[Resolved] Cars24 Services — I was cheated about car inspection report & expert verdict | |||
I purchased a car skoda rapid through cars24 on 28th july 2019. As per your people and saying, i trusted the report you mentioned on your website about the car health and condition. However, i was cheated by your people as the car health was found completely different then your report says. I'll attach all the screenshots and pictures for your reference. I took that car on saturday (3rd aug 2019) to skoda service center in gurgaon. They checked the car and found defects which you people never mentioned in your report. Let's look on some main points: 1- cars24 report says that car's no part was painted but car's left both doors are painted, (Not only painted with good paint but these are got sprayed with very bad quality color) 2- radiator support is broken and it's coming out, it was also not mentioned in your report. (Did not repair but will cost 10000 part cost + labor charge and 18% gst on labor charge) 3- coolant was leaked from thermostat vole and it needs to be repaired on urgent basis. This was also not mentioned in your report. (Urgent repair needed costing me around 20000 inr) 4- clutch pedal leakage and it was also not mentioned in cars24 report. (Did not repair) 5- wiper blades are broken and front glass got heavy scratches due to that. It was also not mentioned in the report. (Costing 1200) 6- left hand side power window button not working, which was not mentioned in your report. (Costing 1500) 7- suspension link rod was replaced from outside and very low quality. Suspension has very loud noise. (Did not repair but will cost 45000) I took the car to service center for its service and tyre as it was usual to do in that car. However, it's costing me what was not expected. This is completely cheating with a customer. I urge you to please look after this issue and resolve this. I trusted cars24 and bought the car faithfully. Skoda people said that they've cheated you. I sent emails to care.
