Cars24 Services — RC transfer status report

Hi Everyone I actually sold a my car on cars 24 in the month of June in the year 2021 still there is no update regarding my RC transfer status proper response from the cars 24 management if I need to purchase a new car I am additionally need to pay tax as the it is showing already a vehicle is registered
