Cars24 Services — RC Documents Not being collected and Transfer Buyers , not paying balance

My Car Registed No: KA53ME9167 was sold to Cars24, collected same on 28th May.
RC Hypothication documents needs to be collected same needs to be Transfered.

They needs to pay me around Rs 27000/- and which not being payed by Cars24 and RC Documents not being collected to transfer.

It is more than 25 days still no response on same.

I was droped mail and also called Customer Care, They asking to wait and no response on same. even after morethan 10 days of mail response.

RC tranafer is key process to sell car and which is not being done.
which is risk for seller / customer .and no Response from Cars24 Service Team.
