Cars24 Services — Foreclosure of loan

I sold a jeep compass to car24 in the name of Manjushree Jaiswal car number WB02AM3881 on 2nd November 2021, i got my balance payment on 9th November and message that car loan as being successful foreclosed, after getting call from HDFC car loan department for emi payment many a times i contacted car24 representative on 17th November demanding payment details as i have to provide it to Bank people, after calling i came to know that loan is not foreclosed because bank have asking more charges as payment is being getting delayed from your end, now your representative asking me to pay the difference amount for what joy I don’t know as it’s completely car24 mistake for not foreclosing the loan. I am not going to pay single penny if you people are not foreclosing the loan i will be force to fill Police complain against Car24 and reach out to all the forms to raise this complaint of cheating and harassing customers.
