I bought car from cars24 in feb 2020, it more than 2 yrs now I have not receive the RC yet.
They did a mistake in the name initially and I asked them to change it.
Tickets they have create on my knowledge : 239662, 44326, 567872, 582321, 481588.
Every time I write a mail to them they create a ticket and they update it with out providing any resolution.
They never call to update on what state the process is in.
It's really frustrating waiting and writing mail again and again.
Last time a traffic police caught me and it was very very difficult to make him understand why I don't have an RC that too after buying the car 2 yrs ago.

    I sold my car to cars24 only after they assure me in written to transfer the car and pay my holding amount in 30 days time from the day of stocking the car in there warehouse. Their team lead told me the same and given there assurance by mail to tranfer the car in 30 days.
    Its been 2 months i am chasing these guys, and all the team is either transferred or resigned from cars24.
    Everytime these guys show you seller protection policy.
    Dont sell to cars24 my advice

      Car inspection and worse price

      When i booked the car inspection, it was mentioned on the website that you can sell your car from 5.98 lacs to 6.94 lacs. The inspevtion guy Dalli Sachdeva was very rude and did a scam to my inspection. He mentioned in the report that the door have rust and dashboard is damaged. The cars 24 have running this scam from so long and fooling customers everytime thry sell their cars. I am gonna report this and make sure they not gonna let anyone...

      Hold Back Amount not credited despite of 120 days

      Address: 48/2, Ghodbunder Rd, Manpada, Thane West, Thane, Service Lane, Near Andhra Bank, Opposite R-Mall, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400607

      I had sold my car to Cars24 Thane outlet on 13th January, 2022.

      They said that they have a procedure of holding an amount of 10, 000 INR until the RC gets transferred which usually takes an hour or two after we submit the RC book which I had submitted on January 27th i.e. that month itself.

      I've been continuously calling and texting them by contacting their customer care which transfers the call to greivance...

      I purchased a new Car from Cars 24 approx. 2 months back. Car Reg# MH03DK8715.

      I am unable to get a valid fastag for my new car as there are previous blacklisted fastags pending on the car.

      I have repeatedly complained to cars 24 customer care regarding this issue but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I am facing a lot of inconvenience while crossing tolls due to unavailability of a valid fastag.

        I purchased a santro magna 2019 and they charged extra money for insurance which was own damage claimable they took the smart card to transfer it to my mother's name but the insurance had my mother's name already now they take 75days to transfer RC meanwhile i[censored] wanna claim your insurance you cannot cuz they will only provide form 29, 30 without RTO signature and the insurance name will not match the owner name and you can't claim your insurance

              Deal cancelled not happy with the performance of your car, your support is very poor no one responding
              Fortunately on 2nd may i got my refund but today on 8th mail I got a mail for loan disbursement how ?
              If the deal was cancelled, got my refund on 2nd may then how you guys have not yet closed this loan ??
              Close this loan immediately and mail me a foreclosure letter

                  Hi, I wanted to sell my car in Cars24 and car inspection was done accordingly. They have asked me to close the car loan and provide the loan statement showing Zero to process further. I have closed the loan and sent the loan statement to Cars24. Then they asked Cibil report. I’ve asked reason for cibil report since they not providing any loan to me. Executive gave his manager number to call for further details. I’ve been trying to call his manager since 3 days. But no response. I’ve escalated the issue. Then Manager has called me and asked to Provide cibil report. I’ve provided cibil report. Then they asked for Experian report. I’ve provided. Then they asked for report from Paisa Bazar. I’ve provided. Now they are asking for Loan Agreement status and Settlement Date. They have not informed me earlier that I need to provide cibil report. They wantedly delaying the procedure and asking unnecessary documents and wasting my time. Meanwhile, my details are leaked when the car inspection has happened and someone called me saying they wanted to buy my car directly instead of thru Cars24. I want raise complaint against customer experience and data leak

                    As per your nomes purchase date to 6month in case car not sale your responsibility in process of transfer so many cars we are sale you than complete 6month but till date your not transfer process and not responding your employee Sunil.                       I'm complaining about the car I bought with cars24

                      Hi guys, please dont purchase cars with cars24, Before purchasing they talk so well they will build all your confidence to buy a car with them and they say 7 days return policy which is fake, if you call them to return a car they will just answer you that "with in 12 to 24 hrs our team will get back" but no one will call you. Later I found milage problem and I raised a complaint for the same someone came and picked the car its been 2days...

                      This is not at all acceptable!! Cars24 have delivered the broken car and as per their sales executive promise and or confirmation requesting to address this issue without giving me generic responses.,
                      Please ask CARS24 to go back and check all the historical tickets from day one (I.e., eff Feb’22) and conversations before they come to any conclusion and provide responses..

                      Have already highlighted the issues with Cars24 :
                      1. We never wanted to go to a loan, at the time of car purchase and wanted to make full cash payment. Please check with Cars24 sales person.
                      2. We did got request to go to CARS24 finance for loan processing where I could save interest amount and this is what confirmed by your CARS24 finance or loan department team.
                      3. There were multiple tickets which was opened for car repair before delivery but no one resolved the issue till date.
                      4. CARS24 delivered the car to customer without proper service and without fixing the damaged parts in cars like gear leaver nob; clutch; steering, puntchured tier; left front window broken,
                      5. I want to escalate this case further as per my previous discussion.
                      6. Also emi from Bajaj been deducted without consulting customer in this case and also we haven’t submitted the cheque leaf till date to anyone for this loan sanction process.

                      2. Clutch box change: no replacement or repair done, NOT SATISFIED
                      3. Right front door auto window mode is still not great, OK
                      4. Left front door notice due to fittings, not adjusted correctly still can notice noise, , NOT SATISFIED
                      5. Gear leaver damage: not changed, NOT SATISFIED

                        Myself Sujeet Jilajeet Tiwari, On 22nd April Me and my wife Shweta Sujeet Tiwari bought a car from Cars24 (Maruti Suzuki Alto 800) from 1st day this car having issues of self start and stirring even told your staff about this, decided to try it more but yesterday on 26th April car suddenly stopped working now it's not getting start, raised multiple tickets for this but not getting proper response, your roadside assistance is completely useless.
                        Therefore now we decided to return the same.

                        5-6 times sent this mail to them but they are not responding.
                        Request you to look into it and do the needful also refund my full amount.

                          I am getting numerous calls from Cars 24 sales team from multiple cities - some days 10 calls - some days 15 calls - although i am on DND. They have the least regard for DND. They bypass the rules by calling from personal mobile numbers belonging to their sales team. Kindly help me.

                            After Seeing the Add of Cars24 Which Says- We can Sell Our Car Within " 1 HOUR", I Decided to Sell My Car & Booked Home Inspection - Same been Done on the Same Day ( No Concerns)

                            Later on Received Final Quotation of Net Buying Rs.943215/- ( Actual Rs.950000, But Deduction Of Rs.6785) & Accepted This Offer On 20th April 2022)- WEDNESDAY & Requested to Close the Deal on the Same Day.

                            Since I had Car Loan With ICICI - Amount to be Transferred Towards Loan Closure & Same been Discussed & Your Team member Informed - I need to Transfer Rs.11168/- So that They Can Close the Loan Directly & Hold Rs.47500/- for NOC ( Which is Ok) - I have Transferred Said Rs.11168 /- to Cars24 Account.

                            Followed Like Mad Till Late Night But To Update Received from Local Cars24 Team on 20th ( Where is Your 1 House Purchase - Advertisement Genuinity)

                            On 21st ( THURSDAY) Till Afternoon Followed Like Anything - Later on your Employee ( Don't Want to Disclose Name) Given Contact No of the Person Who is Assigned to Re-Verification of the Car- He Visited & Completed he Job by 3PM & Taken Signatures to All Sale Agreement Kit & Other Documents. Again My Follow up Started Since Loan Closure Required on Priority as I Committed to my Boss. But No Luck & Cars24 Team Member Started Telling Story Like - Dealer as to Transfer 20% and All - As a Customer Its Not my Responsibility, I Know only Cars24 & Not Your Dealers.

                            On 22nd - Your Team Member Confirmed RTGS Done & Will be Sharing UTR Number Shortly - Till Late Night- Followed But No Response from your team Member ( Based on his confirmation i have committed & Confirmed to someone saying its done But You people made me shame in front of them.

                            On 23rd I Called Several Time to Representative but no Response & Later on Share His Manager Number- He has no Idea Whats Going On & Later on Told he will come back ( But No Response Till 25th, Today Morning.
                            Today, Afternoon - He is Informing- Sorry RTGS Not Initiated but Our Team member Lied- Sorry About it & Today After All This Circus Telling Dealer Blackout for the Price & Re-Auction Required & We got the Price Max 7.50L / You can Sell to Others ( What Nonsense - I Don't Understand)
                            Pls Justify:

                            You People Give the Quotation For Rs.9.50L & I Have Accepted. Reverification Done, I have Signed All Documents Set & Transferred Rs.11K to Cars24 Account - How Can You Say Price Dropped / Dealer Back Out Done On Today That Is 25th Where all Process Done On 22nd Itself.
                            How Can Your Team Member Playing With Customer Emoting by Telling Lie, Where All Process Done RTGS Also Done, Later On Late Night Told - RTGS Bounce & Again Re-Processing.

                            Today, His Manager Telling - Not at all RTGS Tried Since Dealer Back Out Done - Is This Work Ethics.
                            Why Cars24 Told me to Transfer My Money to Your Account When he Knows the Truth?? Are You people Playing with Customer Emotions / Its Lacks of Your Process.

                            After 5 Days - Now If you Say - RTGS Not Done & Dealer Back Out Done- Price Rs.7.50L on Re-Auction - Are You People Serious on Your Business - Who the hell will take the responsibility.
                            Who Is Responsible:
                            21-04-22 &[protected] I have Taken Leave & Waited Like Anything - Who is Answerable For This.
                            I Got Buyer for Rs.9.25L But I Rejected the Offer as I got Confirmation Offer For Rs.9.50L With Cars24 - Who is Going to bear the Loss.
                            How Can Your Employee Lies to Customer & Playing With Our Emotion - Who is Responsible.

                              With advertise of having more than 140 checks, I went through the CARS24 portal and selected the Creta 2018 (face lifted) petrol. With workflow of the CARS24, I booked the car for test drive on 10th Apr, 2022. I got the call from car advisor Mr. Prasant from PUNE UNDRI branch.
                              While test drive I was told that GPS navigation system is not working because the required SD card is missing. While revisiting the portal I found that with GPS navigation working check was marked as PASS. That means it should be working.
                              While discussing about the imperfection which is mentioned as PASS, car advisor Mr. Prashant mentioned that he will take this with higher management and will provide the discount of Rs. 5000 for the missing SD CARD. With promise of Prashant, I progressed with the purchase of vehicle and paid Total Amount – 5000 (As Prashant mentioned not to pay Rs. 5000).
                              On the day of delivery i.e. 16th April I got a call from Mr. Deepak Sharma, Sales Head UNDRI branch asking me to pay remaining amount as they were not able to get required approval from management within that time frame. As Deepak mentioned, he will reimburse the same amount by 18th April, 2022 via official email id. With trust, I paid the remaining amount but till today i.e 27th April, 2022 even after so many follow ups, I have not received any amount yet.

                              Couple of points as to highlight.

                              Can we trust CARS24 with provided check list, as I found that those checks are not correct, I only found one .. may have more than that? How can we make sure those checks are trustworthy?

                              Can we trust the promise made by the employee like Sales Head Mr. Deepak Sharma, as they are the face of CARS24?

                                We sold our car with registration number: KA41MA1843 on 29-March-2021 in Bengaluru, we were informed that the RC transfer would be done in 120-180 days. It has been more than a year now but don't have an update yet.
                                All that I hear is it is under process.
                                Could you please check, I am now very doubtful about the ownership transfer being done at all
