Cars24 Services — Not delivering the Chassis plate of my car

It has been more than 5 months when i have sold my car and according to the policy of CARS24 my chassis plate to be shipped after 2 month of car selling oeriod i have waited for 2 months noe from last 3 months I am telling them to deliver my chassis plate but they are not getting it delivered to me and make laim reasons and giving the automated replies.
