I am from sirsa. My dealer id (62531).
Actually I had booked a car, its token amount 36000 rs. I had deposited amount in dta on 10 dec 2021 at 9.00 pm., through amazon upi (reference id - APLAP6fFDPiuM7OLHkfs6edPei3JOeNbVXM),
From hdfc bank ( reference id[protected] which is not showing in dta. I attached payment proof in below attachments, i raised issue on 11 dec 2021, ticket id (422802), which is not sorted till now. We received reply from your side on ticket (422802) is that the amount is not created in your account . After that i again confirmed from my hdfc bank or amazon pay, they said amount is successful from our side in your car24 SBI account. They said that Car24 SBI account have server issue. Please confirm your sbi bank otherwise Send statement proof if you have not credited amount. I have been calling on customer care for last 10 days but there was no hearing due to which we are completely harassed. No one solve my problem.
I believe that this response was unfair. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s & what you will do about my complaint. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and get my payment refunded soon Was this information helpful? |
