It was told to me that it will be released at the time of party peshi

Now I'm being told that peshi is in raipur which I've to attend for the amount to be released or else payment will not be done

Even if I were to attend why wasn't I told that I will have to go to raipur for the peshi at the time of purchase of car

This is outright concealing of essential information while doing business and should accumulate to financial fraud
