Cars24 Services — not received hold amount even after submitting the noc

I had sold a car through CARS24 in December 2024. A loan was active on the vehicle at that time so, I settled that loan and sold the car, however, since NOC is processed after 15-20 days, an amount of Rs. 5000 was holded by your company in lieu of NOC, though I provided No dues slip duly signed by the bank.

After receiving the NOC from the bank after 15 days, I called your executives on [protected] and [protected] to collect the NOC and release the holder amount, but they didn't show up. I was in continuous touch with these two people, but they kept on ignoring me. At last, they finally picked the NOC on 18/04/2025, and till now, I have not received the holder amount. On call, they always try to change the topic, not providing any satisfactory answer and now, they are not even picking up my phone calls.

I think this is the true face of CARS24. This is the way you guys treat your customers. This is the first and the only time I dealt with CARS24 and I won't be dealing with you guys in any future circumstances.

If possible, refund the holder amount or I would assume that my money's gone to a sinking company.
