The cars 24 people visited my home, informed depositing the payments as agreed and collected my car and RC. They also took my sign on blank forms to effect transfer/sale. I purchased the maruti swift vxi 2019 model from cars 24 mulund hub mumbai on 10th Dec.2023 after paying down payment of 170000 + RC Transfer Charges of 11500 but return the car on very next day on 11th Dec 2023 due to some personal reason now i after asking for refund they have refunded me only 73000 & told me that 98000 rupees will be refunded in 2-3 days & they will hold 10000/- till 2nd key which was delivered to me got return to them which i agreed upon. Now even after 6 days they are not refunding my 98000 & jus making false promises of returning it in 1-2 days.i am in dire need if my hard earn money.please resolve my complaint.

Cars 24 finalized the car deal of selling my Baleno @ Rs.3.91 L, i had a loan running on my car outstanding was 4.38Lakhs. I deposited the negative balance of my car loan on 12thdec . Account no was provided by Cars24 executive Gurpreet Sing and Deepanshu Rai. Till date i have not received my acknowledgment of loan amount settled and car sale. I received 1000 Rs as token amount from Cars 24 also. Today morning’s nh i received a message...

One of my contacts has received a message from cars24 saying that I have defaulted on a payment. But I have all records and proof that I have paid all dues on time every month. And since auto debit option enabled, the amount is debited on the said date as agreed in cars24 contract. And sending messages with warnings about legal implications to my contacts is not the right customer approach regarding a customer who pays the dues on time.

I sold my car on 4th May 2023, which was supposed to be sold & RC transferred within 180 days as per their commitment given in the policy documents. But, it has been nore than 200 days now & even after multiple follow-ups with their customer care, I am not gettinga any answer.

Since, the car is still unsold & RC on my name, I've a greater threat of it gets misused & I am afraid of it.

Request your team to please help with the resolution at the earliest...thanks

Bought this car from cars24 on 27 may 2023 and cars24 promised to do the RC transfer in 60-75 days and now it's been almost 6 months. They are saying RTO is non functional and it's the delay from RTO side. Just making it up and extending the dates.. Useless and worthless employees they have...

I sold my car Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire (RJ27 CC 5958) on 13th november and today I received message that fastag money is deducted 3 times wilhich costed me 345 Rupees. Please refund my money back and stop using fastag anymore.

On 15th November I visited Cars24 Undri Pune, to check out some used cars that I wanted to buy.
Before Test drive they asked some basic questions like whether I would buy the car in cash or will take finance (Loan). I mentioned I will go with finance option.

Post test drive I got a call from them to get finance option checked in advance. I denied and said I will only get it checked post my car finalization.

Clearly stated on their website and even the delivery associate who let me drive test the car said that the reservation is 100% refundable and also deductible if ever I made a purchase with them. I sent a complain with them and told me they can give me a token worth of 300AED for my next reservation with them.

with this kind service who doesn't value the customers and does false advertisement, why should I use the token though?

I paid the challan from car24 website of 559 rupees & didn’t got any solution neither refund nor disposed on net….its been so long since I’m complaining continuously for the 559 amount

I sold my car to cars 24, and i was told that they will hold 10000 rs and it wold be released at the time of party peshi. Now the are harrasing me to be present at the RTO without even fixing a date, and they say that holdback amount can only be released after 7-10 days after party peshi. I am not comfortable with this, as they should transfer the holdback amount immidiatly at the time of party peshi.

A representative called me and explicitly told me that no matter if i come for party peshi they are somehow going to transfer the R.C. Without party peshi .
And today the message below was send to me : Hi LEENA W/O MR BHUSHAN,
We are constrained to forfeit the held back amount of Rs. 10, 000 and withdraw our assistance for RC transfer of your Ecosport, UK04s5294 due to non-compliance of RTO mandated Party Peshi . This surely is not acceptable.
I request you to please look into the matter and take strict actions againt the ill policy of company.

I have bought a car from Cars24.

Description of the incident: I have bought this car in the month of February on the same day they reported the issue with engine warning. But cars24 somehow rectified temporarily and gave me the car, same problem repeated again in the march this time they have changed the throttle sensor and again gave me the temporary solution. The same issue keeps on increasing day by day and when i recently had raised warranty now they say we cant do anything. You have bought car, you go and suffer.
I have proofs for every incident mentioned above since the day1.

Now cars24 wants me to spend Rs 70k from my pocket. Cars24 has bluffed or done injustice with customer by selling under repair car which they was already knowing even during delivery of the car.

i have all proofs for the issues raised in last 6 months.

I have sold my car Maruti Suzuki Swift LDI 2012 bearing registration no RJ01 CB 8472 to cars 24 on 22.03.23 but even after 06 months RC has not been transferred and they are not allowing me to even inspect my car

I keep getting the sms from Cars24, i tried telling them that car in question is already sold. Have also tried blocking their numbers but no luck .

I dont want to sell my car, infact i haev sold my car 2 years back, stil daily i am gettign calls from customer care, why your customer care team listen to consumer and apply for DND.
if they are not doing can you please do it and stop bothering me.

I sold my car to Cars 24 in Sep/October 2021 and as agreed between us Rs. 10, 000 was put on hold till Cars Registration Certificate (RC) transfer,

And on 15th June 2022, the owner of the car was physically present for Party Peshi at Pune, RTO for RC Transfer and did he needful and the was informed on the email to the Company Cars24, and requested them to release the payment.

When i sold my car, they told quick rc transfer will be done. I have problem with ownership name. they told to wait for 180 days. i asked after 180 days, now they are telling it may take another 6 months or 1 year or when the car get sold. we gave peshi finger print also. that guy who took finer print he told the car is sold. but customer care is telling car is not sold. i gave an option that i will purchse my car back also. i called atleast 100 times...and mailed many times...they are simply postponding...i saw consumer compaklints that for many peoples rc not transferred even for 2 to 3 yrs...what a pathetic service...

I had booked one inspection for my old car selling purpose on 20.08.23. The person named Mr Samarendra damaged my car's rear bumper and garage also. Now the company is denying to give compensation for that damage.
