Cars24 Services — I'm complaining about the car I bought with cars24

Hi guys, please dont purchase cars with cars24, Before purchasing they talk so well they will build all your confidence to buy a car with them and they say 7 days return policy which is fake, if you call them to return a car they will just answer you that "with in 12 to 24 hrs our team will get back" but no one will call you. Later I found milage problem and I raised a complaint for the same someone came and picked the car its been 2days completed No one is calling me to inform what's the problem with the car. I don't know where the car is for which I have paid. I'm just getting a reply saying 12 to 24 hours our team will get back. So please be Careful when you purchase a car with cars24.
