Cars24 Services — Non refund of Rs.3500/- hold for clearance of challan.

Sir,
On behalf of deal for sale of I-10 Car, no.UP78 BS-7375 an amount of Rs.3500/- was held for clearance of challan.
It's amazing that despite various follow up with your concern office, I have received nothing.
Being a company of big name of Cars 24, I can not expect such laxity.
I have submitted challan receipt on 22 September 2021, but feeling sorry to mention that till date, I have not received the said amount.
It is again requested that please arrange to release the amount immediately.
Challan receipt is being attached.
