Hi Team,

This is a grievance in regards to the SMS i receive from CARS24 asking to reschedule my appointment where as i waited for almost 4 days from the time i booked the slot. Right on the scheduled slot i receive SMS asking to reschedule an appointment.

This is Pathetic! you guys think our time is useless making us wait for 4 days and then this is the outcome. If you are really incapable of handling the appointment try not to make false promises to CUSTOMERs.
