[Resolved] Cars24 Services — MY car RC Ownership transfer Delay by Cars24

I sold my old car DL3CAK7566 to cars24 on 15th Feb. 2021 in Delhi. My car RC ownership not yet transferred since 15.02.2021 even after 10 month waiting whereas company told me to do it within 180 days (6 months). I have written repeated mails to cars 24 customer service with copy to there CEO also but not getting needful response. I am very disturbed to note the unnecessary delay as car is still in my name but using by cars24 end since 15.02.2021. I request for permanent & quick resolution on the complaint.
