Cars24 Services — Fraud in transferring ownership

I sold my car, Wagor R to Cars 24 a year back.
Apt id :- [protected]. The company promised to transfer ownership of car within 3-6 months. I also attended party peshi in the RTO office. However it has been a year and ownership transfer has not yet been done. The cars registration and insurance has expired and Cars24 staff is running the car with expired registration and insurance. Despite repeated emails they are simply not bothering to get ownership transfer done. It is a clear case of fraud from Cars24 and they are deliberately misusing the car without transferring ownership or updating registration as per RTO rules.
