[Resolved] Cars24 Services — Not getting vehicle ownership transferred at RTO

We have sold our Maruti 800 Car bearing registration no. UP 78 BS 8004, registered in my husband's name (Dr. KULDIP KUMAR KHANNA ), to M/s. CARS24 on 19th March 2023. The physical delivery of the vehicle was given to their representative on 19.03.2023.
Despite repeated requests by us, they are not getting the vehicle ownership transferred from my husband's name to purchaser's name.
Whenever we remind them we get a reply that you don't have to worry, it is our responsibility.
My husband is aged 83 years +, and is not keeping good health, and this matter is bothering him too much causing mental harrassment to him as well as to me too.
We feel totally helpless in this issue and need your assistance please.

We had dealt with Mr. YUVRAJ SINGH the local representative of CARS24 at Kanpur. He used to call us and finalised the deal for buying our car. Now whenever we do not get a satisfactory reply.
