My recent experience with this service centre has left me utterly disappointed and concerned about their business practices. The significant difference in the quoted price, coupled with their failure to address critical issues, raises serious doubts about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Upon my visit, I was appalled to find that the quoted price for the service exceeded 2, 000 AED, a stark contrast to the mere 30 AED I spent elsewhere to resolve the same issue. This blatant attempt to overcharge and make money of[censored]nsuspecting customers is both unethical and unjustifiable.

Furthermore, the ongoing tire wobbling problem, which was assured to be addressed, remains unresolved since the service date. This persistent issue demonstrates their disregard for providing effective solutions and underscores their focus on financial gain.

The missed call on the agreed-upon date only compounds my frustration, as it shows a lack of accountability and professionalism.

I strongly caution anyone considering their services to be wary of these unethical practices. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for this establishment to rectify its approach, prioritize customer well-being, and uphold the values of transparency and honesty.

I had sold my vehicle to CARS 24 allmost 2 years back in december 2021 at its srinagar unit in JNK and was told that the RC transfer will be complete by 2 to 3 months. They make huge false promises and once you sell them your vehicle they will vanish in thin air alongwith the vehicle, RC as well as other documents. They have zero respect for legalities involved in car purchase and sale and will never bother to contact you regarding RC transfer. On top of it all, i have been recieving the court notice and chalans for traffic rules voilation for the same car that i had sold to them allmost 2 years ago. I have to make payments for chalans that they people are commiting and face unneccessary harassment for their illegal and fraudulent actions.
To my surprise i came to know from RTO office that niether have they any NOC nor applied for RC transfer for my vehicle all this long time. They have closed their srinagar unit and all the contact numbers of their people are not working. Their customer service is dumbest of all and only response u get from them is that they are working on ur case . It has been allmost 2 years for me communicating to their deaf ears. They do not provide you any relaible persons contact nor do any satisfactory action.

I'd an appointment with Cars24 for my car inspection, despite not having taken any test drives, the inspection executive completed the car inspection in just 5-10 minutes.

I was eagerly waiting for inspection report and a estimation of my car —I called to the inspection executive and the consultant assigned to me couple of times, but neither I received the inspection report not received the quote/estimate on that day.

After a relentless follow — they had given a very low estimate of my car but still I didn't get the inspection report (Actually, I wanted to know on what basis they given the low car estimate).

Still, I am waiting for their inspection report to determine the basis for their low estimate.

—The Maruti agency was offering me 6.9 lacs for my Maruti Ciaz top model (diesel).

Car condition is up to the mark (All 4 tyres are new, battery is new, average is 20 KM/L, the car model is 2018, having insurance and there is no dues in my car)— received this feedback from agency but Cars24 quoted only 3.61 Lacs for my car.

Literally, they are manipulating to customers.

And finally, Cars24 should have to educate their executives so they can value to their customers.

I had sold my maruti suzuki alto 800 std car to srinagar, kashmir unit of CARS24 in december 2021. They claimed that the RC transfer will be done within 2 to 3 or maximum 6 months. But it has been allmost 2 years now. The unit has been closed, my vehicle alongwith RC and other documents is nowhere and no RC transfer process has been initiated. I tried to contact their customer care so many times but to deaf ears. On top of it all i have been paying 2 chalans for trafic voilation in all this time with no fault of mine. They have been repeatedly voilating rules.

I have sold my Honda city to cars 24 n they said 10 k will be on hold againt party peshi and after the Rc gets transferred this money will be transferred to you . But they sold and transferred the Rc without informing me or asking me to appear for that . They simple forged my signature and did all the process . And my 10k is also not been given to me . This company is a fraud .

I have sold my car on cars24, at the time of selling relationship manager told me in written that my partypeshi will be arranged on videocall because on this condition only I was agreed to sell my car as I live in mumbai and for partypeshi I have to go to u.p., so I sold the car and 10000 rs were hold by cars 24, after some msgs from cars 24 for partpeshi I tried to call cars 24 and channel partner but they could not arrange partypeshi on videocall, at last they send the msg that they will not give 10000 rs as I could not attend partypeshi.
This is fraud company and never ever sell your car here.

Can you please refund the amount of 3000- which you all have put on hold stating the Andhra RT website is down and post checking, I will get my refund back by 24-28 hours. This conversation was held on 24th July. Till date it hasn't been done, nor can I reach the concern person - ANIL & NAVEEN in Hyderabad.

Also, the service fees was stated as 1400 + GST; however, you people have later changed the amount to 2800/-

I received a call from the service agent by name Nisarga and confirmed that I ll receive 2.2lk in my account for my car Fiat Punto. I agreed for that and was asked to share the documents and I did the same and confirmed again regarding the price and documents.
Then I haven't received any updates from the agent.
Got shocked to get different prices from different agents when I tried connecting through customer care.
Kindly resolve this issue.

Sir, I had sold my Ford Ikon flair MH43R 0246 in June 2022 to Car 24 Navi Mumbai.
In every follow up Car 24 was telling that with in one year the RC of the vehicle will transfer from my name.
After one year i found that RC of the vehicle still in my name .
When I enquired from Car 24 customer care and dealing executives they told that my car was scrapped.

My complaint is
When I sold my car to Car 24, than it's responsibility of CAR 24 to remove or cancel my RC before scrapping of my Car as I already sold my car to CAR 24 a year before (2022)

It is intimated that I am getting daily 10-15 spam mails from Cars24 through [protected]@connectinboxx.com under different heads ie sell car, CARS24 CAR Squad, Sneha, CARS24, CARS24 India, Hyundai, Sonia, SELL CAR, regarding their credit cards etc. These mails number 8-10 per day sometimes two to three in a span of a few minutes. I fail to understand how a Company of this stature can use tricks and violates the privacy of citizens....

What number should I call to activate the DND? I'm tired of your calls, even though I explicitly tell thrm that I do not want to recieve any calls. I'm never gonna sell my car to you because of this unprofessional behaviour.

I have brought amaze Nothing was explained to me regarding the 500kms return policy and you told its accidental free vechile but its totally false front bonet, bumper, both arm was replaced and painted so I am facing air entering the vechile. The sound is very much Irritated. The vechile delivered at my doorstep with 50kms diven, as per ur advisor suggestions I visited the showroom which is around 30kms and they took for test drive which was 10kms total 100kms was done in this.

My Car Registed No: KA53ME9167 was sold to Cars24, collected same on 28th May.
RC Hypothication documents needs to be collected same needs to be Transfered.

They needs to pay me around Rs 27000/- and which not being payed by Cars24 and RC Documents not being collected to transfer.

It is more than 25 days still no response on same.

I was droped mail and also called Customer Care, They asking...

I am trying to take a refund for the booked car from Cars24 and now there is no response. Before paying they were like we will respect the policy and refund within 4-5 hours.

They were trying to sell me damaged car with Clean report.

Hi, I purchased a car on cars 24 Application in Feb 23, I trusted the report which they showed on their Applicaiton that all the car is good, and all the parts are fit, the car is fit to drive till 2023.. till now I have changed the battery … the car once stopped in between of the road I had to tow it down and take it to service centre, I have spent more than 10k on tha car now..
Gave the car to Honda Service centre.. I had a check lamp issue from Day 1, after showing it to Honda service centre, they said that there is issue in 3 parts Catalytic Converter, front and back both shock absorbers.

Now these parts are not covered under warranty as per Cars 24, all this cost around 50k combined, what should I do now? This was supposed to be checked before by cars 24 right? It’s not like the issue has occurred now, I can see the check lamp from Day 1 if buying the car. As a customer who has less knowledge of buying cars who will trust their Application Reports and buy this is like Fraud.. i don’t know what to do.. cars 24 is saying only 1 thing that the parts will not come under warranty.. but this should have been checked before Listing the car on the application, the report that the car is fit until 2030 is fake

Sold a car at @cars24india on march 18, they told me that they will release an amount of 10k after party peshi. But party peshi was done 1 month ago and Rc Transfer was also done but the holding amount was not yet transferred. No response from the team

Nightmarish experience with cars 24
As a professional I expected similar professional and hassle free services from Cars24 for peace of mind
I sold my car Audi A3 DC1CS6523 on 24/05/2022 with app Id [protected]
However to my dismay till date -more than a year the RC is not yet transferred and they’re has been vague responses to the mails I have been repeatedly sending
Moreover I fear that the car is being driven elsewhere on basis of NOC and the process of RC transfer is being delayed.
Professional, Smooth amd timely RC transfer is the most important part of selling a car
I request cars 24 senior and responsible officials to look into this on urgent basis

I have sold my car on 07th May along with the balance amount to close the loan on my car to CARS24, but CARS24 delayed the payment and they have deducted the outstanding penalty amount from my hold amount and my hold amount is not released yet, even after calling multiple times and sending follow up mail. Ticket: 980459 not getting any response.

It is not correct to penal the customer due to CARS24 delay in DD Process. Kindly do the needful

I have sold my car to Cars24 and party peshi has been completed at RTO KMM on may 18 and it’s been almost 3 weeks and yet my hold back amount is not deposited into my account. I have to call them everyday and nobody cares.
