[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — Loan foreclosure amount deposited and Car selling was finalized now deal being withdrawn.

Cars 24 finalized the car deal of selling my Baleno @ Rs.3.91 L, i had a loan running on my car outstanding was 4.38Lakhs. I deposited the negative balance of my car loan on 12thdec . Account no was provided by Cars24 executive Gurpreet Sing and Deepanshu Rai. Till date i have not received my acknowledgment of loan amount settled and car sale. I received 1000 Rs as token amount from Cars 24 also. Today morning’s nh i received a message from Cars24 that they have withdrawn my deal. Post that both Cars 24 employee have stopped answering my calls. Gurpreet said that he will send settlement details as Delivery document when car will be picked up. Now no one is answering my call. I have want to file a complaint against them and claim a compensation too for harrasing me mentally. It is so disturbing my money, my cibil everything is on stake.

I have recently lost my father and on top of this so much harrasment. From past 20 mins i was on a call with Vijaylaxmi from cars24 customer service team and asked her to connect to concerned person. She says that no one is available.

Please help me. Or else i will be forced to take some harsh steps and Cars 24 will be responsible solely.
