as a customer, I am not getting any concrete answer in the process last two years from CAR 24 customer care, I really don't know how you expect customers continued support.

just understand that customers sell the car not only for money but equally because they expect to transfer the ownership for many reasons, of course, it is not your concern.

ask your third-party partner to transfer the RC in their own name and sell whenever they want to sell.

    Hi,

    I had purchased car from cars24 MH43AT2540 in July, When the cars24 agent came to show me the car for test drive the car had fault of audio system the antena was damaged, The car stopper, the second key was missing and the bonet protector was damanged .The agent told me that once purchased they will solve all the issues and hand it over .On the day of handover the issue was not resolved and then i highlighted them once again the agent told me to accept the delivery and He will personally look into this and sort the issue .I trusted and accepted the delivery until today the issue is not resolved He has now stop answering my call .

    Secondly cars24 had taken a deposit money of 10000/- the same was supposed to be refunded once the registeration process was completed until today i did not receive the refund ..Been calling the call center as the agent stopped picking my call still no response .

    Another issue is that the agent has also messed up with the surname in RC transfer inspite of telling them repeatedly and they kept assuring me that it will be taken care off they have still done this error ...now they are blaming the bank and the bank is blaming cars24 ..Bank was also recommended by cars24 so as the RTO agent .The payment for the transfer was done by me and now with the blame game i am stuck .

    This is the first time i am dealing with cars24 and really surprised with the kind of service they extend its workst than local car dealer .

    Please resolve this issue or i will file legal against the company .

    Hi,

      Please let me know what are the party peshi charges if party does not present itself for RC transfer. I have been charged a random amount of INR 20, 000 without even being informed about the same

        I have sold my Volkswagen Vento to Cars24 in early March 2022 and 6+ months hence, there is no transfer of title and no response now from the Company or the sales person Pratyaksh Padhi ([protected]) or Cars24 Visakhapatnam [protected]. Earlier, there were promises from Cars24 of immediate action to transfer title. Appears that they have shifted from the previous location near Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam.           At the ime of taking loan the representative said that fore close charges will be 2% and now cars24 is saying its 5% and also i m asked to pay foreclose outstanding process charges of 590 plus also charges for noc of 1180 rs.Why should i pay these charges as at the time of my process the above said charges were not there and if cars24 will do changes of its own then what will be the leagality of process done at the time of my loan agreement does that agreement is of no use cars24 should stick to the agreement given done with me during my loan process else i want to talk to in person or the person who did agreement with me at that time.

                We had sold our vehicle Fiat Punto 1 year back on Cars24.

                Till today no RC transfer has occurred and the person having our vehicle is performing repeated traffic offences/violations including Over speeding twice, a couple of times parking in No-Parking Zones and Jumping Red Lights, some of these have happened at odd hours in the night. All of these offences have occurred in the past 2 months or so and are rising in frequency.

                The latest offence has occurred a few minutes back of parking in No-Parking zone again. It seems as if the person having our vehicle is doing it on purpose.

                I have been asking repeatedly to have RC transfer done in the name of the person who has the vehicle currently however to no avail.
                Its very frustrating to be undergoing such things with no fault of ours.

                Various complaints have been raised on Cars24 platform.
                Currently running complaints have the following IDs:

                They need to update their policy such that RC transfer happens in the name of the Channel partner or Cars24 itself if they're unable to sell it off to any end customer within 180 days to help sellers from any such annoyances.

                With the complaints I have attached the latest notice I received from the Traffic Police.

                  I sold my car on 07 Jul 2021 to Cars24. I accepted a lower value because I was told that the Car will be transferred and there will be no hassle. However, it has been more than 14 months, and no action. The car is also misused as there was a challan which although cleared by Cars24 but was for overspeeding at midnight.
                  I told the company that there is no insurance cover and hence the car should not be used. But it seems the company is neither transferring the RC nor assuring safety.

                      I sold my car Renault Duster in the Month of May 2022- MH12KE9524 in Pune and I recently started receiving messages on my mobile for Traffic Law violations for the car that I do not own now.
                      These Traffic violation on the State Traffic website are clearly showing my name and the pictures of the car parked at different places violating the traffic law. And they have given notice period of 15 days to pay this amount.

                      I was hoping that the car has been transferred to the new owner.
                      I tried reaching the team that was handling my case and all my emails have bounced back stating that the person is no longer reachable at the email address.
                      I would like to request the team at Cars24 to look into this matter and for the resolution of the issue as well.

                        I had done the inspection of my car Ertiga on 18/09/22 the car value was offered me of 415000 and i had expected it and done all the document on the spot but. I reached the cars24 office satara the decline to submit the car.

                            Request the govt to stop issuing telephone lines and mobile nos to such companies

                                I sold my Honda Civic car through Cars24 (Versova, Mumbai) back in December 2021. However till date I haven't received my deposit of Rupees 10, 000 held back by Cars24.

                                I was first told to go to the local RTO on 19th February 2022 for party peshi but the RTO was shut due to Shivaji Jayanti. I was given another appointment for 2nd March 2022, but when I visited the RTO on the said date no one from Cars24 or the assigned channel partner showed up and I was told by RTO to come back once I have all the documents. The phone number of the assigned channel partner R N SALES AND DISTRIBUTOR isn't reachable at [protected] and I had no choice but to leave.

                                I sent an email to Cars24 ([protected]@carioauto.com) on 22nd August 2022 with the above details but I havent received a reply back and neither has any one tried to contact me.

                                Please help me with this matter urgently as I am a senior citizen and need all the financial assistance.

                                  Cars 24 is a team of cheaters, it’s purely waste of time going there, I had been there to see a car, took a test drive in their mulund branch of a Honda amaze car, when spoke to the sales person that I have liked the car and what will be the final price he said don’t tell anyone that you liked the car else they would not give any discount on the car, he said he knows how it goes for discount in his company….the sales guy name was Ajinkya koregaonkar….After which a guy called Jitesh Sawant called and said there are no discounts on the car so kindly remove the car from your bookings, I said him to do the needful but he insisted that you remove the car right away….both of the sales ppl took my personal number and there on so many agents called me from other dealerships and want to sell the Amaze car to me at a better price. The sales ppl like Ajinkya and Jitesh are just not interested in company, also if the sale happens or not, I think cars 24 is not evaluated company and ppl should not buy cars from them…..cars 24 is a cheaters company….

                                    I bought Swift car from rithala hub. When I took the test drive, odometer was arround 56000km and when I get the car it is arround 5700km only. That means meter is tampered. I called the team who sold this car to me. They said there is some confusion and try to reset the meter. Steering has also problem. I am reporting my issues repeatedly but not getting response. Becoz they are waiting for expiry of return period. And I have to keep this car for the huge price.
