[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — insurance and second key of car not delivered

I have bought tata tiago on 10th of june 2019 and i have paid for all documentation thru cars 24. But on handing over the car documents nothing is told me about car insurance transfer. Even they told me that you do not need to get insurance as this is valid till 31.01.2020. What a misstatement they have made? And even not explaining the process of insurance transfer. It is told to me that cars24 will take care of all documentation but very the persons from cars24 are not providing me right information and misleading the facts.

Secondly they have committed to give me second key of car with in week as per seller request but again after reminding so much they told me later that it is not available.

Kindly help to resolve the issues. I have bad experience due to above dealing with cars24. Will take my complaint in consumer court also if nothing is resolved.
