I have sold my Chevrolet Spark Icy Blue car AP29AA8921 to CARS24 in July 2022. They had to pay me Rs10000/- after party peshi. Now I have been told that RC transfer was done without my presence at RTO few days back and the amount of Rs.5000/- only can be paid to me instead of Rs.10000/- as agreed upon at the time of sale of my car. I didn't receive the date for party peshi by message, email or even by phone call to enable me to attend RTO office for party peshi. I have been informed that CARS24 staff have purportedly called me 3 times long time back (September 1st 2022) and I have not responded the same. But RC transfer was done recently(October 2022). When I have sent an email to them on 7th September 2022 regarding the same, they have replied me to connect their partner Maharaja cars regarding party peshi. Since then I was continuously in contact with them. Now they(Maharaja Cars) are advising me to claim payment of Rs.10000/- from CARS24 as the original agreement for sale of my car is with them.
I have sold my car to them for very less sale value seeing their reputation but now I am experiencing a lot of problems in receiving holdback amount of Rs.10000/- for no fault of mine.
In view of the above, please do the justice by arranging payment of said holdback amount. Was this information helpful? |

I'm unable to contact the number mentioned above nor I know whom to contact. Not even sure what next.
Proper explanation would have been nice on this.
