I sold my car to Cars24, Honda City, HR29AG 2010, in February 2020. I was promised by Cars24 that the RC would be transferred in a maximum time period of 6 months. However, it has been more than 14 months now and Cars24 has not transferred the RC. I have written several follow up emails and have called numerously but have received no assistance whatsoever. I have been cheated by this company and they are not willing to deliver what they had promised.

    I tried to sell my car on cars24 but had horrible experience. So I sold it somewhere else for better price. But still getting 2-3 calls from cars24 even after selling my car 6 months back.

      I agree this a very minor issue, but it is quite frustrating to an owner who just bought his/her first car with a trust of efficient customer support from a reputed company.

      For registering a Fastag, Paytm is the most convenient way (atleast for me). However, I am unable to do this since the previous owner has not cancelled the Fastag done from his/her side from Paytm.

      First, Cars24 suggested me to go for another bank, which I tried, but was not a convenient solution. So, I reached back to Cars24 to ask them to contact previous owner to request him/her to cancel the previous Fastag. However, it has been a week and this actions is not done. It is quite a simple task, which I could have done myself if I had previous owner contact.

      I am quite disappointed since, the action is not being efficiently carried out and they take so much time to resolve this very simple issue.

        I bought the car from cars 24 in lockdown and car was financed by car24 i paid my 2emi on time but due to bad health i was unable to pay the emi and requested to company that i will paye lately in month and same i paid but due to some issue my 1nad half month installment was due and i was unable to clear they asked me if you health is not good and you are not able to manage please give us car and will will give you time for 10days once you will clear the due we will return your car as we are under pressure from company i did the same and return my car and with in week i contacted them that please take your due amount and return my car i did multiple call email but it have more then 4month they never called me they never replied and they sold the car now they are asking lakh rupees extra from us and saying will file the case in court when i asked please let me know my fault they again keep ignoring simply now they are harrasing me with the power of money but now i am also filing the case against cars24 for cheat and harrasment i have. All evidences against cars24

          I purchased a car from Cars 24 Bangalore HSR location in 2020. After that I moved to Maharashtra in 2021 January. I was in contact with a person named Benaka for RC transfer process from Karnataka to Maharashtra. This RC transfer process was delayed for some personal reasons and the transfer process is not done yet. I am trying to contact this Benaka person for more than three months now and he is not responding to my calls or messages. I have already sent more than Rs. 84000 to him in person. Also there is no other contact number that he has given to me. I have details of all the money transfers I have done to him.
          When I told this to cars24 care, they said that Benaka left the company 3-4 months ago and they can't help. They were not helpful at all. If Benaka left the company, how come he has all the car documents, NOC and receipts and he showed that to me and took money. Its Cars24's responsibility to secure my documents if employee is leaving the company.

          I sent money to Cars24 employee for RC transfer process. The process got delayed due to whatever reason. Now that employee left the company and cars24 is saying that they are not liable for any money sent to them or any car documents that he possessed. Their service team didn't help at all after 3-4 months of conversation. THIS IS A FRAUD company.

              Wanted to sell my audi a4 through cars24. . Really really bed experience feeling like cheated. . They quoted me price of rs 1148000 when i asked ok than a girl namely kamya said will pick ur car with in 24 hours and as a token we r sending u 1 rs. .                 I have visited to cars24 outlet before 3 years. And I did not sell my car due to very low price odderings. Since then its been more than 3 years on every week I am getting calls from them. I told manier times that I sold my car please remove my number from your data. but I am still getting their calls. Please do the needful.

                  Hello Team,

                  I have purchased a car from cars24 on 28 Jan 2022 and the condition of tyre was not good to run on highways as there is no life left for tyres and cars24 told me that we have changed engine oil air filter and oil filter when car was delivered but actually it was not the case. I have to change them at ford service center.
                  They are not responding properly to my concerns.

                    I had sold my car on 22nd Aug 2019 via Cars24. I was told that the RC transfer and all paperwork will be done by Cars24. Since I trusted Car24, I did not keep track of the same.

                    But recently I got aware that the transfer is still pending. Even after following up with Cars24 customer care, there is no resolution.

                      Complaint about not payment of my challan amount withheld, which I have cleared

                      I sold my car to Cars24 on 17th March (Car No. UP14BQ5942) and they withheld INR 23, 948 for challans pending. I personally cleared all my challans online & court. Now when I asked them to pay my balance amount withheld, they have paid only INR 13, 000 and saying they have held back balance as they have cleared the challans.

                        I had got my Baleno evaluation done two weeks back. After that I received a quote of Rs 512412. The justification given was I being the second owner on the RTO paper, since my husband had transferred it to my name.                           We deal cars from cars 24 and other platforms. This cars 24 is complete cheater they charge parking charges if you deley payment after stock in done. Which is stored in their garage. Which you get it delivered you we get to know odometer tampered.no money is being refunded yet and as well as complete issue in the car like total brake damages was there. We cannot verify the car before purchasing the product all we can see by their applications pictures. After getting car delivered when you see any problem or something we are forced to take their cars what so ever if you cancel deal they charge 20000 per car and 10000 before getting the car. Took 30000 for cancellation for deal. which they are not refunding yet and as well as one car money is still with them. Thats also not getting it refunded.

                            I have sold my Car (FORD FIGO 1.4 ZXI DURATORQ) to Car24 on 31 Jan 2020 which is more than 2 years from present and they have sold my Car's RC and my Car is still on my name. Now I'm informing the Cars24 team on a daily basis but no action has been taken from their side.

                            Kindly let me know when RC will be transferred to the other party.

                            At the time of sale of my car to Cars24, their salespersons assured me that RC will be transferred within 90 days.

                            Please update me as soon as possible or in other cases I have to launch a complaint in consumer court against Cars24.

                            Attached are the documents provided by Cars24 after I sold my car.

                              Hi, My name is Imtiaz Pasha
                              I have purchased a car Hyundai I20 KA04MM8243, from CARS24 on 27 Feb 2022, with full cash payment of INR 394600/-, but there was some issue in the car, which I high lighted to sales person Mr Shiav from Jakur Ward.
                              He suggested me to leave the car there only, so that they will fixed the issue & give the delivery of the car, hence I left the there only on 27 feb 2020.
                              After a week they delivered the car to me @ 9.30 pm in the night. I asked the driver is this the time to deliver the car, he simply replied, I don't know, am outsource person. I was happy that car has come & let him go.
                              Next day I drove the car, still found same issues, I immediately called up to sales person, he replied I can't do anything now, since the car is delivered to you, u have to raise the complaint from app, they will come & resolve the issue.
                              I said ok & raise the complaint, next day the person comes & take the car, after so many follow ups & calls to customers care, after a week so, on 15 March 2022, I get the car back, i drove the car & had found another new issues in the car, I immediately raised a return complaint to take back the car.
                              Let me highlight here from 27 Feb 2022 to 15 March 2022, the was in their garage only, it was not with me.
                              However since 15 March, I have been chasing these people's to take back the car & refund my money, as per their policy once the car is delivered to you will get 7 days grace period to drive & test the car, but in my case I have requested for return on the same day, when car was delivered to me.
                              Every day I call up to their customers care & ask to take back the car, but everytime they give me only one answer, our team is working on it, you get the call back within 24 to 48hours, but till now they have not called me, neither they have taken the car back & refunded my money.
                              Can some one please help me here. Am fed up chasing these people. This is not acceptable from a brand like CARS24, they have lost my faith in them. I don't think I will ever go back to them or refer them to any of my friends or relatives.
                              I wil take this matter on social platform, if they dont revert back ASAP. & let people know their fraudulent promises of MRL chcek & all that.

                                    This is to let you know that I haven't received any calls for ownership transfer till date, but CARS24 claimed that they tried reaching out to me.
                                    However, after receiving the mail and SMS, I tried calling the mentioned number and also Mr. Sourav Basu from Cars24 multiple times. But didn't get any response from anyone yet.
                                    After multiple follow ups I came to know my sold car is in Siliguri RTO, whereas I reside at Kolkata. So this isn't possible for me to travel to Siliguri for name transfer.

                                    This has already been notified to your support. And to utter shock, I was notified I need to travel to Siliguri RTO (500+ km from my place) for name transfer, whereas the name transfer was done at Katwa RTO (120KM from my place) which I could travel easily. I have been totally misguided and harassed.
                                    If the Rs.10000/- isn't been paid back to me soon, I will be bound to proceed legally for harassment charges, as I faced a lot of harassment through these misguidement from your end. I hope, this will be solved soon, which would in turn be beneficial for both you and myself.
