this car from seller at 7.48 and is now selling at 10.51. Is not this is a cheating

                                I Air Vice Marshal Dr Gurprit Singh Nanda R/O D - 401, Nitesh Columbus Square Bagalur Main road Near Brindavan Engineering College Yelahanka Bengaluru sold my car to Cars24 on 07/10 and was paid Rs 52000/- plus by online tranfer and was promised payment of Rs 10000/- within a week by which time the transfer registration of the vehicle was to be got done in my presence. Both these things have not happened as promised. A gentleman and a girl Simran rang up today for the feedback and they have been told about this on phone and by SMS and also that we will be going back to Jalandhar where I work on 23/10/22 and so the registration must be go done before that otherwise I will not be available at Bengaluru. Have also informed Mr Madhu who came for inspection, Ashwini who asked for Life time Road Tax Receipt, and the Driver who took the vehicle. You are requested to do the needful on priority. Thanks.
