Cancellation of the deal and Payment is not returning

This complaint is regarding my party peshi hold back amount. While surrendering my vehicle to cars24 they hold back my rs 30000 out of which rs 20000 for noc and rs 10000 (Transferred on 16th december) was for party peshi. regarding my car inspection charges that i paid of rs 299

refund of token money

I booked hyundai i10 2011 model with cars 24 last week (Aug 17, 2019) and paid token amount of rs 20, 000.

Yesterday (Aug 24, 2019) afternoon i went to take delivery of my car and found 2 additional issues which were not earlier (Stiff clutch, driver window side motor not working). Also since these 2 issues were not earlier at time of token and was not mentioned in their online published inspection report.

car sold on cars24 but not received payment after 1 month

I sold my car in cars24 jadavpur branch on 12-july-2019. The appointment id is [protected]. The car price was estimated to be rs. 1 lakh and 60 thousand. I was promised, after delivery of my car, i will receive the payment within 2 or 3 days. I delivered the car on 15-july-2019. I'm yet to receive the payment even after 3 weeks. deal cancellation

I visited cars24 yesterday where I was offered a price of 168000/- for my car, I got the best offer from other dealer giving 190000/- now I want to cancel my deal but they are asking for 5000/- as a penalty charge.

Why should I pay this give me the best price I will go with the deal.

Have it documented on mail from your salesperson that we dont have to visit the RTO for peshi in up if we give up 10000 INR.Now we are getting calls to visit Bareilly RTO.Please note In Up i could have sild car for 30k higher but i found it convinient to sell it here and the girl promised on mail that our 10000 will be forfieted and car will be transfered.We were committed that the car will be transfered in new buyers name.my car is up25bn8995 honda amaze.Now we get sms that money is forfeited and it is not repsonsibility of cars 24 to get it transfered.Kindly transfer the car in ame of the new buyer and share proof in this regard as coimmitted without us having to go to bareilly.

    Despite of reminders and follow up on email to transfer my RC of car- Hyundai Xcent 2015 model sold to them in oct2023, but reply comes they are following up with their partner and i am secured under Seller protection policy and today on 21May2025 i receive SMS with challan no as my car is challan somewhere in Punjab, this is mental harassment for me and what is use of selling car to them if they also have to behave like selling car to unknown buyer.

      Hi,

      I had purchased a car on 18 april 2025
      Mg hs 2023 model

      Before purchase I salles team confirmed with me that the car is in manufacturing warranty and the app also reflected the same and cars 24 also provided me NOC to transfer the manufacturing warranty to my name..
      Wher as I visited the mg agency it was found that the previous owner had missed one servicing so as per their policy the manufacturing warranty cannot be guaranteed to me .

      Below is the solution they provided.

      I had to provide them service history of the car from cars24.

      They also informed me that the servicing which cars24 did was in agreement with mg agency ..

      Upon requesting the above documents to cars24 on 20 april and multiple followups cars 24 is unable to provide me the details and keep on fooling me ..

      I would request you to look into my case and update me
