After Seeing the Add of Cars24 Which Says- We can Sell Our Car Within " 1 HOUR", I Decided to Sell My Car & Booked Home Inspection - Same been Done on the Same Day ( No Concerns)

Later on Received Final Quotation of Net Buying Rs.943215/- ( Actual Rs.950000, But Deduction Of Rs.6785) & Accepted This Offer On 20th April 2022)- WEDNESDAY & Requested to Close the Deal on the Same Day.

Since I had Car Loan With ICICI - Amount to be Transferred Towards Loan Closure & Same been Discussed & Your Team member Informed - I need to Transfer Rs.11168/- So that They Can Close the Loan Directly & Hold Rs.47500/- for NOC ( Which is Ok) - I have Transferred Said Rs.11168 /- to Cars24 Account.

Followed Like Mad Till Late Night But To Update Received from Local Cars24 Team on 20th ( Where is Your 1 House Purchase - Advertisement Genuinity)

On 21st ( THURSDAY) Till Afternoon Followed Like Anything - Later on your Employee ( Don't Want to Disclose Name) Given Contact No of the Person Who is Assigned to Re-Verification of the Car- He Visited & Completed he Job by 3PM & Taken Signatures to All Sale Agreement Kit & Other Documents. Again My Follow up Started Since Loan Closure Required on Priority as I Committed to my Boss. But No Luck & Cars24 Team Member Started Telling Story Like - Dealer as to Transfer 20% and All - As a Customer Its Not my Responsibility, I Know only Cars24 & Not Your Dealers.

On 22nd - Your Team Member Confirmed RTGS Done & Will be Sharing UTR Number Shortly - Till Late Night- Followed But No Response from your team Member ( Based on his confirmation i have committed & Confirmed to someone saying its done But You people made me shame in front of them.

On 23rd I Called Several Time to Representative but no Response & Later on Share His Manager Number- He has no Idea Whats Going On & Later on Told he will come back ( But No Response Till 25th, Today Morning.
Today, Afternoon - He is Informing- Sorry RTGS Not Initiated but Our Team member Lied- Sorry About it & Today After All This Circus Telling Dealer Blackout for the Price & Re-Auction Required & We got the Price Max 7.50L / You can Sell to Others ( What Nonsense - I Don't Understand)
Pls Justify:

You People Give the Quotation For Rs.9.50L & I Have Accepted. Reverification Done, I have Signed All Documents Set & Transferred Rs.11K to Cars24 Account - How Can You Say Price Dropped / Dealer Back Out Done On Today That Is 25th Where all Process Done On 22nd Itself.
How Can Your Team Member Playing With Customer Emoting by Telling Lie, Where All Process Done RTGS Also Done, Later On Late Night Told - RTGS Bounce & Again Re-Processing.

Today, His Manager Telling - Not at all RTGS Tried Since Dealer Back Out Done - Is This Work Ethics.
Why Cars24 Told me to Transfer My Money to Your Account When he Knows the Truth?? Are You people Playing with Customer Emotions / Its Lacks of Your Process.

After 5 Days - Now If you Say - RTGS Not Done & Dealer Back Out Done- Price Rs.7.50L on Re-Auction - Are You People Serious on Your Business - Who the hell will take the responsibility.
Who Is Responsible:
21-04-22 &[protected] I have Taken Leave & Waited Like Anything - Who is Answerable For This.
I Got Buyer for Rs.9.25L But I Rejected the Offer as I got Confirmation Offer For Rs.9.50L With Cars24 - Who is Going to bear the Loss.
How Can Your Employee Lies to Customer & Playing With Our Emotion - Who is Responsible.

    With advertise of having more than 140 checks, I went through the CARS24 portal and selected the Creta 2018 (face lifted) petrol. With workflow of the CARS24, I booked the car for test drive on 10th Apr, 2022. I got the call from car advisor Mr. Prasant from PUNE UNDRI branch.
    While test drive I was told that GPS navigation system is not working because the required SD card is missing. While revisiting the portal I found that with GPS navigation working check was marked as PASS. That means it should be working.
    While discussing about the imperfection which is mentioned as PASS, car advisor Mr. Prashant mentioned that he will take this with higher management and will provide the discount of Rs. 5000 for the missing SD CARD. With promise of Prashant, I progressed with the purchase of vehicle and paid Total Amount – 5000 (As Prashant mentioned not to pay Rs. 5000).
    On the day of delivery i.e. 16th April I got a call from Mr. Deepak Sharma, Sales Head UNDRI branch asking me to pay remaining amount as they were not able to get required approval from management within that time frame. As Deepak mentioned, he will reimburse the same amount by 18th April, 2022 via official email id. With trust, I paid the remaining amount but till today i.e 27th April, 2022 even after so many follow ups, I have not received any amount yet.

    Couple of points as to highlight.

    Can we trust CARS24 with provided check list, as I found that those checks are not correct, I only found one .. may have more than that? How can we make sure those checks are trustworthy?

    Can we trust the promise made by the employee like Sales Head Mr. Deepak Sharma, as they are the face of CARS24?

      We sold our car with registration number: KA41MA1843 on 29-March-2021 in Bengaluru, we were informed that the RC transfer would be done in 120-180 days. It has been more than a year now but don't have an update yet.
      All that I hear is it is under process.
      Could you please check, I am now very doubtful about the ownership transfer being done at all

        I have sold my car Maruti Alto 2007 LXI to Cars24 Thane (Maharashtra) branch on 9 February 2020, and today i.e. Aril 26, 2022, they are telling the car is still there warehouse and due to Covid 19 outbreak they kept in warehouse now they are searching suitable owner. BIG LIERs

        I checked on Govt. Site VAHAN NR E services under Ministry of Road Transport & Highways Government of India and its showing they have sold this car so someone in Sangrur, Punjab and it shows
        "NOC Details
        NOC issued for SANGRUR RTA, Punjab (PB13) vide no DL2020-NOC-4931C dated 25-Jul-2020 reason sold the vehicle!"

        When I counter Mr Abhishek from Cars24 with this then he told raising a complaint and our team will revert in 48 hours.

        It's a complete breach of trust and they are just bunch of highly un professional people but shallow in their deeds.

        Please don't rely on them since they are not concerned about our safety and security. They simply say, we have given you protection policy - big scam, as per Supreme Court of India person having name on the RC is the legal owner of the vehicle, therefore, no such protection policy works there.

        Concerned Government Authorities who have given license to such companies must ensure that what they are claiming must be executed or there should be heavy penalties on these companies may be closure of their shops.

        Highly Disappointed and frustrated doing follow up with CARS24.

        Pls check the latest Screenshots taken of CARS24 Site and Govt. Site VAHAN NR E services for your reference.

            Sub: Request for ( MH 48 A 3618 ) Car Documents ( RC, NOC ) which has been awaited from last one year

            My name is Rahul Jaysingrao Sasane from Pune Moshi. This is regarding Vento car purchased from the CAR24 representative on 4th May 2021 without any payment dues.
            From that day, till date I have not received RC and NOC and every month I'm getting new information like the Covid restrictions, previous Car owner not coming for signature, previous Car owner is in Delhi, RTO agent is working on your topic, issues raised to Car24 and so on and this never ending story still continues.
            I have not received any single documents of this car that is not even an RC copy / Xerox of the previous owner .

            I'm highly disappointed 😒😒 by the unprofessional treatment and mental harassment given by your organisation . It's my humble request to your top management / concern legal team, kindly look into this matter and provide my purchased car documents ( RC & NOC )as soon as possible.

              The Money Back within 7 days of delivery and if the distance traveled is less than 200 km from the date of delivery as well as 1 year warranty is only worth to a customer when the vehicle which bikes 24 delivers is in a good condition not when a faulty vehicle is being delivered to the customer whose faulty parts stop working after 1 or 2 weeks and after riding for 500 to 700 kms.

              Bikes 24 proclaims that they use all genuine/authorise parts to refurbish the vehicle, their vehicles go through 140 quality checks and gets delivered in as excellent as new condition.
              The scooty was not starting after riding it for less then 600kms in less then 2 months then I visited bikes 24 authorised service centre where the owner of the service centre opened the vehicle and showed me the local parts like rubber chain, piston which was of 75 no and he said that this piston does not work fine in a scooty and that is why the scooty can skit anywhere, the clutch and other 12 parts are local.

              I bought this scooty to commute to my office with my wife but I have been not using it because the service centre owner informed that the vehicle has many local parts which they can break anytime and hence the scooty is not safe.

              The scooty has not met any of the bikes24's commitments of advertisement and therefore I have asked them to take it's return but they have denied by giving reason of their 7days only for return policy which is absurd in this case where the vehicle is a faulty vehicle not as what they proclaim.

              I have attached the estimate which was sent by the owner of the service centre for local parts of the vehicle.

              I want this vehicle to be returned and get my money back.

                Hi VikasTeam, I am writing this email to bring your attention. As discussed with you over the phone call, I raised a ticket for repair work to my vehicle (DL8CAV6458) when they delivered it back, I found some extra noise in my vehicle silencer. Moreover, I have got checked the vehicle with a mechanic, he told me that someone has changed the vehicle silencer and this silencer doesn't have that part inside it that control the extra noise. Apart from this, I kept an aux cable in my car because the vehicle music system doesn't support Bluetooth functionality but somebody had stolen that aux cable also. So, I am humbly requesting you to please replace this faulty silencer with the vehicle’s original one.

                    I was looking to sell my car booked an inspection with cars 24 recomended by friends and family after completion of inspection they put it for bid and they gave me very low and unexpected price of 2.4 L I told them I am not interested so they asked me my expectations which I briefed them after that after every 1 or 2 days they would call and send me text messages with an upgraded price after 8 9 days someone from there sales team calls and tells me a price 3.49 L and I said that I am interested and they askes me to visit nearby cars 24 office Invisited there office and the sales team manager santosh kumar is like totally oppsite and talking to me as if some outside trader they keep you running they are very unsure of what they have to offer and whatever they say does not make sence one day they tell you something else and the other day they are like not possible so who can you trjst even big companies like cars 24 act as of outside vendors very poor irresponsible servislce do not recomend to go through cars 24 they seem lile players yes they make it sound very comfortable and easy process for the sale and all the transfers but then there sales team is completely screwed up really felt bad mr. Santosh from indirpuram office is car valie of 2.8 when I.have message im proof of amount saying totally othewise they DO NOT PROVIDE WITH The best market ratea beware they are good at what they do which is playing with people bunch of players. mr santosh is like to other people who are ready assist giving them the eye* like really?? And also called sales team guy and is like " itna thodi hota hai" they thinking like we domt understand the world please beware before using there services they will give a run for it be smart guys

                          Fraud in transferring ownership

                          I sold my car, Wagor R to Cars 24 a year back.
                          Apt id :- [protected]. The company promised to transfer ownership of car within 3-6 months. I also attended party peshi in the RTO office. However it has been a year and ownership transfer has not yet been done. The cars registration and insurance has expired and Cars24 staff is running the car with expired registration and insurance. Despite repeated emails they are simply not bothering...

                          I sold my car to Cars24, Honda City, HR29AG 2010, in February 2020. I was promised by Cars24 that the RC would be transferred in a maximum time period of 6 months. However, it has been more than 14 months now and Cars24 has not transferred the RC. I have written several follow up emails and have called numerously but have received no assistance whatsoever. I have been cheated by this company and they are not willing to deliver what they had promised.

                              I agree this a very minor issue, but it is quite frustrating to an owner who just bought his/her first car with a trust of efficient customer support from a reputed company.

                              For registering a Fastag, Paytm is the most convenient way (atleast for me). However, I am unable to do this since the previous owner has not cancelled the Fastag done from his/her side from Paytm.

                              First, Cars24 suggested me to go for another bank, which I tried, but was not a convenient solution. So, I reached back to Cars24 to ask them to contact previous owner to request him/her to cancel the previous Fastag. However, it has been a week and this actions is not done. It is quite a simple task, which I could have done myself if I had previous owner contact.

                              I am quite disappointed since, the action is not being efficiently carried out and they take so much time to resolve this very simple issue.

                                I bought the car from cars 24 in lockdown and car was financed by car24 i paid my 2emi on time but due to bad health i was unable to pay the emi and requested to company that i will paye lately in month and same i paid but due to some issue my 1nad half month installment was due and i was unable to clear they asked me if you health is not good and you are not able to manage please give us car and will will give you time for 10days once you will clear the due we will return your car as we are under pressure from company i did the same and return my car and with in week i contacted them that please take your due amount and return my car i did multiple call email but it have more then 4month they never called me they never replied and they sold the car now they are asking lakh rupees extra from us and saying will file the case in court when i asked please let me know my fault they again keep ignoring simply now they are harrasing me with the power of money but now i am also filing the case against cars24 for cheat and harrasment i have. All evidences against cars24

                                  I purchased a car from Cars 24 Bangalore HSR location in 2020. After that I moved to Maharashtra in 2021 January. I was in contact with a person named Benaka for RC transfer process from Karnataka to Maharashtra. This RC transfer process was delayed for some personal reasons and the transfer process is not done yet. I am trying to contact this Benaka person for more than three months now and he is not responding to my calls or messages. I have already sent more than Rs. 84000 to him in person. Also there is no other contact number that he has given to me. I have details of all the money transfers I have done to him.
                                  When I told this to cars24 care, they said that Benaka left the company 3-4 months ago and they can't help. They were not helpful at all. If Benaka left the company, how come he has all the car documents, NOC and receipts and he showed that to me and took money. Its Cars24's responsibility to secure my documents if employee is leaving the company.

                                  I sent money to Cars24 employee for RC transfer process. The process got delayed due to whatever reason. Now that employee left the company and cars24 is saying that they are not liable for any money sent to them or any car documents that he possessed. Their service team didn't help at all after 3-4 months of conversation. THIS IS A FRAUD company.

                                    These Car 24 sales team keep calling me everyday at 7-10 days. Many a times I have told them that I do not have car to sell. But they just keep calling.
