I had purchased a car from Cars24. As they have mentioned '7 Days Return' in their policy even without asking questions if you don't like the car. I have returned them within 2 to 3 days.
One of the car's headlight is damaged by me while parking. Now about this, the policy states that 'A full refund might not be applicable if the car has been modified, has been in an accident, damaged/altered from the condition it was delivered in'. I am ready to pay for the damage caused by me.
I had purchased car from this company after reading their terms and conditions but now they are getting back from their own words. The company is not ready to accept the car and states that they will not accept the damaged car, though the damage is repairable.
